The place is easily located albeit my apple map had me going in circles around the wrong block. Once I figured out where they actually were it was easy to get toon Brand. The store is very clean and spacious and offers a wide variety of items for anyone to choose from. What I was most appreciative of was the service. They didn't have what I needed, size wise, but they made calls to locate what I was looking for and I was very thankful! The selections are plenty and the prices are just right. I love "Undefeated" as a brand! But the employee who I had the unfortunate experience to engage with on 5/2 was very rude and unfriendly. I walked in the establishment and was not greeted. The gentleman with black reading glasses came from the back and had a cold stare and did not offer any assistance. He stood by the register and said absolutely nothing. He had a mean look on his face and did not provide any helpful service. He was 5'8, Latino and had black clothing on. I will never visit this store location again due to this experience. read more

I placed an order online over Black Friday weekend which was cancelled shortly afterwards. After attempting to contact the company through their online portal numerous times they refuse to resolve the problem and continue to reply with what seems to be an automated response rather than an actual person. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced and I suggest everyone refrain from making an online purchase or any purchase from them at all. I have supported Undefeated for over two decades, but now I feel like I no longer should. I previously disregard the negative reviews I have read about this company from Yelp and Trustpilot, but now from my experience it seems as if they are true. Zero customer service. Walked in today hoping to find some cool stuff and I did, they have a great selection at this location. Lots of nice things from clothing, shoes, and accessories to some cool collectible pieces. However if you're expecting any kind of interaction or greeting from the four employees here, good luck. Want to give a big shoutout to David and Christian. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by them with welcoming energy. I was doing some birthday shopping and was having a hard time deciding on what shoes to get. First off it's already hard because of the selection of shoes the store had. They gave me the best options of " hyped shoes " that are in trend right now, considering that I am on a budget. They weren't pushy at all like your typical sales men and were very patient on what shoes I decide to get. We browsed and I finally made my selection then they even helped me select a couple t shirts to go with the shoes and I had an outfit complete. Went in to buy a pair of FCFS Kobe's at this location with my brother. Waited 2.5 hours in line and they only let us purchase one shoe when BOTH of us waited in line patiently. Rules are one shoe per head, and my brother was right after me in line, yet they refused to let him purchase because we had apparently communicated with the doorman incorrectly when THEY were the ones who miscommunicated. Instead of considering us as individual customers to get one pair each, they argued that we were only able to purchase one pair. Workers at Undefeated always seem to make everything inconvenient. I've been to different locations for different shoe drops and the experience is always negative. Yall need to improve your customer service, communication and guidelines for drops. read more

I just want to vent out about what happened at Glendale Undefeated yesterday. I've won the raffle for Travis Scott velvet brown 7.5 mens. I came in the store around 5:05pm and the asian guy who i'm talking to at register told me I missed the raffle. I know I did but it's only 5 minutes and i'm hoping for a consideration coz it's only 5 minutes late. I'm coming from San Diego yesterday. It's supposed to be a gift for my son. I went into today looking to buy my brother in law some shoes, they didn't have their size but the employees were beyond friendly and never hesitated to grab me a size. I ended up getting 2 tee shirts. They also have a workout line which I recommend buying. The parking here is easy, you do have to pay; but a few quarters will do the trick. read more

The Santa Monica spot was way more chill and welcoming. I recently visited Undefeated Glendale and it was such a refreshing experience. Ive Been shopping at Undefeated its origin. Unfortuneatly over the years customer service isn't the same as it once was. This is shopping in general. Phone calls on inquiry come off as an annoyance. Upon coming in I had no idea what to expect. I was met with a welcoming staff that cared about my experience. I was asked questions of how I can be helped and the staff seemed extremely invested In assuring they could do any and everything to help me maximize my experience. it seems like because everything sells itself these days there's a standoffish approach to customers.David and other staff welcomed me with open arms and seemed eager to help me have an outstanding shopping experience. I will now happily travel an extra 30 mins out of the way to Glendale to shop here. it's about more than just the purchase that sells itself. Its about community and interactions. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They were all huddled around the register talking, no one approached us as we were looking at shoes or just lifted their head up to say Hi. I finally had to go over to the register to ask for a sneaker. I ended up purchasing it and the woman who checked me out was texting on her phone the entire time and never looked up once.
