I don't know what is going on with management at the Jumpman L.A. store but it's been a nightmare for the residents who live directly behind the store. During the the The One event this weekend here was nonstop noise all day and all night from around 6am Saturday morning until around 10am this morning. It's been impossible to sleep or even relax in my own home. The store and your brand do no outreach to the neighbors even though the store was built on a residential neighborhood directly next to hundreds of apartments. Now the alleyway that the store has been using for an event entrance all weekend looks like an insane disgusting mess. This is a serious health issue for the hundreds of apartments that are located directly across the alley. The store has no direct contact info and even has a fake phone number listed on yelp. Store is spacious and there is plenty of Jordan gear here. Not just for basketball, but also for streetwear. There's also a second floor where there is a workout area. You signup online through Nike. There is plenty of lockers to put your belongings and the Nike coaches are great in motivating any levels of athletes. It is Downtown LA so parking is terrible. read more

Jordan flagship store! BRAND NEW! No deadstock sneakers but if you're a sneaker head or love Jordan brand be sure to stop in! There's custom printing, a gym, a roof top basketball court & much more! It was busy when I stopped in during Grand Opening (10/21) & sadly I didn't see anything. I was a bit disappointed, thinking that there would be deadstock sneakers. This is definitely not the place to shop if you're after boutique type items! The interior is amazing...no regret checking it out! There's also 3 floors & lots to see. Mostly I was just impressed what they did with the space. I didn't get a chance to see the basketball court but next time I'm in the area I'm gonna have to check it out. read more

There is also a small gym/weight room on one end. 3rd floor has a basketball court. If you want to use it, you need to fill out a waiver. Started to check out the store and walked by the register, 3 employees huddled together chit chatting while looking at their phones, again No greeting. Big surprise my review is one star because once again this location blasted loud music last night starting at 6pm until 9am this morning, accompanied by a bright big screen that lit up our apartment across the alley until 4am. Dtla is loud, we all know this, but this was not only insane but I have a sneaking suspicion that there wasn't an event this time and that someone just forgot to turn all of that off before closing. I'm a heavy sleeper and have lived in this building for 7 years, if it's loud enough and if the screen is bright enough to wake me up at 2am, 4 am, 6 am, it's way too much. Any event should be done by midnight and whoever is in charge of AV should do a better job of making sure everything is turned off so that the surrounding neighbors aren't stuck listening to lizzo and having a strobe light attack all night long. I know it's hard to believe but people actually live here and have to work in the morning. This is ridonkulous and I know I'm not the only one who had a hard time sleeping through it. Get it together, it's not that hard to make a couple changes to fix this. I have a feeling no one will read this or do anything but I will continue to leave bad reviews for every time I can't sleep. Terrible service. Selling knockoffs. A size 13 never fits me. But it does at the Jordan store at 620 broadway downtown. Sells people are lazy. They just want your money without puting in any work. John who handles raffle pickup's at this location did not allow (me) 3rd party to pickup shoes; stated needed app. and needed to be open, ID for verification, and QR Code. QR code was present, and I had his phone number, and app. just no ID. (Friend is a recent Positive Covid related person that won raffle, asked for me to pickup shoes). Was just informed by friend a pickup confirmation came thru on his app. stating the pairs were picked up. Not by me obviously. Likely hooked up a buddy on the side, or employee. What trash, these people need to hire honest, trustworthy people. This isn't the last, of this review. Corporate will get an email, and letter stating what just happened. read more

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS AND STOP BLASTING MUSIC LATE INTO THE NIGHT, OR AT THE VOLUME IT IS AT AT ALL. This is completely unnecessary you can have events and provide some notice to neighboring buildings and not have it so loud that no one can even hear a conversation with someoen in their own kitchen. The man screaming narration over microphone is obnoxious and WAY TOO LOUD. MAKE IT STOP. Noise often starts in the afternoon and goes until 10 or 11 at night sometimes even until 5 IN THE MORNING. NO ONE CAN SLEEP, NO ONE CAN HAVE PEACE OR WORK AT HOME. They purposefully list a number that goes straight to answering machine with a rude message. I have spoken to the store downstairs themselves and If something does not change, police will be involved. read more

It is a nice store. The staff was cool and offered to show us around and on the rooftop court. Very nice decor. MJ and Bulls related. Definitely a must see. In order for them to thrive and retain customers, they will need exclusive drops and appearances from Jordan Brand athletes. I always wanted to go, but only went when my wife wanted to go to Grand Central Market. Just a few blocks away. read more

What a time to be living in LA! New jumpman store in DTLA. I found street parking down the street. This a cool spot but as a heads up if they're handing out wrist bands for a hot new release, you've been warned it will get crowded...FAST! I got a chance to check out the inside of the store. They frequently close the store for private events and don't provide any notice to the public. And you can't call ahead to find out if they're open, because they don't answer the phone. My friend came into town from New York and we went out of our way to visit, only to be turned away at the door AFTER we paid for parking (the area has no street parking, most lots cost about $15). I asked "did you post anything on social media about closing? Anything online?" And the manager told me "No we don't post anything like that." So basically if you go, you're taking a gamble on whether or not they're open. read more

The store was nice and had a few good shoe finds. In my opinion, a big part of the appeal to Jordan brand is the retro's, in this store its geared more to the modern shoes. They didn't allow us on the roof to see the basketball court so call or research the times that is open to the public. There was a couple of retros but not much. Came here for an event for their new Nike Adapt BB. This store is huge with a total of three story. First floor focus on sneakers, the second floor focus on apparel and third floor is a basketball court. There was a massive line upon entrance because of the newly released Air Jordan 1 Turbo, Jordan 33 Travis Scott, etc. Upon entering the store, the staffs greeted you right away and asked if you're interested in any of the new releases. They staffs also helped me out with test fitting the new Nike Adapt BB and answering any questions I had regarding the shoe. Overall, the store was very clean and organized. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. There is no free parking but the location is very close to several parking structures. read more

This was such an awesome experience. I was in Los Angeles on vacation and just happened to stumble on this place while walking the downtown area. When entering I was nicely greeted followed by being asked if you would like a tour of the store. The employee named Joey love gave my friend and I a tour of the entire building which has 3 different floors and so much to see and experience! Yesterday, when in downtown LA, stopped in to this impressive new addition to the ever-evolving urban landscape there. Initially under the impression that the facility might be a tad exclusive, I'd hesitated. However, I turned out to be delightfully surprised! I was warmly greeted by Aeb ("Abe"), the manager on duty, and was given a friendly and comprehensive tour by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable associate, Angel. Not merely an upscale retail space (housed in a historic building, btw), they offer special events including free workouts with a trainer in a space overlooking the magnificent historic Los Angeles Theater. There's even a training "recovery" center complete with massage tables.They'll be hosting yoga classes as well, I was told. For those who might wish to pop in spontaneously for a quick workout, and apparently they even provide free workout gear and shoes (yes, there's a (free) professional cleaning service for that - as you can imagine, a definite question I had for 'em upon hearing that!). The entire store, actually is sparkling clean and inviting - a nice little oasis from our still gritty but vibrant and colorful Broadway. There's a little museum-like area, and the large space is stylishly appointed with comfy lounges and visually appealing artwork. A rooftop court, too - available to the public - which is also obviously used for special events. The one thing I missed was an onsite juice bar or a place to purchase a light, healthful snack. Right now, you can bring your own water in, but that's the extent of it. Then again, reminder to self: it's first and foremost a retail store, not an upscale gym. So, no stars removed for lack thereof... jes' sayin'. When in our LA downtown, this place was fun, and definitely worth checking out. I expect to be returning to monitor its development. read more
