I purchased a baby…read moredress for $300, and after bringing it home and trying it on, we realized the fabric was very uncomfortable for the baby. Just two days later, I returned to the boutique--not asking for a refund, but simply hoping to exchange it for another style. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do because the dress was "final sale." I understand and respect store policies, but I also believe good customer service involves some level of understanding and discretion, especially for a loyal customer who has supported the business and is simply asking for an exchange shortly after purchasing. For a boutique selling a $300 baby dress, I expected a much higher level of customer care. The lack of willingness to offer any solution--not even an exchange or store credit--was incredibly disappointing and has completely changed the way I view this business. Policies are important, but so is knowing how to take care of your customers. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't feel valued as a customer and will think twice before shopping here again Clear to Say that theyre just another greedy Armenian company who only look at their clients as a sale. They were not willing to help because they already made their money.

My experience with My Little Shop Boutique was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The…read moredress I purchased was listed for $450 on their website, yet I was charged $550 in the store for the exact same dress. When I called to question the price difference, the associate claimed the website pricing was "wrong." She then tried to say it was a different dress, then she said price will change on the website due to Trumps tariffs, even though it was clearly the exact same style shown online. The explanation felt dismissive and unconvincing and I felt lied too. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told someone would return my call. That never happened. For a store selling dresses at this price point, ignoring a customer concern like this is unacceptable. Charging customers more than the listed price and then failing to address the issue or follow up is extremely poor business practice. I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. I hope the store improves its pricing accuracy and customer service because this experience left a very negative impression.

The owner is kind and very helpful when I clearly state what I'm looking for and the occasion. While the items aren't individually tagged with pricing, you can always ask and the owner can quickly quote you. She isn't pushy, but rather helpful. I've bought Petit Bateau dresses for a friend's daughter's first birthday, Mayoral birthday dresses for my nieces, and Easter, Christmas, and wedding guest dresses for my kids. The store also carries very cute separates that you can match. Depending on the brand, some of the older youth sizes fit petite adults so I've been able to get the same jacket to match my kids. There's also a small section of the store where the owner sells "vintage" clothing that has been previously loved. My favorite brands to buy here are Mayoral, Abel and Lula, and Tartine et Chocolat. The store also carries cute European toys and sometimes books. The one star Yelp reviews seem strange as it seems those reviewers don't understand how a business is run and they expect to see department store pricing and discounting. This shop is a small business that doesn't have the volume of Nordstrom or Bloomingdale's; thus, the pricing reflects the overhead to run the business and the transportation costs that imported clothing incur. There's a reason folks choose to shop local. The beauty of life here is that no one is forcing you to shop here specifically. If the price doesn't fit your budget, drive the distance to another shop, pay the fee to buy it elsewhere and have it shipped to you, or you can fly to Europe and buy it directly at the stores there. Long story short: try this place out as the clothing is high quality, the selection is great, and the owner is so kind. Support small business!

Part of this is my fault for not having a card but read on to find out that Mango could do anything to refund my return. As soon as I told the cashier that I paid with Apple Pay, he was quick to say they would require my physical card to refund the money. I didn't have one. He tried it anyway, was pressing all these buttons on his device, and said sorry it's not going through. He asked his manager, and confirmed what he already told me. After a 2nd failed attempt, he blamed it on their system being outdated and not capable of handling that type of transaction. In 2026?? At a high end store?? It's a standard Apple Pay return! I have always wanted…read moreto visit this store because it just peaked my interest but have only visited Old Town Pasadena at night, after they were closed. But this past Sunday, my husband, our little girl dog and I finally got a chance to visit since we were visiting Old Town Pasadena during the afternoon. When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee behind the register at the back of the store. This store is very cute and really would be a little girl's dream because of all the unicorns, pink, glitter and sparkle. I ended up purchasing a mermaid coloring book for my nieces to add to their Christmas gifts that I have for them, but not sure if they are even into mermaids (and my husband doesn't seem to know either if they are or if they are into unicorns. These little girls change their interests so often it is hard to keep up). But I'd love to take them to this store and see if they would want anything (and knowing me, I would most likely let them each pick out one item and I would purchase it for them). Overall, I really enjoyed my shopping visit and would come back for gifts in the future (maybe could also find a fun white elephant gift or a secret santa gift in here too).

