I bought a white shirt from here despite it being overpriced $77 , tried it on at home with the outfit I had inspired to go with it but it didn't look nice so I came back for an exchange. The staff very mundane and not welcoming. Says said her manager said she can't exchange it because it smells of perfume. I smelt it , it smelt like their terrible fabric. I just left the shirt there for them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If customer service would had been better or they could be more accommodating maybe the store would have better reputation. Anyway wish their business the best of luck read more

I'm very disappointed in the material & quality of the clothes here , everything seems very over price for what it is , So i went on May 17 to purchases to this store , i found it so cute i loved it , am from out of two i live 3 hours away , i though they where going to win my business but unfortunately not ! So today May 29. I decided to wear my new pants to work , & as am walking i see my pants are ripping , am like what , if this is the first time i worn this , my FIRST use & this pants are ripping on me , honestly spending $200 dollars for 3 pieces & for it to be cheap material isn't worth it , Ross pants have more sturdy material then this bullshit ! & then they dont want to help me !! I had the worst experience .If you order something from this store .You have to beg for return ,They just refuse to return anything you already bought .I wanted to return regular price blouse ,and they refused stating it's an accessory when I insisted they told me they will do an exception after wasting 20 minutes .Also the worst customer service the worker was texting to the boss and calling to tell her to reply for 15 minutes . read more

Love love love this store, their customer service is incredible! They're always helping me find exactly what I need for my events. Their workers are more than committed to look for what you want in your size at their other location. It's an adorable shop with top of the line fashion! They have a wide selection of clothes and accessories that are always in trend and affordable! Service is incredible, not to mention they have shipments of new clothes almost every week or so. I am almost tempted to not write a review so nobody finds out about this gem. I love love love their collection, they always have super trendy and fabulous things in the boutique. Every week they receive new items, so i stop by to check them out frequently. The girl helping us out yesterday was soooo sweet and attentive, she went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. This is definitely my go to place for cute outfits. And it has such a nice beverly hills feel to it! Love everything about this place. Also, prices are just right!!! read more

Amazing selection! I love the variety and service at both of their locations. Used to drive out all the way to North Hollywood before they opened up shop closer to my house. The store is constantly refreshed, sometime in the middle of the week (Wednesdays I think?) So I stop by at least once a week to see whats new. Most of their products are posted on their @zieboutique instagram page but I often find gems hanging on the racks that I do not see in the photos. Love the prices and the quality of this place. Recently got 3 $100 giftcards as a Christmas present for my sister and 2 friends. Great store, great service, amazing prices! read more

I'm actually very surprised that there are a few negative reviews down below! I have never experienced anything other than kindness from the workers here. They are very helpful and attentive, but also don't pressure you into purchasing anything (which i love). I bought the cutest outfits from her for my birthday & many other events. Definitely will come back, I always do! I live near this store so every time I go on a walk I make sure to take $ with me just in case I find anything ;) Also, I don't believe the workers are to blame for the lack of sizes available. It is a pretty popular store in Glendale! I feel the need to defend these girls because in my past job, I was blamed for many things I had no power over, so you all have to realize these girls are just doing their jobs! read more

If you are anything but a size large, DO NOT BOTHER with this location. I went every Tuesday and Friday (their new shipment days) and never found anything but a large. Waste of time. Very cute clothes, but wish it actually fit me. They try to say "well your size is a common size" but come on!! That's ridiculous to NEVER have size small or even medium. Cute accessories though. That's basically all I could ever buy the many trips I made there Tuesday's and Friday's. read more

I've always loved Zie Boutique to the point that I would drive out of my way to go to the NoHo store. I was thrilled when they opened up their Glendale location. However, maybe it's the success but recently their customer service lacks. Most of the Zie girls that work there have major attitude towards the customers, I'm here to shop stop giving me the stink eye. Also I've worked in a certain retail shop that has various locations throughout the city and never would I say to anyone "call them yourself"! Just very disappointed and hopefully management that's that into consideration. read more

I literally searched all over the Internet for this place and FINALLY found it! Least to say that the location was the only thing that I was happy of. The store-beside the fact that it's really small- reminded me of a downtown fashion district boutique. The clothing did not fit, as to the straps on the dresses were not adjustable, pants were made to fit really small women, and ONTOP OF ALL OF THAT.. My boyfriend and I were NOT greeted upon entering the store. The sales representatives was sitting behind her desk doing I don't know what.. I had such high expectations for this place but I was SO HORRIBLY BLIND SIDED ... Never coming here again read more

I come up here once in awhile and follow them on Instagram and they have the cutest clothes ever. They will hold your stuff for you when your on your way and for you to try out. I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?

The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. I ordered several items online to be delivered to the Glendale Galleria store, which was the only pickup option offered in the app. I expected a smooth wardrobe refresh. Instead, it turned into a month-long headache. My order was split into three shipments: - one arrived the next day - the second arrived two weeks later - the third never arrived, even after almost a month. Already a bad experience. Since I don't live nearby, after a month I decided to at least pick up the items that had arrived. I picked up one package without issue, but when I asked about the second -- which the app clearly showed as available -- a staff member told me it had been sent back because they "called me and I didn't answer." I never received a call from Zara. Why say that? I asked to cancel the missing order in person since I was standing right there. I was told they can't cancel orders in store and that I had to call a customer service number. Why would I need to call a number in New York when there's a staff member right in front of me? I called anyway. No one answered. When I went back to the store, the manager offered poor excuses -- explaining East Coast hours -- even though Zara customer service is supposed to operate until 7:30 PM EST. I needed help, not a lecture about time zones. No resolution was offered. The experience got worse when I tried to check out in the men's department. Two customers ahead of me had already been waiting over 20 minutes, with no team member present in the department. When the manager finally appeared, instead of helping, she asked, "Why are you standing here?" The customer replied that they were trying to check out. The manager said, "Don't you see nobody's here? You should check out in the women's department." When the customer pointed out there was no sign indicating that, the manager responded, "We're not allowed to put up signs." That's unacceptable. Between the broken online fulfillment, misinformation, lack of accountability, and dismissive in-store management, this was one of the worst retail experiences I've had. Goodbye, Zara. It's been a long run -- but you've lost me.

They also happened to have a great jewelry sale, and I browsed through the earrings --- ended up purchasing a fantastic pair of earrings and also a bracelet, both gifts. They were 20 percent off! I used to stop in whenever I was in the area. That said, I consistently left feeling confused about the customer service. The team never seems eager or willing to help. I've always had to ask if they have my size or if they can check in the back, and even when making a purchase, it often feels like ringing me up is an inconvenience. There are many great stores in this center, but unfortunately, this location has become my least favorite in terms of service. The designs are great and the value is good, but a bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a world of difference. My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

The extremely thoughtful delivery person decided that the bright sun of my porch was a bad place for fresh flowers and placed the vase under the protective leaves of my philodendron plant in a shady spot. I drove from downtown Los Angeles to Glendale to shop at this boutique. I arrived there at about 7:50 or so and the girl working there told us it was closed so we walked back to our car. I then saw a group of girls arriving and the girl allowed them inside to shop! That is bullshit I got so freaking mad! The girl working there is a racist never again will I shop at this boutique!
