I was a little overwhelmed because I was still having an out of body experience even being a bride. That is where Daisy comes in. She IMMEDIATELY helped me clock exactly what I wanted in the simplest terms: she said "face and waist". Mind you, I'm a type C type of bride-- so I'm the type to like EVERYTHING I try on lol. But, I loved her first pick for me, she gave me everything I wanted and more. Even my best friend wanted to try on gowns with me that is how good Daisy is at her job. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough-- they will work with your budget and shop with your wallet in mind. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with how my experience with LuvBridal ultimately played out. I had heard wonderful things about LuvBridal and was genuinely excited to purchase my future wedding dress from them. Unfortunately, there was a significant miscommunication regarding my dress. My receipt did not indicate a dress size, nor did it state that the dress would be an off-the-rack purchase. My understanding was that the dress was going to be ordered, especially because my measurements were taken during my appointment. What was even more disappointing was the lack of proactive communication. I was told that the store manager would contact me within a specific timeframe, but I never received that follow-up. Because of my work schedule and because I wanted to understand what was happening sooner rather than later, I asked for a response to be emailed or texted for a sooner response due to work availability. LuvBridal does have text communication. Throughout the process, I consistently felt like I was the one trying to get answers and figure out what the next steps would be. It is very unfortunate to feel that there was not a proactive plan in place to communicate with me about such an important purchase, especially with my wedding approaching. I also found it upsetting to be asked whether I had gained weight between the time I tried on the dress and when I learned that the incorrect dress/size was being attempted to be provided to me. That was a particularly disappointing part of an already stressful situation. My biggest advice to future brides who visit LuvBridal is: be extremely specific about what you are purchasing and make sure ALL notes and details match on both ends. If there are notes, agreements, measurements, sizing information, or details about whether the dress is being ordered or purchased off the rack, make sure those details are clearly written on your copy of the receipt/order paperwork as well. Their notes were never provided on my end. In the note section, it was left completely blank, and no size was provided. I truly wish this experience had gone differently. I was so excited to find my wedding dress and had heard such wonderful things about LuvBridal. Every other shop I had visited charged between $25 - $75 just to try on dresses. I am actually okay with paying a small fee for someone to support me while I find my gown. My stylist, Jill, was a total pro. She looked at my inspo photos, asked about my "hard pass" criteria, and went to work. Trying on dresses with her was actually fun. March 2027 bride here! I visited Luv Bridal last week at the end of the day and had one of the best dress shopping experiences ever. I was paired with a bridal consultant, Daisy, who was absolutely amazing. She lightened my nerves immediately, got a feel for who I was, and what my vision was for my wedding. I did wind up saying Yes to the Dress, (I know, on the first dress appointment too!), and after having just finished up a short dress try on today, I am absolutely delighted and reassured that Daisy and her expert instincts led me to the perfect dress. It has beading, lace, and a corset structure, all in one! The TLDR of my dress try-ons is that the very last dress wound up being my dress. This was my second shopping appointment and I was torn between 2 very different styles and couldn't pinpoint what I wanted. I did a VIP appointment at this location which was $400, you are in a huge private room, and able to have up to 14 guests. They also had a cheeseboard with light snacks and fruit, with champagne, orange juice and water. The VIP room was huge and felt like I was trying on dresses in a living room! The designer that I worked with her name was Daisy, and she was truly amazing! I believe she is one of their top designers. She was so kind and truly took into consideration the vibes I was going for a wedding dress, and also had a great eye for what would compliment my body the best. A week prior I did send her my measurements and some dresses that I was looking at so that she could catch a feel for what type of dress I was looking for, and she picked out some amazing dresses for me to try on. Although I did not find my dress here, I definitely would recommend this place for a lower priced wedding dress. The dresses remind me of maybe a step above David's bridal. Whoever is in charge of their Instagram and TikTok, should be fired because all the dresses look terrible on all social medias. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was trying on dresses there. I believe their most expensive dress is $6000, and I believe they also do have a sale rack if you are trying to be budget friendly. But if you are looking for a higher-end dress, this is definitely not the place to go. The quality of the dresses could definitely be better, but was good for a lower price point. It was incredibly convenient to be able to book for the VIP room, which is what I came here for, to be able to bring more guests with me because most places you can only have up to three people come with you. This was my 4th and final dress try on stop! I came last minute on a whim (confirmed a day before) and thought "why not go in for one last appointment justtttt to see some more options". After a while all dresses blend into a sea of indistinguishable white fabric. Luv bridal was such a pleasant surprise that kept surprising us. First, they give you a 90 min appointment and allow for 4 guests. Most places limit you to an hour or 4 dresses max, and 2-3 guests. We were never once rushed, everyone from the second we stepped in was so pleasant and lovely, and high energy, which was a nice surprise as it was a busy Saturday and there's a huge sale going on. Never felt chaotic or like they were dying to get rid of us! My friends and I went to Anthropologie a few weeks ago and the stylists looked so tired despite only having 2 brides trying things on at a time, and an empty relaxed showroom. I didn't mind much because working retail is so taxing and annoying, but it's such a stark contrast to our experience here. The people here are true PROS. Shoutout to Ariel and also Diana who were absolute ANGELS. Ariel is one of the kindest people I've ever met, let alone shopped with. She completely understood my vibe and ideas despite giving her contrasting adjectives like "whimsical" and "classic" and "sexy" and "elegant". She and Diana kept all of these detail in mind and pulled dresses that were so flattering, it was hard to make a decision. But a clear winner was a rare Vera Wang find that was off the rack! I saw plenty of beautiful dresses under the $2000 range. They also have beautiful higher end designers like Pronovias. If you're pressed for time or have a modest budget, they have off the rack options you can inquire about. What I truly appreciate is how staff provide the highest customer service regardless of your dress price range. They