Well folks you just can't go wrong with shopping at a MK store, and the Glendale store is no exception. I came in recently to return a wallet, and the lovely salesgirl (I believe her name was Lara) was gracious, professional, elegant, didn't rush me, simply a perfect employee. She gradually pulled out all the wallets for me, in a relaxed easy environment, unlike Macys. I always feel so nice when shopping at an MK boutique. Their bags are exceptional, but their customer service is too, and their boutiques are always very pleasant. Not jam packed with merchandise, or hyped up employees on too much caffeine, and the nice couch is a help as I need to sit due to my bad back. I will be a loyal MK customer for life, and this nice Glendale shop is top notch. If you are looking for an old fashioned shopping experience, where you can actually pick out a handbag or accessory, without all the clutter, fuss, noise, at your leisure, come to any Michael Kors boutique. All employees who work here have no personality. Not helpful at all. They don't speak. The entire store was very messy. Bags were not presentable at all. But upon walking in they're all hanging out in a circle chit chatting. They didn't even notice people walking in. No greeting. Won't come here again that's forsure. read more

I wanna give them 0 star. I'm a loyal customer from Keara. I like her and I bought a lot from her. But today a girl named Ani broke it. Her service really sucks. I'm a foreigner my English is not very well, she spoke to me very fast. My friend Keara was off tonight and I asked other workers to help. They gave me a displayed bag and I checked between the two displayed bags. At last I found the better one was dirty. So I asked they guy to clean it. I said very politely, can u please try to clean it for me? I really want it. He brought it back and i don't know how he cleaned. He failed. I said let me clean it. And it was easy to clean. I asked why I clean it so easy and you couldn't. I'm not happy. I came here only bcz I like Keara. She is my friend. I chose your store only bcz I like here. But today I'm disappointed you provided me bad service. Then another girl named Ani came and talked with me in English very fast , I can't understand very well, but she meant that's your choice if u feel bad you can go away don't buy it. She said you are not nice to us . Am I rude? I'm not happy they didn't clean it for me , about their bad service, I can't say? If I say, I'm rude? Later I talked with my friend, she called Ani , then she text me, she said next time she will kick me out of their store if I come again. I'll write to MK company to tell them how rude their workers and how jealous between them. How rude they were to a foreigner. Ani is racist. She spoke bad words so fast . If you go to this MK , please ask for Matthew Dayne, he is the best ever! I highly recommend this MK! He always helps me at all the times and he provides really good service. If I ever wanted to know a price he would let me know very fast and gives me just the help I need. I have bought numerous bags from him and I'm very satisfied with each one of them. I highly recommend to visit the Michael Kors store at Glendale Galleria. You do not have to drive to the outlets to find good prices :) just because it is a retail store does not mean they do not have good prices. I was there on Christmas Eve as I walked into the store everybody was very friendly, I was there just to get a watch case, I talked to the store manager Lara who right away explained to me all the sales they were having I was blown away with the good deals (outlet deals) but most importantly I was blown away with how nice Lara is. She went out of her way to satisfied me, she really knows the meaning of how to treat a customer. I'm planning on paying her a visit very soon to get a watch. I love coming to this store because of great customer service every one here are so friendly helpful and knowledgeable this is my preferred location because of the outstanding service they provide. Last week I had four pair of shoes which all of them were on sale and I wanted to get the deference which was impossible because of the store policy Lara the store manager explained to me they couldn't do it anyway she did give me back the deference she wanted to satisfy her customer which I appreciate a lot. Have been to several stores that deal in Michael Kors watches, but this one is a cut above. Ani was incredibly helpful without being the least bit pushy. Also, as mentioned in another review, she and the other salespeople are very knowledgeable about the Michael Kors products. I tried on several watches, then went back a couple days later and bought the one I liked best. Now the new Unicef Watch Hunger Stop watch is on its way. I just phoned the store and they have offered to let me know when & where it will be available so I don't miss out. I believe it is a limited edition and each watch sold feeds 100 children in the Wold Food Program that is sponsored by Unicef. I call that a win-win. read more

