Visited the store to make a few returns; the return process was smooth as we had our transaction on our app. The store is in the smaller side but Tory made our experience smooth. The selection at the store are not much but you can easily make an online purchase to be ship to your home for free. Parking to get to the store can be difficult. But it's not impossible. No bathroom inside the store. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at the Nike Glendale store. I brought an online order to the store for a return on the 60th day after the delivery date, which is within Nike's published return policy. The store manager refused to accept my return, insisting that their store counts 60 days from the order date, not the delivery date. I explained that Nike's website clearly states the return window is based on the delivery date, but she replied, "That's my store policy," and told me to call customer service if I didn't agree. I called Nike Customer Service, but unfortunately the first representative incorrectly supported the store manager. To verify the policy, I called two other nearby Nike stores, and both confirmed that the 60-day return period starts from the delivery date. I then called Nike Customer Service again and spoke with a different representative, who also confirmed that the official Nike policy is based on the delivery date. I took my items to another Nike store, where they accepted my return immediately with no issues. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. Customers should not have to make multiple phone calls or drive to another store because a manager doesn't know or doesn't follow Nike's own return policy. I hope Nike provides better training to ensure customers receive accurate information and consistent service across all stores. read more

Just picked up an order from the store. The person handling my pick up was inconsiderate with fake smile. I have mentioned the merchandise is for a gift and he gave me a wrinkled box with wrinkled and ripped paper inside the box. I only discovered this when got back to work and now I have to go back to get a decent packaging. Please train your employees. I wouldn't be so upset if I was shopping in swap meet stores. read more

Just stopped in for the Jordan drop and got in line around 8:20am. There was already over 20 people ahead. As the store opened and the line started moving, this guy walks up with 7 pair in his hand trying to cut. The African American (short with braids) employee manning the door was going to let him in until I said something! They must have been working together because that's unacceptable and against store policy. The fact that I had to make it an issue is uncalled for and that employee should be reprimanded. I did call the store and spoke with GP, so hopefully that does not happen again. read more

Small store so naturally, selection is limited in comparison to most but employees have always been helpful, friendly and welcoming. It's clean and organized but limited selection in gear overall. It is a small Nike store at the Americana . Would be nice if it had more retail space but it's kinda hidden and underrated. Kudos to the staff who do their best! read more

Well for starters I'm exaggerating when I say this but my childhood "swatmeet" had better customer service/return policy than multi billion dollar company such as "NIKE" just a week past their new (2) months return policy they could not help resolve anything ...smh read more

Great service. Nice store. The clerks were extremely helpful. The selection of merchandise was great.

This is a new store that opened a few days ago at the Americana. The vibe is cool and hip and the staff is friendly. There are many places to sit and relax while browsing, giving patrons that warm, welcoming feeling. No matter what you are looking for, this Nike store has you covered. parking - metered, garage, 90 minute free lots within several blocks read more

Dropped in for the grand opening on February 20, 2020. Lots of cool Nike merchandise! Nice to have a Nike store closer to me that's not an outlet. I didn't buy anything on this visit but I did partake in the free Nike themed donuts and socks from the Nike Plus vending machine. It appears that the store will be hosting yogi, HIIT, and running meet-ups. I'm looking forward to dropping by for some of these classes. Thanks Nike! read more

Service was fast. Selection was minimal. Value was okay same as the nike app. But it would be nice if they have more selections

I buy all my shoes at the Nike store. I usually go to the Grove, but I was close to Glendale. WOW! Horrible service!! One guy was helping someone so I decided to ask one of the female hispanic cashiers. I asked her if they had wide sizes of this particular shoe style, she just said without even looking at me oh it's whatever we have there and just moved her hand toward the shoes. She didn't even see the shoe I was asking for. And no she wasn't charging anyone. Never going back to this location. read more

The service was fantastic! I went in to exchange an online order. They made it super simple and helped me pick out shoes my teenage son wouldn't make fun of me for wearing. I couldn't have asked for more! read more

