I also noticed that it had a cafe/outdoor seating adjacent to the store. They even offered me a shopping cart and wished me a happy shopping. I did have few things in mind that I have been needing and wanting to get. Where to buy them with great affordable prices? Here at Nordstrom Rack. This was my 1st visit at this store, and will not be the last. I do visit the Glendale area quite often. As I was browsing their aisles, I noticed a lot of items by famous designers, and their sale racks 70 to 75% off. The cashier even offered me 5% discount, if I join their rewards program, so I did. Card is already in the mail. Aisles were easy to navigate and everything was placed in the right places and NOT cramped like some other stores are. I have never encountered any type of a problem in any one of their locations. Bought a lot of things on this visit from practically every department. They have shoes, accessories, cosmetics, women's, men's and kids department, along with kitchen/bathroom essentials. Also, houseware stuff. They have toys and a lot more. Needed underwear in a pack of 6, not in any particular brand, but of course the size has to be right. White color. I also needed a nice pillow. Came in 2. I bought this beautiful, 3 inch heel gray color shoe, to match a light gray short sleeve blouse with rhinestones. I also bought a pair of dark blue color jeans with rhinestones. I guess I had rhinestone fever that day,:-)) Got me this beautiful Summer/Spring blouse with yellow/purple stripes. Saw these fashionable glasses, tried them on and it looked nice on me and complimented my face. Got that too. You can also wear them as prescription glasses. I can never get enough of vases, got a nice flower vase, a fashionable pant/skirt with sequins/diamonds on it (not real diamonds), and it was the last one left. Looked perfect on me! 2 transparent soap dispensers, 2 room sprays, a nice mug with an inspirational message on it. "good vibes only"! One heart shaped crystal Jewelry box that you can use for anything. And a festive decorative Autumn wreath for my door to welcome fall. I believe that's all I got. The store along with the restrooms and dressing rooms were very clean. While waiting in line to check out, got couple of drinks and candy. Ample parking lot and Love Nordstrom Rack!! Thank you all very much!:-))

Manager said that they don't sell worn shoes, but half of the shoes in that store are worn, so before buying anything , people should take a picture and video, otherwise they will make you swallow their damaged merchandise

First of all, the prices here are NOT it. I found the same crocs cheaper on the crocs website and…read morethey refused to price match. The selection also is dismal, and they don't even have colored shoe laces. Worst of all, I dealt with a really rude employee. I asked for a UK 7 in a pair of docs and he laughed at me and patronized me suggesting I was wrong and weird for going by UK sizes. I'm sorry but it's written on ALL doc marten boxes. I said UK 7 because I thought it was easier than saying women's 9 because sometimes I'll be handed a men's 9 instead. That's how I ask for shoes AT the doc marten store downstairs at the mall. It's normal, he didn't have to laugh in my face and treat me like I'm dumb. It felt sexist to be honest. Then he tried to sell me a leather care kit for the doc martens I was wearing. He was pushy after I said no and high key insulted the state of shoes. For background I know a LOT about leather care and religiously take care of my doc martens, so this felt really really rude. They were 5+ year old shoes that I wear when making art, they were not even mean to look perfect but I already use a leather balsam on it, i take such good care of my multiple pairs of docs and have a routine. He also definitely didn't know what he was talking about with the leather care kit--he just made me feel so insecure about how my shoes looked and made me feel like I was stupid the entire conversation when he clearly didn't know about anything he was talking about. Once again, as a woman, it was so so sexist how he was speaking to me. Terrible man, terrible experience, expensive store, sexist vibes. That's all I'm saying. 1/5 for real.

Back in January, I had an issue with items that were delayed for a month due to shipping and weren't delivered on time for my birthday trip--something that was completely outside the store's control. Even so, Crissy took ownership of helping me track everything down and worked to find a solution instead of simply saying there was nothing she could do. That level of care made a stressful situation much easier. I recently returned to the store, and once again Crissy went above and beyond while assisting with my transaction. What impressed me most was that she remembered both my name and my wife's name from months ago without my wife ever being physically present just from conversation. That kind of genuine personal connection is rare and speaks volumes about the care she puts into every customer interaction. Before meeting Crissy, I wasn't much of an Adidas shopper. Her hospitality, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience have completely changed that. She has genuinely influenced me to become a more frequent customer. Having worked in retail for 17 years myself, I know firsthand how difficult it is to consistently deliver service at this level. I would love to have many "Crissys" on my own team. She is an incredible asset to Adidas, and employees like her are exactly what build customer loyalty and keep people coming back. Thank you, Crissy, for setting such a high standard.