All I can say is WOW! This Michael Kors store is hands down the best I have ever come across. And I am talking about the type of customer service I have received recently from them. In particular Astineh and the wonderful manager Lara. It all started when Astineh assisted me over the phone for a pair of MK shoes I was searching for. She was able to locate a pair in my size in the store. She took my payment over the phone and mailed them to me. It was such a smooth process. Again, I was looking for another MK item (a handbag this time) and decided to call the MK Glendale store again since I had such a good experience with the shoe purchase. Astineh again was there to help. She put the bag I wanted on hold until I was ready to make the purchase. This is when Lara stepped in. She extended the courtesy to continue putting the bag I wanted on hold until the date I was ready to pay for it. Especially since the handbag had been requested to be sent back to the warehouse. Lara is such a delight and very accommodating. I must say, getting this kind of service these days in LA in general is very hard to find, let alone anywhere period. She has found a new customer and I will be buying ONLY from this MK store from now on. Mind you, I don't even live near Glendale and have yet to make the drive to meet Lara and her crew. As someone who shops at Glendale Galleria it is refreshing to see a store who values their customer so much. I walked into the store looking for a watch and ended up getting styled in a full outfit that is too die, it felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends! They even offered me water ! This store literally best service by the store manager. I have been driving around from Santa Anita to Sherman oaks trying to get an watch fixed that I had recently bought for my significant fixed and literally felt as no one could help me. Even going to Nordstrom to see if they have a screw to fix it but could not get help. Not wanting to pay on the warranty because I just got this watched fixed, Lana came to the rescue. She listen to my frustrations, she Gabe me alternative s and ultimately she made me feel like my business mattered. I went to the store on Black Friday and bought a watch. The sales associate asked me if I wanted to have it sized. I thought, why not? So he took the watch to the back to have it sized for me. I came home that day, and actually received a gift from my mother, and it happened to be a MK watch since she knew I wanted one. I took the watch I bought back to get a refund a couple days later (I didn't wear it at all. It stayed in the box the whole time.) and the manager said I couldn't return it because I had it sized. I actually work as a Jewelry Designer, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that you can add links back onto a watch VERY easily without doing any damage/altering the look of the watch. I asked my vendors who actually make/assemble watches if it would do damage, and they all said no, and didn't understand why they wouldn't take it back. I tried to explain this to the manager, but she said it "would get messed up, and wasn't fair to the customers who would buy it in the future." Well guess what? It isn't fair to THIS customer that no one explained to me that if you get a watch at MK sized, you CAN'T return it. It's total BS. Next time warn your freakin' customers about anything being final sale like all the other "designer" and dept. stores do! And stop being so snobby with your customers! MK is not even a high end designer brand LOL. read more

Pretty unfriendly. No one smiled when I asked questions about the products. In fact, when I walked in, no one even acknowledged me. I really had to grab their attention. Additionally, when I purchased a backpack, they gave me a backpack that had a lot of marks and some threading coming out. Luckily I asked to look at it before they put it in a bag, but you'd think they'd look over it before handing it to me. The next backpack they handed me was nearly perfect. Had a little bit of glue on it, which the guy cleaned off, but he seemed a bit annoyed that I was asking him to do that. He didn't even let me know when he finished -- he just placed it behind me without saying anything. Then after purchasing my backpack I asked to try on a pair of shoes. They didn't follow up with me if I liked them. (And again, no smiles or friendly tones). Overall, not absolutely horrible, but pretty bad considering it's a designer store. read more

if there was a zero i would give this place a zero. the girls @ this store pre-qualify customers and they only talk about how pretty they look. i went to the store 3 days ago looking for a purse and a watch for my wife but ani the salesperson was acting like she didn't care about her customers didn't even offer help didn't offer options to my wife. once i purchased the purse for my wife. i went to look at the watches she (ani) didn't care until i asked her about a watch then she tried to offer them. i think they should be more professional or get more training about sales 101 (how to treat customers and sale more, build rapport with customers, customer retention, referrals). i spent my money @ that store because i wanted to please my wife but if it wasn't for that i would never buy anything from that store. at the end they always ask for info so they can send specials on emails but that they ani and her co-worker didn't ask for it because they my face that i was mad because of the bad customer service they have. read more
