Arbin made my 2 wedding bands and he did a fantastic job!!!!! I am extremely happy and the wedding bands were very affordable. (Robbin Brothers tried selling me a single wedding band for $3000 when Arbin made TWO bands for me for less than $2,000.) Arbin made the CAD design of my ring and the process took about a week. The actual making of the wedding bands took around 2.5-3 weeks (which is such a short timeframe since most jewelers take 6-7 weeks to make custom jewelry). I am incredibly happy with how the wedding bands turned out! I am writing this review after having my wedding bands for almost two months and they still look brand new! I got my wife's and my wedding band here and it was one of the best jewelry buying experiences. This is a family business and they spent the time and showed us everything. The first time I was here, we were just browsing as it was a bit too early to buy the bands. We picked my ring and looked at a few options for her. Even knowing we were browsing, the entire family spent the time and helped us find our style. A few months later, we were ready to purchase. I have big hands and wanted my band thicker than the one we picked out. For my wife, we decided on an eternity band and spent quite a while picking the right size to get it just right. They were great to work with our budget and the experience was wonderful. We got exactly what wanted and my wife is thrilled with her band. I however thought my ring was a little too wide (however it was exactly what I wanted). Seeing that I wasn't fully satisfied, he let me keep it for a few days, try it out and see how i felt (I've never worn a ring before). After a few days we decided to redo the ring in-between what I had and what I saw. This was quickly done knowing my wedding was coming up, and the final result was perfect. There was no bitterness about redoing my ring and the family really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. Even after I received it, he called me after a week to make sure I was still happy with my choice and satisfied with the choice. These people are great, go the extra mile, love what they do, and make sure you love the end result. Arbin was a pleasure to deal with. We really shopped around before our wedding because we were going to buy multiple pieces, and not everyone could do our custom pearl and diamond choker and matching bracelet. We were initially going to go with Nancy's Jewelry. Unfortunately, after 2 months of giving us the runaround, and often not even responding to our phone calls, just 2 weeks before our wedding, Nancy's Jewelry said that they would not be able to make our pearl and diamond choker. I was freaking out because most jewelers that work with diamonds do not work with pearls, and most jewelers who work with pearls do not work with diamonds. We told Arbin about the situation, and he stepped up! Even though Arbin was going to be on vacation in about a week, he delivered! Arbin was able to make my pearl and diamond choker, matching bracelet, my eternity wedding band, a gift (that essentially was an engagement ring-type solitaire), and a gold bracelet for my husband. At first they seemed very honest and nice people. But extremely disappointed at their unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I went 3 times to them and 3 times they gave me different but higher price for the same item depending on what jewlery I am wearing or how I was dressed. And when you tell them you told me something else last time they say it's not possible. If you want to order jewlery from them please be careful because they never make it the way they said it would be and the way they promised it will look, and never give the money upfront because you will end up running after them for a couple of months to get either the item you ordered or your money back. We had a very bed experience with them. When the jewlery was made it was nothing like what we ordered and what they said it would be. We had to do many back and forth's in a span of about 3 months and eventually we totally didn't get the product they promised at the beginning. On top of that, they kept rising the price every time we spoke. Will never recommend them to any of my friends or relatives again. They turned a longtime customer and someone who referred many friends and family to them regularly completely sour! Never again! read more

I recently lost my eternity band so I needed to have a new one made. I really admired my business partners ring and she always received compliments wherever we would go. I told her that I needed to get a new wedding band and update the style of my engagement ring. I asked her for a referral to the jeweler she went to and she said that I would be very pleased because she's so happy with her ring. When I arrived at Arka jewelers Arbin (son) was very nice and he spent over an hour talking to me and that gave me the impression that he wanted to get it right and make sure I was going to be happy. Just like the previous review, I will warn you to stay away!! Extremely dishonest people. I had received a gift of two items and it came with a receipt that clearly said exchanges were allowed. I went in and found another item that was the same value of the two pieces combined. They quoted me a price and were very nice to me until they found out that I was going to exchange the other ones in. All of a sudden they came up with all sorts of new rules that they made up. They told me I can only exchange a bracelet for a bracelet and a necklace for a necklace. They told me that's their policy and it's written down and they asked me if I wanted to see it. After they told me three times that it's a written down policy that I can see, I asked them to see it and mysteriously they said they can't access it because "it's inside the computer and we can't turn it on". Of course this policy is nowhere on the receipts I had nor was it anywhere on their extensive website. Very frustrating that they just make up whatever rules they want. Very unpleasant experience and I won't be back. read more
