There's a Kandi bracelet making section. They sell items based on theme of upcoming events, but also just a bunch of cute attire in general. Their items include clothes, pasties, bags, goggles, nasal inserts (boom boom), and other rave essentials. They're on the pricier side but the quality is excellent. I've had items that I've worn easily 10+ times since 2019 and they're still going strong. The employees are your best hype person one could ask for! last year I purchased some items from the Glam Envy website and returned them all because the…read moresizing was way off. I wear a size 12 and their size 13 in jeans barely covered one of my legs. Because they don't offer cash back, only store credit and some of the items aren't eligible to be returned at all I didn't want to take the risk in online ordering again and having the same problem. *also be advised the store credits do have an expiration date* I knew I was coming to LA so I decided that I would make a trip to the store front to redeem my store credit. The boutique is really cute inside, small, and I didn't have any problem finding street parking. There is a pretty good selection of items if you're between sixes 2-8 but larger than that you'll be a bit limited. I tried on several items and most of them just did not fit my body properly. A lot of the fabrics are thin and sheer, the dresses and skirts I tried on showed my underwear so beware of that also. I found the most success in accessories and jackets. I purchase a jumpsuit that fit me perfectly and it is a size 2X. In no other store have I ever fit into a 2X but I liked it enough to keep. The prices are pretty expensive based on the quality and I did not see any sale section inside of the store. A mini backpack, jumpsuit, duster and pair of no-name sunglasses was over $200. Thankfully my credit was $160 and covered most of that. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would consider the customer service 5 stars but I know I won't shop here again based on the sizing, selection and prices.

It was clearly not in new condition, despite being represented and sold as such. When I brought this to their attention, I returned the dress in good faith. Despite the product not conforming to what was promised, the shop refused to issue a refund. The entire situation felt deceptive and dishonest. There was a clear misrepresentation of the product, and the refusal to correct it only made matters worse. This experience was extremely disappointing. When purchasing something as important as a dress--especially for a special event--you expect honesty, transparency, and basic good faith in the transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will never return to this shop, and I strongly recommend that others be cautious before purchasing from them. This place is a ripoff!!!! Be aware!

The owner misleads customers into purchasing dresses by claiming they're custom made and promising matching shawls, but the final product I received was unacceptable. Despite charging top dollar, the quality was extremely poor cheap materials, sloppy construction, and nothing close to what was promised. The organza shawl I paid a premium for looked low grade and poorly made, far from the quality you'd expect at that price point. The owner claimed that the organza material just didn't go well with the dress and made her own decision and made the shawl with cheap chiffon material. She never called me to discuss any of the fabric issues. On top of that, they took back the shawl with the promise of replacing it, but never sent a replacement or issued a refund and kept my money. That is completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice.This was meant for my daughter's wedding that is 3 weeks away

