After waiting all this time, my order finally arrived TODAY -- and the sizing is completely wrong. Even worse, what I received is not the outfit I was expecting. I ordered this far in advance because I needed it for a specific occasion. Now, because of their mistake and the long wait, I have no time left to send it back, wait for another order, or have this problem properly corrected before my event. For a company that specializes in made-to-measure clothing, receiving an order with completely incorrect sizing after waiting a month is extremely disappointing. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and has seriously affected an important occasion I had planned for. I expected much better quality control and customer service. I need INDOCHINO to take responsibility and provide an immediate solution. After a 2nd failed attempt, he blamed it on their system being outdated and not capable of handling that type of transaction. In 2026?? At a high end store?? It's a standard Apple Pay return!