Rude, rude, rude staff. We went for a curbside pickup item for my son for back to school. However, their curbside pickup option online does not provide location instructions. When I called the store to inquire, the guy told me to go to a roundabout and he would have someone bring out the shoes. At the roundabout, security told us to leave. I called the store again, explained again there are no location instructions. and the woman did not believe me. She offered to give me corporates phone number because it was "above their pay grade".. She sent someone out to bring the shoes that was very condescending. Nike's are not cheap, their service shouldn't be either. read more

First of all, do not buy anything from this store. I bought 2 nike items for $70. That didn't fit good to me so I went back to return. I didn't have the receipt so I asked the employee to ring it to confirm that I bought from there.. The employee told me he can give me the store credit for same day only instead of return. I gave up to get the refund and told him to give me store credit. You know what happened? Couldn't believe that it happened in Americana at Brand. He said he will give $3 for $35 return without receipt so total $6 for $70 return. I tried explained to him about unfairness but only answer i got was store policy. Keep the receipt when you buy anything here. But I don't think this store is managed by Nike. Must be a private store. Don't go ,Don't buy anything at this store. They don't even deserve one star for review. read more

Terrible service! Waited in line to go into the store. Then turned away at the door about 15min before closing! Makes no sense! If you close at 7 then close at 7! I was told that they need time to close the registers.... I've worked retail. You close the registers AFTER THE STORE IS CLOSED! Not while customers are still shopping! Someone train these people proper retail closing procedures! read more

I called today to ask if they by any chance nike carries new balance shoes. I am not an expert on shoes so I had no idea that Nike and new balance were different brands. A guy picked up the phone and when I asked if they carry new balances he responded with an attitude saying " this is a Nike store why would we carry new balance" I then laughed because I thought it was funny and apologized. As I am laughing I was going to end the call and say have a good rest of your day, he ended up hanging up as I was laughing. This is not appropriate, his attitude was not okay and I will never be shopping at this location again. read more

Worst customer service. The gentleman that assisted me seem to be in a bad mood or something. I went in to pick up some shoes I had ordered thru the app. Once I told him I was there just to pick up my order he started rolling his eyes at me. I do not think it was going to be an inconvenience for him on just to give me the shoes. I guess it was when he started speaking to me, he had an attitude. It does not seem like he likes working/dealing with customers or just grabbing the shoes that somebody had already ordered. He did not have a name tag on him, but he was wearing a black jersey and black shorts. It will be good to have a name tag on everyone so other employees do not get in trouble for just one employee not liking his job. read more

Super rude lady working in this store! I walked in with my face covered with my jacket, apologized for not having an actual mask, this lady jumped off the counter and started screaming and asking me to leave! I got scared and started walking out, she was not satisfied, she started following me and screaming "i am going to make sure u leave this store"!!! Like she saw a dynasore!!!!! She was acting very disrespectful and discriminatory! Everyone in the store and outside were shocked! I hope the owner of this business reads this and knows what kind of people are working there!!! read more

Alex (Herbert) gave excellent customer service with my return and my shopping experience here. Definitely an athlete to lead by example from. Horrible customer service! Ive always had a great experience at any Nike store I've been to through out the Country, but this store has some of the worse customer service I've ever came across any where. The Nike brand is no longer family friendly. Shoe sales people used to work hard for their commission, but It is evident that the Nike employees here are more focused on sneaker heads and influencers, than putting in effort. I went in looking to buy new shoes. I was ready to spend upwards of 600$ for 2 pairs. I stood in the shoe section of the store near the registers for 20 minutes and no one helped me or asked me if I needed assistance. Worst customer service. I've been here numerous times, and they are consistent. Rude and un-interested every time.