really do show "Luv" for their brides. It was easy to make an appointment online. You need to submit a deposit to save your slot, and they have a reasonable cancellation policy. When I had to cancel my original appointment due to a scheduling conflict, I was given such friendly service over the phone that I decided to book another appointment a few days later. The LA showroom is spacious and has a cute lounge set up for your bridal dress entourage. They provide small refreshments to enjoy during your appointment. There was plenty of parking despite being in DTLA. However, FYI, the parking entrance is easy to miss since it is directly adjacent to the freeway exit. Overall, I'd say Luv Bridal is really good at providing your ultimate bridal experience. They had a lot of intentional details that gave the appointment a "special touch". It was easy to make an appointment online and a few days prior, they reached out via text with details about you, who you're coming with, what you're looking for, etc. which felt so personable. They have 3 rows of dresses line up to browse through, which is a wide selection without being overwhelming. There's ample space between each bride and their party. With 90 minutes, I was able to try on 5 dresses. What really made the experience incredible for me was the veil, accessories, and bouquet for the full effect. Grace was my stylist and she was so amazing to work with. She really snatched me up so the dresses were fitted perfectly on me. She was also so mindful of my budget by picking out "off the rack" dresses for me that were under $1k. They also offer a "luv at first sight" discount for the non-discounted dresses too. The entire experience was everything I imagined it to be as I flew from NY to have this experience with my bridal party. In the end, I was debating so much if I should say yes. Grace went ahead and gave me time to decide as she had to help her next client. After re-evaluating, I decided to say YES to the dress, especially since I had my bridal party with me and I flew across the country for this. Such a beautiful place. Came here on a Friday for a 1pm appt with Mariana. She was amazing. I came with my mom and two of my girlfriends. We were a little loud lol but a fun group. Mariana was very patient and accommodating. She didn't have an appt afterwards so we were able to stay a little longer. Good selection and was even told their sample sale was extended so I was very happy about that. Light refreshments were provided at our appt which was perfect. I did end up saying yes to the dress. Madison helped me find my forever dress! Finding the location was very easy, right off the freeway. There was ample free parking on site. My group and I were greeted with snacks when we first arrived. Madison was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with helping me try on dresses. The store had a wide selection of dresses. I was able to try on different styles. I did not feel rushed with the whole process. When I finally said yes to the dress. I photo was taken and given to me with alteration guides all in a folder. The dress was a Pronovia brand and was reasonably priced for the type of dress. It took less than 2 months to ship to the store. I couldn't have asked for a better place to find a dress. This was my first and only bridal store that I visited! I had a short timeline, and had to buy something off the rack because my wedding was only a few months away. They had plenty of options to choose from in my size. The atmosphere of this shop is welcoming and so spacious. The shop is right off the freeway, and plenty of parking in the back. Luv Bridal is the best! Cute little store right off the 10. Such a big and vast selection of dresses with a really good price range. I had been eyeing a dress from a certain designer and they had it in stock for me to try on. My stylist Kayla was the best, we connected instantly and she knew her product well. Me and my party were served drinks and some snacks! The place is very clean and beautiful and has so much room to roam around in your dress to see all angles. Everything was perfect I couldn't recommend Luv Bridal enough! They have a list of tailors who work with them which makes it easier for me once my dress comes in! From the moment we walked into Luv Bridal, the experience was absolutely amazing. As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by a sweet all-blonde stylist (I sadly don't remember her name, my fault!), but she was so kind and immediately welcomed me and my entire family. We had called ahead because we were all traveling from far and hoped my full party could join, and they so graciously accommodated us in the VIP room. That meant the world to us. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Jayla was my stylist, and from the very beginning I just knew she was going to make this such a special experience. She is truly the sweetest and most kind stylist. She was attentive, understood exactly what I was envisioning, and helped me find the dress of my dreams. She made the appointment unforgettable in the best way possible. She felt like one of the girls, just having the best day together. Her vibe and personality made everything feel effortless and fun. If you're looking for your dress, please book with Luv Bridal (and Jayla specifically!). I'm sure all of their stylists are amazing, but Jayla was absolutely incredible. I had such a great experience at Luv Bridal. They had a really cool set up with individual rooms with wrap around mirrors for each bride. It really felt like a say yes to the dress experience . My stylist Suzanne was super helpful and understanding when I didn't quite like my options. We worked around my budget and I was able to get a dress that was just above my budget but with a discount that made it under budget! I'm very happy with the services and I even got some lace to like my dress just the way I wanted it when it gets tailored. Would highly recommend for future brides even if you're not planning to purchase there. I (as well as 4 other brides during my visit) said yes to the dress at Luv Bridal! P.s. they also gave us a booklet for men's styles and gave us information for the "Luv Bridal" but men's version, my fiancé plans on making an appointment there as well read more

I had a wonderful experience with the LUV bridal team. Fabiola was my stylist and pulled beautiful dresses for me, she really listened and responded to what I liked and was dreaming of. She made me comfortable and the whole experience was very pleasant. I came back the next day with my friend and tried on dresses again, this time with Kayla. She was equally as wonderful and ultimately pulled the dress that I ended up say yes to! I have tried on dresses at 4 other bridal stores, but this was really the place I felt the most comfortable. Both women put in the extra effort to help me realize my vision. The space is inclusive and welcoming, I would recommend it to any future bride. Had an appointment with Bret and Luv Bridal, I am the mother of the Bride. This was the first time trying on dresses so we really were not planning on finding the dress. Bret listened to my duaghters then brought out 8 dresses. Even if it was not the "dress" each one fitted her body impeccably, Bret has a great eye for what will look good on someone with their body type. Well pretty sure we found the dress (5th) dress going to come back to make sure in a month. Bret never rushed us could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging.