I don't know how they are still in business. The worst dress store I've ever been too. At Noel Dress Store, the service was not just bad it was downright appalling. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the employees had no interest in assisting customers. They seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations and activities than attending to the needs of shoppers. When I finally managed to flag down an employee for assistance, their attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. Told me I can only try 5 dresses when I drove 3 hours to get there. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. Instead of offering any sort of guidance or support, they simply pointed in the vague direction of the dresses and returned to their conversation without a second thought. The lack of professionalism was astounding. Employees were visibly disinterested in their work, with some even rolling their eyes when approached for assistance. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at Noel Dress Store. Overall, the service I received at Noel Dress Store was nothing short of a disaster. It's a shame that a business can operate with such blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this establishment. The selection of dresses at Noel Dress Store was nothing short of a fashion disaster. It was like stepping into a time warp where outdated styles from decades past went to die. The dresses on display were a hodgepodge of ill-fitting cuts, garish colors, and cheap-looking fabrics. From tacky sequin monstrosities to poorly constructed frocks that wouldn't be out of place in a thrift shop reject pile, there was something cringe-worthy about every garment I laid eyes on. It was as if the store was stuck in a perpetual state of '80s prom night, with shoulder pads and neon prints galore. But it wasn't just the lack of style that was off-putting--it was the lack of quality. The materials used in the dresses felt cheap and flimsy, and the stitching was sloppy at best. It was clear that no attention to detail went into the design or construction of these garments. In a market overflowing with beautiful, well-made dresses from reputable brands, it's baffling how Noel Dress Store manages to stay in business with such a dismal selection. I'm a parent. A parent of a high school senior, whom will be attending prom in March of 2019. After extensive research we for the perfect dress for the occasion. The dress is from Jovani. We went on his website which ended up directing us to an authorized retailer, Noell's. I started following this store Noell online one of there social media sites Instagram. On one of there post they offered to answer any questions on might have dor them regarding the dresses & or store info. I decided to take them up on their offer & direct mailed them. To my surprise their wonderful & attentive marketing manager Nicole has been so outstanding. We've been online corresponding. Whenever I've had questions she has been so nice & helpful even on weekends qhen they're closed & not suppose to be working. Nicole love her job & it shows. In her attentiveness in assisting me even on off hours. But wait! Not only has she been available to me with my million questions but she's also awesome at following up on appointments & dress availability. So, my post is to inform you that if you are looking for professional services when making such a purchase, use a reputable company such as this one, Noell. Because if their employees are this attentive then you already have a great start to a great experience & expectations. I had such a wonderful experience with Noell! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. My favorite gown store in the Fashion District. As I walked in, they politely greeted me and asked what I'm looking for. I didn't have to wait in any line and I am happy about that because it's cold outside this morning. They carry small sizes which is a plus. I am size 00 and I am glad it is not hard to find at Noell. I was shopping for a dress for my brothers wedding coming up & at first I was hesitant to find something I like, but once Gloria got an idea of what I like she instantly helped me pick out styles that she thought would look good on me. Once I picked out my dresses, and was ready to try them on, Gloria took me to the fitting room area and she helped me with each dress. She was honest with the ones she liked/didn't like & I appreciate her honesty. She made the process much easier for me because I can't always make decisions right away. When I was eliminating my options the other sales girls were also giving me opinions on the dresses they thought looked nicest on me. That was very helpful as well. I definitely needed assistance and I got it from most of the sales girls. As opposed to what others have posted, I got very good customer service this morning! :) THANK YOU, GLORIA for all your help this morning! A friend of mine recommended this store to me because I have 3 upcoming weddings. I came with my mom and we waited for about 10 minutes and then were let in. I was overwhelmed by how much merchandise they have, but I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted to buy I stuck to that. I ended up getting 2 dresses and didn't have a problem, and had a helpful saleswoman. I read all the reviews and to be honest, the store is really beautiful and well kept, so I guess that's why they have their strict rules (no bathrooms, no strollers, etc) Lots of businesses have their policies, and I respect that...and maybe the store should be more upfront about their policies, but alas. My mom and I used the restrooms across the street. It's not that big of a deal to me. Anyway - that's my two cents on Noell. Really well run store with endless amounts of options. I recommend not going with a group of 10 bridesmaids and with children. It's just not the right store for that kind of shopping day. Maybe make an appointment for a bridesmaids day as opposed to arriving without any notice. read more

My daughter was looking for a prom dress, with no luck from our local stores in Ventura County. After visiting several of the dress shops in LA (and my daughter in tears), we went into Noell's. We were greeted immediately and were given an 'assistant,' Madelane (Madeline?), to help us shop for the style of dress my daughter wanted. She was looking for a light blue, or blush colored, long flowing dress - and had even brought pictures of what she thought she wanted. What's great about this store is that you can go through EVERYTHING they have in stock. My daughter picked out 4 dresses - one of them was a beautiful red, strapless - which she never would have thought of looking at, but it caught her eye. And sure enough, the red dress was what she chose, and she couldn't be happier! She never would seen this dress if we'd stuck with one of those 'personal shopper' stores, where they don't let you see their inventory. I went to Noell to look for a dress for a large convention I had on the east coast. I arrived and was rudely asked to wait in line for close to 45 minutes. Once I arrived the staff was rude and even cussed at me. They did not know the price for anything. The fitting rooms are small, not air conditioned and smell like feces. I was shocked to have the sales rep Patty yell at me when i asked her for a different size. The staff at Noell is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The dresses are missing beadwork, have deodorant and makeup on them and SMELL REALLY BAD. Take your business elsewhere. I had the worst experience here and will not return. The prices were made up on site for the dresses and no customer service is given. Expect to be treated like a piece of Sh*t. You will walk out this store with the worst energy and vibe. It will ruin the fun for the occasion you are shopping for. Take your money and time elsewhere and get a truly great expereince. Thats what I did:))) read more