The store was completely picked over--bare shelves, no stuffed animals, but a plethora of overpriced leotards and dance-like costumes. I guess somewhat understandable, but still disappointing. My daughter left extremely saddened. The second time we came (and also *paid* for parking), we walked to the entrance to find it--CLOSED (6/9/26)! I had to whip out my phone because why would a store be closed on a Tuesday at a day and time of normal operating hours? Another family with a little girl asked if we came to see the store and I said yes. She said they posted on their Instagram they were closed and were also saddened they couldn't go inside. I get that things happen but we live 1.5 hours away and made a dr specialist appt nearby and made sure to stop here specifically since we were finally close. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is. I don't go on social media to make sure a business is open that day. I *did* check their website and they were supposed to be open. From what we saw the first time around (picked over items) and what we could see through the glass the second time, we won't ever be coming back for a third time. The store is small, not a huge selection, but a higher price point for the same items found elsewhere. I told my daughter if she saw anything through the glass then I would just google it and buy it online for her. I would much rather support small businesses but it makes it hard when they don't really seem to value their customers. As I said, this store is quite small and doesn't have anything we wanted that we couldn't buy elsewhere. I wish they were better stocked the first time and had more employees to actually run the business during their supposed operating hours, but this just left my daughter devastated and me frustrated and angry the second time. We won't be back to be fooled again. Shame on us.

That way I could get a second opinion! When I exited, I wasn't sure where to put my go back and I didn't want to put it in the wrong place. There was an employee there but they were busy fixing a garment I believe. They helped me after a bit once they realized I needed something, but I feel like if they were assigned there then they should have asked for my go backs right away. I don't want to accidentally mess up their rack and make it harder for them later. If they weren't assigned there and were just recovering, then I totally understand that it wasn't their responsibility. But then I feel like someone should be assigned there so clothes don't end up in the wrong place. I was able to leave the top on the correct rack, and checkout was pretty quick. After trying on a couple pairs of jeans, I returned the items I wasn't purchasing to the fitting room attendant. I was also in a bit of a rush, and I had never encountered this issue before, especially since in the past even the store associates themselves have offered to hang the clothes back for me. She told me, with a rather unnecessary attitude, that next time I should put the items back on the hangers myself. I was surprised because I had never been told this was a store policy before. I later politely asked another employee whether customers are required to rehang clothes after trying them on. He confirmed that there is no such rule and that rehanging items is simply a courtesy. I completely understand that putting clothes back on hangers is helpful to the staff, and I'm happy to do so as a courtesy. However, there is a big difference between politely asking a customer for help and correcting them as though they have violated a store policy when no such policy exists. The interaction was minor, but the attitude was unnecessary and definitely affected my experience at this location.

Store has gone down hill. Two years ago it was perfect. Selling big ticket items like high chairs, strollers, swings..etc, worth it. However when it comes to name brand clothes, don't bother. Just sell it yourself on FB marketplace or Depop. I was so busy and distracted with my little one I didn't pay attention to what they took until I got home. So that's my mistake, cause you can say no after you waited an hour in the store. But they went in for the name brand stuff and didn't touch the Carters or Disney. They took NIKE, BabyGap, Kyte, Adidas, Vans and Halo. That's fine but what they offered me wasn't worth it since everything I offered still had tags on it & in season. Parking for the store is a pain, following their process on how to lay out the items takes time and work. So yeah. If you don't care about the money and have time to kill go for it but chances are they might not take it, but what they do take you'll realize you could've sold it just $5-$10 cheaper on FB. Also little tip for boy moms, their girl section is larger so the chances of them taking boy clothes are slim to none.
