They take the time to help me find the right sizes and always offer thoughtful suggestions on what to buy. Today's visit to the Sherman Oaks location was especially memorable. From the moment I walked in, both team members Hermine and Elen greeted me with warm smiles and immediately offered their assistance. While I was shopping, they surprised me by making Armenian coffee and setting up a small dessert table with fruits and cookies after noticing I had been shopping for a while and carrying heavy bags. Their kindness and attentiveness truly touched my heart. I am incredibly thankful to Hermine and Elen for their outstanding customer service and genuine care for their customers. I would like to wish the entire team a Merry Christmas and thank you for always being the best.

My experience with My Little Shop Boutique was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The…read moredress I purchased was listed for $450 on their website, yet I was charged $550 in the store for the exact same dress. When I called to question the price difference, the associate claimed the website pricing was "wrong." She then tried to say it was a different dress, then she said price will change on the website due to Trumps tariffs, even though it was clearly the exact same style shown online. The explanation felt dismissive and unconvincing and I felt lied too. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told someone would return my call. That never happened. For a store selling dresses at this price point, ignoring a customer concern like this is unacceptable. Charging customers more than the listed price and then failing to address the issue or follow up is extremely poor business practice. I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. I hope the store improves its pricing accuracy and customer service because this experience left a very negative impression.

They get bonus points for being well staffed - having enough staff to give 1:1 help to customers even during the holiday rush. Great hours, they open early enough that you can grab a gift before brunch or whatever else you have going on for the day. These people are a godsend. I'm rating this best kids store in L.A.

The woman behind the counter was very helpful in pointing out a variety of potential options and then gave me time and space to browse. I love that they carry some clothing and books that are more local to LA, which made the gifts feel more unique and personal in a way. I would also much rather support local shops than massive e-commerce companies. So, I'll be doing more gift shopping here in the future!

T-shirts (2 for $20), sweatshirts, and leggings (2 for $15) have cute but simple graphics, including some sports teams, musicians, animals, The Simpsons, Disney, animal prints, etc. Like Cotton On for adults, Cotton On Kids is best for basics. The cuts are simple and without much variation. Prices are reasonable, with plenty of sales.

Instead of holding the employee who didn't use my customer account accountable, she blamed me, stating that if I didn't know the registrar it was purchased on, and the day and time, that I had to keep the unwanted item. Instead of offering me a store credit. She made me wait about 45 minutes pretending to look for the item in the backlog. When in fact a portion of the time she was upstairs walking around ... Not to mention, I have a disability, and my body became faint and I almost passed out waiting for her. I had to actually sit on register top because she was intentionally taking so long walking around upstairs. The way she spoke to me was disrespectful and disturbing. Not once did she apologize for the employee not properly checking me out.. She in fact became indignant in her efforts to blame me! Not sure how she is in a managerial position, as the employees at the registrar exercised more professionalism and courtesy than her... She needs to be fired immediately!

The socks are strongly recommended, the Colorful 50 has 50 colors you can select, 4 pairs for $12.90 (used be only $10). Recently, maybe not that recent, it looks like all UNIQLO upgraded their purchasing system. Now you can check out by yourself. The system is very advanced, you don't have to scan the items one by one, you just put all the things you select into the draw and the system will automatically give you the list.
