The shoe selection is vast, with mostly hard to find and unique shoes. The value is fair for these "hard to get" items. Now for the bad part. I'm not sure what i can say about the service that hasn't already been said. They have many workers and security guards on the floor. They will not acknowledge you, not smile, and not ask you if you need assistance. In fact they will even look at you with disgust for being in there space. I'm not sure how this business model works, but I would never spend money in this place no matter how bad I want the unique selection of shoes. Hopefully the service will get better in future.

The store and your brand do no outreach to the neighbors even though the store was built on a residential neighborhood directly next to hundreds of apartments. Now the alleyway that the store has been using for an event entrance all weekend looks like an insane disgusting mess. This is a serious health issue for the hundreds of apartments that are located directly across the alley. The store has no direct contact info and even has a fake phone number listed on yelp.
