If they were to update the return policy this would be the spot! It sucks because even though they typically have a great selection of shoes and clothing year round, unless every thing is tried on in store or you just magically know your size for the various brands being offered it can be quite a headache given the premium prices of the items. Luckily, the owner graciously made an exception for me when asked insistently (I'm very forward and very persistent lol) about exchanging a shirt and a pair of shoes. Once the kinks were worked out, I loved my purchases and would definitely visit again if I have the time to browse and try on ALL of my items before leaving the store. I wouldn't dream of ordering online, but a more customer-friendly exchange/return policy would definitely make this one of my go to shops whenever I want to update or add a few dope pieces to my wardrobe. read more

Yes! finally a spot with the hottest new styles and the freshest gear and the most legit prices available, market value. Except service and availability is lacking major. So basically it's a hit or miss with this place due to sizing and service in my book. Don't get me wrong they are stacked with shoes. Styles you will never find at Footlocker and Champs. You'd even possibly pay an arm and leg online or from these so called shoe "plugs" who wait all night and day for a raffled off shoe to sell to you and make more then what they payed for. When it comes to finding the size you want with the specific color and brand, it's better to call and get a name so you don't get too disappointed if you show up and realize they don't have the size you want. Anyways back to service.....I feel like paying 2-300 for a shoe entitles you to some sort of service. No matter if it's Gucci or Nike. I get astonishing service at luxury brand stores but for the past 2-3 trips here, all I hear is, crickets and profanity out of the employees. Almost no care. For instance, I'm asking about a pair of shoes and I get told to "just pick any pair" lol come on now, that's by far the worst service I've gotten from buying a shoe in my whole life man. First they gave me two left pairs of the same shoe, and unfortunately I only realized by the time I was coming back to NY and couldn't go to the store to exchange. This was back in June; I sent one of the pairs and was told they sent the other one, however I never received it. I had gone in and purchased a pair of sneakers that I was told were going to "stretch out". The salesman only gave me the left shoe and we both didn't want to take out the other since they are bleach white & didn't want to risk dirtying them. I purchased them, went home & slept on my choice. When I woke up this morning I tried on again just the left shoe. Ultimately I decided it was too tight & I need the half size up. Well the store is out of every size and color I would like. But they don't offer refunds - which was NOT made clear- even in this situation. The old salesman at the desk was rude and I was told to "oh just buy another pair in the meantime". Sorry I do not have an extra $100 at the moment to spend on a pair of shoes I did not come in here for. I was never given the option of possibly ordering my size. I was pretty much told I was SOL. Drip has one of the most diverse selections of shoes and apparel. It is my one stop shop and I always purchase something whenever I go. I've gotten myself Timberlands, Toms, Asics, Adidas, and numerous Nike shoes. In addition, I've also gotten apparel from companies like RVCA, Jordan, and Levis. The selection really keeps up with current fashion trends styles. It is really pleasing to see a store take their time and see what is fashionable. I've also won a pair of Yeezy shoes from one of their raffles and they are amazing. Their new raffle is coming up and I hope my luck will be just as good! The service is top notch here. All the team members are competent, knowledgeable about fashion, and sociable. The owner is great too. He constantly strives for the satisfied customer and is a very nice man. Horrible experience!! I understand that things are slow due to COVID (or so they kept telling me during my wait period) but 3 months to receive my shoes was just ridiculous. I emailed several times just to get automated email responses and nothing else. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with my bank and THEY contacted Drip that I receive my shoes. $170 for a pair of average looking shoes that I didn't get for over 3 months. unless you're an Instagram influencer and they know you're going to review their products for thousands of people to see i would try somewhere else first. read more

lots of urban wear from makers like roca and kangol. i can't rock most of the clothes because they're giant-sized. what i go to drip for are the kicks. they've got some stuff you can't find at other sneaker stops like rare jordans or air force ones. selection is good and they pay proper reverence to the shoes. it really puts a knot in my underwear when stores like sportie LA have shoes strewn everywhere. for people like me that clean their shoes with a toothbrush, you want to think that your shoes were treated with some measure of respect. if you don't understand, then don't even try to know why. read more
