Terrible f***king service, I would not recommend this place to any bride. The lady that "helped" me and my family did not even introduce herself, ask if we needed water/refreshments, and just had no class. She also knew nothing about what I wanted or what I was looking for although I spoke to someone over the phone a few days earlier. I told her my price point and she just stared at me with confusion. She would ask me "what about this" to every dress even though I wasn't looking for something like it, would walk across the room and yell "what about this" and when I told her kindly no, she just walked off looking for more dresses. In the fitting room, she just threw the dresses to the side once you got out of them. She didn't help with anything more than zipping up the dresses and didn't even bother to fit one of the dresses to me because "it looks like it fits". Once I would leave the dressing room to show my family members, she wouldn't help with accessories or questions, just went back to the room to take back the other dresses. You can imagine this took an hour maybe 1.5 hours but we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Mind you, I had to pay $50 for this appointment. I had 2 more dresses in the room and didn't even care to finish trying on the other dresses because she was rude and so unhelpful. When I told her I was done trying on dresses, she just said "ok" and rushed us out of the building. Total waste of time and money, don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap. read more

Came in to look for my dress last year. I had a male styles, who was training a young women. Both were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed dress fitting, but I felt like I couldn't find anything I loved. The stylist brought out a dress that he told me "just try it" and I absolutely loved it. It was just a little over my budget but I was able to make it work. It was about a 9-12 month to get it, so be sure to purchase early! read more

I had always seen this salon each visit to Old Town Pasadena and dreamed I would maybe be able to go in and find a dress one day. I walked in with my fiancé on a whim and was greeted with the kindest hospitality from Oula. I mentioned my very tight boundaries regarding money and timeline and she assured me there could still very well be something for me. I was shown the room of sample dresses and picked one I really liked. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they let me try on the dress. I was definitely loving the dress and they offered to set up an appointment the following day. I returned the next day with my dad. Oula was excited to greet and help me again and we picked a few other dresses from the sample selection that I liked. While all the dresses I tried on were beautiful, nothing compared to how I felt in the beautiful first one I tried on the day before. We celebrated with champagne as I said YES to the dress. I was also very lucky to have walked in when they were having their end of the year sample dress sale. I got the most amazing deal, even with alterations included. I mainly selected the store to try on gowns from Milla Nova and Maggie Sottero, in which the Milla nova collection was small and was only sample dresses and I wanted to try on gowns from the newest collection from Maggie sottero. Even though I was looking for new collection dresses, Julia brought the vision to life. She put me in this gown that almost made me say yes to the dress ( and I felt so beautiful) the only reason I didn't was because I still needed to try on the dresses that I've been eyeing. Came here Friday morning for an appointment to check out a wedding dress for our sister. The location has street parking and across the street there's a covered parking. The place is clean. Lots of dresses to choose from. The lady who helped us is very knowledgeable, and she listens to what the bride is looking for. They offer water for the bride and group. There's a bathroom. There are enough chairs for the bridesmaids to sit while waiting. Good value for the price and we had a good deal from the holidays. Highly recommend this place. read more

I got married January 2026, and I wanted to say thank you to the alterations manager, Amanda, and the seamstress, Geneovea, for the positive experience. I said yes to my dress at Panache Pasadena in April 2025. I knew exactly what I wanted because I fell in love with my dress online, and I was lucky enough to love it on me in person. The only minor thing I would recommend improvement on is spacing out the areas where we tried on dresses. There's one nice dressing room that stands out from the rest, two that are inches away from each other, and another one in another corner. I was inches away from trying on dresses with another bride, and we were in the background of each other's photos. Anyhow, my dress arrived in store November 2025, and alterations were completed at least two weeks before my wedding. The dress was pricey, as were the alterations, but I felt like a princess and I have no regrets! read more

An update that I never provided: after things went in my favor years ago at the c@urt house they never refunded me, however I had a local dept serve their bank a copy of a document and I was refunded and I calculated interest too since they didn't pay me timely. Remember they have a policy but they have to deliver! If they don't deliver as expected they have broken their own policy. Keep a phone log keep emails make efforts and fight back. Inspect your dresses try them on do not take any verbals or trust them. Everything in writing. Years later I see similar experiences. After they are paid customer services changes. read more

Previously purchased a dress that was delivered and a complete disaster. I was so stressed because I needed a dress with about 30 days to the ceremony. My bridesmaid made a call and explained the situation to the female on the phone and she was so helpful and made an appointment for that evening. We rang the doorbell, were let in and were greeted by Lucas who also helped me by picking dresses out. He was really chill and I love how authentic and naturally sweet he was. I had a certain budget and we explained the fit that I preferred. He chose several dresses and after narrowing it down, we were able to find something that I felt special in. Yesterday, I just had the alterations and Amanda and the other seamstress (a lovely short older Hispanic lady) were so personable. I love how the whole staff made me feel at ease.
