I haven't been to Zero's physical location, but I have purchased from them numerous times via their livestreams on WhatNot. They do an amazing job and always have more than fair prices on everything they sell. I have purchased more than 20 New Era Hat Club caps from them and the selection is unbelievable. Some of them I haven't even been able to locate anywhere else online. If I ever find myself in the west coast, I will definitely be stopping in to visit the shop. Went into zeros for a gift for my boyfriend saw the zippo supreme lighter (not in package scratched and used) tried to act like I was stupid by telling me It was new because it had no fuel in it then proceeded to try to upcharge me $100 higher than the price from the supreme website. Great small independent Sneaker Boutique ! It's half a block off of Melrose, so even just the ambiance feels more chill. During my first visit, I met Zero, the owner, who was very respectful, humble, kind, and approachable. He has a great collection of Sneakers (some newer trendy things, some retro gems) as well as various Supreme garments & memorabilia. SNEAKER HEAVEN! I came to Zero's during memorial weekend by accident. I was at the Melrose Trading Post at Fairfax and was walking down Melrose trying to find something for my birthday. There were a lot of places but saw a bunch of people gathered around skating and hanging out I was curious to see what the commotion was all about. Turns out people are always there because this place really is a sneaker heaven. Amazing shoe selection for men and women. Lots of awesome fresh jackets and legit accessories. After buying a pair of overpriced shoes from flight club for my son that were too small and not being able to reach them via phone, email or messenger, I decided to drive 2 hours to their store only to be told there was nothing they could do for us. I walked around the corner to zeros and was greeted by a warm welcoming staff who understood my dilemma and was more than willing to help us. I was in L.A. for the first time from Minneapolis on business trying to kill time. I'm a sneaker head so I was on a mission to find a shop that offered me hard to find gear that Minneapolis failed to supply. I stumbled across this shop and was glad that I did. The service was great and not pushy and they took the time to find the right fit. The variety of shoes was surprising and I left the store with more than I was expecting. Good for my shoe game, bad for my wallet. I recommend M.A.S to anyone who has a high expectations for sneakers. I hope to find an online shop soon. read more

The guy with the gloves is the most ignorant person I've ever met. He didn't even know the actual cost of the shoe and literally started showing me attitude for absolutely no reason and told me to go to another store. He gave me a price for my shoe which was lower than the cost of the shoe and told me that ill never sell it, it was pretty funny actually cause he thought he knew a lot but honestly he doesn't know anything. Honestly not impressed. I heard about this place through the grapevine and I visited this location and left insulted. I came in to see what the trade in value of my dead stock Retro IV Countdown/Collezione shoes were. Not only did the staff seem bothered but also uneducated. I've been collecting sneakers for well over 15 years and to go to this location and have someone ask others about my shoe was frustrating. I know that nobody knows everything about shoes but I thought this was a simple process. After examining my shoes which were plastic sealed, I waited for their offer. The gentleman said he could offer me 70 to 80 dollars for trade. I felt this was an outrageous low ball offer. These shoes go for anywhere from $350-$400. I didn't get offered a quarter of the value. My frustration is that I was anticipating spending money on top of my Retro IV if they offered me a fair trade value. I declined and left. I do appreciate shops like these however this place has no soul/sole. I understand that this is a business but it felt like I was around a bunch of hypebeasts and only cared about looking cool and charging much more than they should. Again I get its a business but they more focused on the money and not about the culture. I will always love sneakers however this place could take a page out of stores that appreciate the sneaker community. Places like Sole Supremacy in the Bay Area they always gave me a fair trade and never overcharged me. Funny thing is both stores have similar inventory. Both sell Deadstock "OVO white" 10's. Melrose sells at a ridiculous $1000 and Sole Supremacy sale for $650. Shameful!!! They do have a wide selection for such a small shop that's the only reason I gave them a second star. read more