I just had the BEST experience at Noell! I honestly wasn't expecting the showroom to be as large as it was, and I was blown away by the incredible selection of dresses from so many designers I love. There was such a great variety of styles, colors, and price points, so I never felt like my options were limited. I tried on so many dresses, and I genuinely fell in love with several of them! What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever making me feel pressured. I dont even know where to start, but i can truly say, this amazing clothing store with the most beautiful dresses for any occasion is wonder to have in your closet, i love the way there customer service is, and i love how polite they are with there customers, they always have a smile on there face when they see you, and they always open there arms in the time of your needs, and they really look out for you when you need that dream dress you being dreaming in your head and dreams waiting to walk down the allies and runaway, i would mimd shopping here or even doing a shoot in there clothes, because its a great opportunity to be with such an amazing company that knows how to pop out your swagg for any event. Noell is seriously a hidden gem in Downtown LA! I've been to the store and the selection is incredible...if you're looking for a dress that makes you feel amazing, this is the place. There are SO many gorgeous options, from elegant evening gowns to statement dresses that are perfect for galas, weddings, red carpets, photoshoots or any special event. What I love is that the dresses don't feel like the same things you see everywhere else. There are so many beautiful, unique styles, and you can really find something that fits your personality and the look you're going for. The store itself is beautiful, and there is honestly something so fun about walking through all the dresses and finding "the one." If you have an event coming up and want something special, I would absolutely recommend making the trip to Noell in the LA Fashion District. HORRIBLE customer service and management is horrible as well. When we were leaving, TWO of the saleswoman's said "hallelujah" ...I could not believe my ears... but I looked back...and they said it again...SO rude. Meanwhile I just bought two dresses and spent $500. Very unprofessional. This is probably the only store that sells this many dresses so we're pretty much forced to come here for a special event. Always my last resort if I can't find a dress anywhere else...and they do have hundreds of dresses. Which is probably the only plus. Oh and Nancy, she was very patient and chose several dresses she thought I'd like. Thank you Nancy! Everytime I came here I've had a horrible experience. I'm not one to write bad reviews but WOW. Terrible!!!! Terrible!!! Terrible experience!!! Should I say it again! I came here about 5 years ago to buy a dress for my brother's wedding and the sales people were super rude to my family and I. We were trying on dresses and the saleswomen were awful, judgmental and mean about trying on the dresses. At that time I decided I wasn't going to buy a dress because I felt so uncomfortable. Fast forward years later, now my sister is getting married. My mom was looking for a certain designer dress and they recommended that she go to Noell. The owner was super rude to my mom. The staff were rude to my son and I. I would never again spend my money or time in an establishment that is disrespectful. Not sure how they've managed to stay in business when all the businesses around them are closing. Really unbelievable!!! read more

I would like to start off by saying how much I love the entire team at the store. Nicole and her team went above and beyond to meet my needs. She was patient and very eager to help bring my vision to life. The selection at Noell makes it very easy to find a gown that goes well with your event. I bought 2 dresses from there, and they were the complete opposite of each other. The selection fit my needs to find one simple, and one over the top/fancy dress. I came here and searched the entire store for hours to find a dress I liked. The employees absolutely refuse to allow anyone to use their restroom so I had to try on tight dresses bursting to pee. They were extremely rude talking about how they want me to leave so they could close early loud enough for me to hear. Another customer came to pickup a dress who they didn't want to allow entry. They were African Americans and the husband was very offended how unprofessional the staff is being that he is spending hundreds of dollars in their store as well. I ended up with a $500 dress that looked very worn out from being tried on excessively. The owners and employees were disgusting to deal with. I am ashamed I have them my business. Please look elsewhere! read more

I absolutely love Noell!! I'm the reigning RIM California Teen and was looking for a fun fashion outfit to take to Internationals with me. I didn't have an appointment and immediately, Nicole took me under her wing and brought me dresses upon dresses, all while a photoshoot was about to begin. I felt important and cared for as a customer and it was an amazing experience. The array of dresses is unbelievable... a pageant girl's dream and I felt like I was in heaven looking through sequins, feathers, and trains! I ended up finding a beautiful Sherri Hill dress and got an amazing price and can't wait to customize it for on-stage competition!! My daughter, Rebecca, and I had an amazing experience at the Noell Store! Rebecca was there to model dresses, and everyone talked me into modeling, as well! Noell's stylist, Nicole, knew our sizes and the perfect colors and styles for us with one glance, even before we tried anything on! Nicole is so sweet and professional. She was very organized and communicative when planning our visit, and so welcoming and helpful while we were there. Everything went smoothly, and we had so much fun! The dresses at Noell Store are from the very top designers and are absolutely stunning! I had already tried on a couple of hair pieces and didn't want to remove them myself because I was afraid of damaging them, so I waited for someone to assist me. Once the Asian employee finished with her customer, I asked for help. She was kind, patient, and helped me choose a hair piece. I had also planned to purchase earrings, but after the experience, I decided not to. I ended up purchasing only the hair piece. While the quality was nice, I personally found the items to be overpriced. A funny part of the experience was that the customers the Latina employee left us for didn't end up buying anything, despite her providing them with much better customer service than she provided us. I don't know why our experience was so different, but it honestly made me wonder if she had judged us based on appearances because we weren't given the same level of attention or courtesy. If you're shopping with a budget under $100, this may not be the right place for you, and it could save you time to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, the lack of acknowledgment and inconsistent customer service left a bad impression. Because of that, I don't plan on returning.
