There's rock-n-roll onesies, beautiful dresses, cute accessories, one-of-a-kind books and more! My daughter had fun coloring in their children's area while I browsed the racks. Half the store is merchandise for children (mostly toys, arts & crafts, books) and the other half mostly home décor items mixed with books and accessories. Many of the toys are made of wood and are green/sustainable. On the adult side of things, I spotted Marimekko teapots, dishes and cups, blankets, lots of S'well water bottles and food containers, candles (Volupsa, Thyme, etc.), incense, incense holders, tote bags, colorful spoons, tiny selection of clothing, napkins, etc. Nothing caught my eye or seemed that unique, but the store displays were attractive.

I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do because the dress was "final sale." I understand and respect store policies, but I also believe good customer service involves some level of understanding and discretion, especially for a loyal customer who has supported the business and is simply asking for an exchange shortly after purchasing. For a boutique selling a $300 baby dress, I expected a much higher level of customer care. The lack of willingness to offer any solution--not even an exchange or store credit--was incredibly disappointing and has completely changed the way I view this business. Policies are important, but so is knowing how to take care of your customers. When I called to question the price difference, the associate claimed the website pricing was "wrong." She then tried to say it was a different dress, then she said price will change on the website due to Trumps tariffs, even though it was clearly the exact same style shown online. The explanation felt dismissive and unconvincing and I felt lied too. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told someone would return my call. That never happened. For a store selling dresses at this price point, ignoring a customer concern like this is unacceptable. Charging customers more than the listed price and then failing to address the issue or follow up is extremely poor business practice. I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. I hope the store improves its pricing accuracy and customer service because this experience left a very negative impression.
