I bought a white shirt from here despite it being overpriced $77 , tried it on at home with the outfit I had inspired to go with it but it didn't look nice so I came back for an exchange. The staff very mundane and not welcoming. Says said her manager said she can't exchange it because it smells of perfume. I smelt it , it smelt like their terrible fabric. I just left the shirt there for them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If customer service would had been better or they could be more accommodating maybe the store would have better reputation. I'm very disappointed in the material & quality of the clothes here , everything seems very over price for what it is , So i went on May 17 to purchases to this store , i found it so cute i loved it , am from out of two i live 3 hours away , i though they where going to win my business but unfortunately not ! So today May 29. I had the worst experience .If you order something from this store .You have to beg for return ,They just refuse to return anything you already bought .I wanted to return regular price blouse ,and they refused stating it's an accessory when I insisted they told me they will do an exception after wasting 20 minutes .Also the worst customer service the worker was texting to the boss and calling to tell her to reply for 15 minutes . read more

Their workers are more than committed to look for what you want in your size at their other location. It's an adorable shop with top of the line fashion! Every week they receive new items, so i stop by to check them out frequently. Amazing selection! I love the variety and service at both of their locations. Used to drive out all the way to North Hollywood before they opened up shop closer to my house. The store is constantly refreshed, sometime in the middle of the week (Wednesdays I think?) So I stop by at least once a week to see whats new. Most of their products are posted on their @zieboutique instagram page but I often find gems hanging on the racks that I do not see in the photos. Love the prices and the quality of this place. Recently got 3 $100 giftcards as a Christmas present for my sister and 2 friends. Great store, great service, amazing prices! read more

I'm actually very surprised that there are a few negative reviews down below! I have never experienced anything other than kindness from the workers here. They are very helpful and attentive, but also don't pressure you into purchasing anything (which i love). I bought the cutest outfits from her for my birthday & many other events. Definitely will come back, I always do! I live near this store so every time I go on a walk I make sure to take $ with me just in case I find anything ;) Also, I don't believe the workers are to blame for the lack of sizes available. It is a pretty popular store in Glendale! I feel the need to defend these girls because in my past job, I was blamed for many things I had no power over, so you all have to realize these girls are just doing their jobs! read more

If you are anything but a size large, DO NOT BOTHER with this location. I went every Tuesday and Friday (their new shipment days) and never found anything but a large. Waste of time. Very cute clothes, but wish it actually fit me. They try to say "well your size is a common size" but come on!! That's ridiculous to NEVER have size small or even medium. Cute accessories though. That's basically all I could ever buy the many trips I made there Tuesday's and Friday's. read more

I've always loved Zie Boutique to the point that I would drive out of my way to go to the NoHo store. I was thrilled when they opened up their Glendale location. However, maybe it's the success but recently their customer service lacks. Most of the Zie girls that work there have major attitude towards the customers, I'm here to shop stop giving me the stink eye. Also I've worked in a certain retail shop that has various locations throughout the city and never would I say to anyone "call them yourself"! Just very disappointed and hopefully management that's that into consideration. read more

The store-beside the fact that it's really small- reminded me of a downtown fashion district boutique. The clothing did not fit, as to the straps on the dresses were not adjustable, pants were made to fit really small women, and ONTOP OF ALL OF THAT.. My boyfriend and I were NOT greeted upon entering the store. The sales representatives was sitting behind her desk doing I don't know what..
