This was one of the most poorly handled shopping experiences I've had in a long time. I came in with my mom to try on gowns for my brother's wedding. I spotted a gold sequin dress in the front of the store (size 4), and as I was about to grab it, another customer grabbed it to try on instead. She was an older woman and the sales associate mentioned to her how that gown might be a tad small on her. I started looking for other gowns and both my mom and I chose one gown to try on in the meantime. We mentioned that I wanted to try on that gold sequin gown to the sales associate and she let me know that I would have to wait for the other customer to try it on first which was reasonable if she was going to try on that dress first. She didn't. They had her cycle through multiple gowns while I stood there waiting. After a while, I just left because I felt stupid standing there. I don't understand why they didn't have her try on that gown first knowing another customer was waiting for it but okay. While in the fitting room, the woman's husband was in there making loud remarks regarding the event they're attending and how the gowns are looking on his wife. The sales associates did not do anything about a man being in the fitting room area until I mentioned it. That shouldn't require a customer to address, it's basic awareness and creates an uncomfortable environment. On top of all this, the lack of product knowledge (or effort) was just as disappointing. I pointed at a corset and said out loud to my mom that I wish it came with something to pair with. It was displayed on its own, so I assumed it was just a corset. An associate heard me and said nothing. Later, I saw on their instagram page that the same corset actually has a matching silk skirt. So either the staff isn't trained on their own inventory or simply don't care to assist. Between the disorganization, lack of basic customer service, and an uncomfortable environment, this felt like a complete waste of time driving all the way to Glendale. Please keep in mind that the selection in store doesn't match what's advertised on their instagram page. I only saw a few items in store that they were advertising. Their instagram is full of pieces that are noticeably nicer than what's actually available, which feels misleading. read more

We were there for a soccer tournament was nice to have laundry room in lobby only $5 bucks wash & dry. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. AC worked well the fridge would turn off but once we were shown the circuit breaker in the room we were able to trip it back on. Service staff was kind and willing to help make our stay satisfactory. Continental breakfast was served with variety of selections. Good place to stay for our group purposes. read more

First time visiting this lovely boutique and had a great experience. The sales assistants were very helpful and attentive. They helped my daughter with pulling dresses for the fitting room and with zipping zippers. Great selection with lots of different colors and styles. With that being said I can honestly say Ines was the most pleasant person to work with. Ines and the entire staff were so helpful and honest but the thing I appreciated the most was the honestly and attention to detail. Horrible, is all I can say. Business hours 11-5 we arrive at 3:45Pm only to stand outside in the rain for one hour because she says she can only have a few people in at a time. Do you want to hire assistance idiot? 11-6 M-F? and 5 Saturdays? Don't you think more people can make it Saturdays? Also, worst fabrics and selection cheap as ever!! And on top the one classy dress i liked had a hole around the back zipper she says she can sew it for me, just wow. I am not interested to pay $700 for a used dress because it has been tried on so much it has a hole. Just absurd ! only reason for 1 star is because I had no choice!