I was there this last Sunday they don't have much selection I buy a shoe box price was lower and they charge me more I noticed when I came home next day I called to ask if they honor because on the box suggested price was lower they said prices went high and they can't give the adjustment I said why you guys didn't remove the price they said we forgot yours to take it out There mistake but manager didn't honor they mistake Also I ordered other shoe from online from store because they didn't had in store sale associate didn't aware online deal he charge me full price but they had promo code and he didn't offer me I am glad that after I came home I check the online again for other Shoes and I saw the deal and I ordered again I not happy over all with store it was my first time shopping from that location never again read more

Great store, but the customer service is horrible. I went in the store today and walked around the entire store. Passed a group of 4 store associates talking with each other; Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. On the way out I walked right by another store associate. Still nothing. read more

SUCH A SMALL STORE! I only wear Nike athletic wear. The customer service is wonderful here and you will quickly understand why if you visit this location. The entire store is the size of a one bedroom apartment. So, don't expect many options for apparel, shoes, or accessories at this location if you are casually shopping. However, download the Nike app and search store availability and this store will be sure to set the item aside for you if it says it's in stock here. They really are some of the best Nike employees here. They just don't have much merchandise to help with. If you are caught in a bind at this location and can't find what you need at Nike, there's a Dick's at Glendale Galleria and they carry Nike. Otherwise, I would make the trip to the Grove for the new arrivals or Nike Community store for older, still in season merchandise. If it's out of season merchandise you are looking for, make the drive to Ontario Mills Nike outlet store. read more

This location has the worst customer service ever. Online and when I call it says they're open at 10 AM when I get there this lady through the glass is arguing with all these customers about opening at 11 we all tell her that's not what it says there's kids outside and it's super cold and it's about to rain That's 4-5 employees inside Sitting laughing not doing anything every other store around them is open blaming it on "covid" that's just your excuse If you don't want to work just say that. read more

I would just like to say that sarah was amazing help. She welcomed us the moment we walked in the store and helped us with a return for some shoes. Love the staff here! They couldn't be more helpful and always go out of their way to make sure I have exactly what I'm looking for. Ordered shoes for pick up online was given the wrong size instead of a men's 7.5 they gave me a women's 7.5 . Frustrating I didn't check before I left but given it was an online order I did not think they could mess that up because they pre package it for you before pick up . read more

I love Nike and have several pairs! Some I've purchased from Nike directly and many from other large retailers. When Black Friday rolled around, naturally, I put in an order for a couple pairs. Unfortunately the fit wasn't as expected and I needed to make a return. After searching for nearby stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find one close to my place of work and decided to head over. Upon walking in I was greeted by a gentleman at the front counter who immediately helped start the return process. However, he stopped short when realizing I'd used PayPal. He proceeded to let me know that the only option was a store gift card. I was confused to say the least and asked to speak with a manager for clarity since I had never heard anything more absurd. Tender is tender and I had a receipt, which was well within the return period. I asked the manager on more than one occasion to direct me where the policy stated this, considering I'd read it prior to entering the store and nowhere in the print was there mention about PayPal transactions specifically. She wasn't able to do so and instead processed my return without issue all while explaining technical jargon in a cheap attempt to justify things. It was of little interest and I wasn't impressed. I left the store feeling extremely frustrated as to why they made a simple return into an issue and allowed a loyal customer to walk out with such negative experience. Although they weren't blatantly mean this wasn't the best display of good customer service. Needless to say, I have no future plans to enter this particular location. read more

Bad customer service. I waited to be allowed in, due to the current situation then made a second line to make a return from an online purchase. The lady at the front helped the guy behind me and did not acknowledge that I was waiting. When I asked if I could make the return she said yes after I'm done, which took awhile because she continued to have a 15 minute conversation about skating. This is my first time here and will be my last. read more

Not much of a selection at this location. We had to wait in the sun for about 25 minutes to even get inside. The store only allows up to 3-4 people in it at once? Not sure how many people exactly, seemed like a low number. I came here looking for a gift to purchase. Sadly, I was unable to get a gift here as the selection was limited and anything else I wanted I would need to order online. read more
