Popped in for the first time. Might pop back in soon... Popkiller has some great novelty and pop culture knick knacks, accessories, apparel and life essentials... they sell surgical mask in packs with prints... great for fighting germs year around while looking trendy... clothing is overpriced, but very unique. Believe they rotate new items in as well on occasion. You'll definitely appreciate their warm customer service and atmosphere.

In the vicinity of Japan Town, around the corner on a side street there are two of these shops a few doors down from each other. It's a curio store with many items to catch your eye. Even the cashiers's look, attire and makeup gave off a hip cool vibe. With the popularity of unicorn trends, found a colorful unicorn headband unlike any I'd seen elsewhere in Hawaii. Just had to get it for the little sweetie and she loved it and wore it to school the following week. If you have the time to browse for the unique or bizarre you might like this place. They even give you free black thin stretchy plastic- like bracelets that was "in" many years ago. Even liked their clear plastic bags with their store name in bold pink letters.

Literally the cutest vintage finds and even cuter location. Do yourself a favor and pick up a pastel Members Only jacket or the cutest nostalgic jewelry from the 90's!

Cute, little vintage/ consignment shop, emphasis on little. Various types of clothing, sunglasses, socks, jewelry, and many other knickknacks to suit your needs. Prices aren't really in my range, though they do have a sale area which I purchased an item for $18. 1 fitting room available.

We were waiting to get in to Komasa sushi restaurant before their 5 pm opening, so I took a walk along the strip. Little Tokyo has a lot of stores like Popkiller and among others that really have "stuff" that you really don't need and care for. It's almost like some of the stores on Sawtelle in W. LA. Though that being said, it's all really fun to just browse. Popkiller is just another used clothing store mixed with some new stuff like the sunglasses that I tried on. The problem with these stores is the "smell". If these stores can clean/wash their items thoroughly and keep the place tidy and clean, they would be a million % more attractive. However, I also understand that, that can also make the price higher too. I guess most of the customers that do buy from here would rather go into a smelly store and maybe wash the items after.the purchase. If this is the type of "money" saving that you like, then this is the right store for you. As for me, I'd just browse and maybe keep my nose shut as I browse...LOL Overall, I like to browse and see what these stores have to offer or are selling. I do not care for the "smell". As for recommending? I am neutral. Thank you for reading.

Their prices are quite reasonable. Many items are up to 80% off what you would pay for great clothes and bags. They also have some nice art now and again it is all fairly priced. This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. If you are looking for a nice bag, they have it or some nice clothes. I have bought a few things there and I have never been disappointed.

They took my phone number and said they would call when they found the match. I gave them my number and about a week later, they called and had found the match. I returned and bought it. Yesterday, we went there and bought a few things. Super cute stuff and fun to shop. My daughter found new Stan Smith Adidas. They couldn't sell them because they lost the key to unlock the block thing that the alarm goes off if cut. Again, I gave my number and today, they called and found the key. Went back and got the adidas.

Don't let this tiny little store…read more- located in a tiny little corner of Little Tokyo - fool you: It's like a treasure trove of rare finds. I've been on a huge vintage kick lately, so this store has been my go-to source for old tees. My reasons for going vintage are primarily environmental since the carbon footprint and resources needed to make new clothes are substantial - and incredibly wasteful when there's so much awesome used clothing out there. Another reason: Your friends can't copy your style. Most recently, I picked up a few tees from the 1970s and 80s. Being in L.A. they get a lot of local and California vintage shirts with logos, designs, and jokes that only true Californians would get. I couldn't resist buying a Castroville "Giant Artichoke" tee they had over the summer. Personally, I tend to gravitate towards regional finds like these because they bring back such great memories of my youth and of family road trips up and down my home state. They also carry old college (Go Bears!), high school, and everyone's favorite - summer camp tees. Plus, you cannot beat the vintage fit from the 70s/80s. Caveat: Today's "S" is equivalent to an "M" or bigger because people were presumably thinner back then. So do your part for the environment and look effortlessly stylish doing it by shopping used and vintage! And there's no better place in L.A. for this than Raggedy Threads.

I love them, and I love true vintage t-shirts and what I love more are the people who are able to identify them and notice them when I wear them. Those are the folks that know, although I'm in a t-shirt it didn't come at a regular t-shirt cost. They appreciate my purchase as much as I do ;) Well... I'd heard Foxhole has reasonably priced vintage and they seem to. Seemed on par with other places I shop for shirts. I was also very excited to slip into a few pairs of vintage cut offs. I found the cutest pair that fit like they were made just for me. I didn't have to worry about alterations with this pair and chose it over another more boyfriend type fit that I have something fairly similar to already. Patches are also there thing here! They have tons and Fox mentioned she can sew them onto something nice if you have a collection of your own. Which, my boyfriend does! I'd love to be able to convince him to let me have Fox make something neat out of his childhood collection so it's not just sitting around the house in a box but he can display it and see them. We'll see... In the meantime I selected my own super cute Hot Air Balloon patch to have sewn onto the back of my new high waisted Levi's cut offs. I can't wait for the rain to stop so I can step out in them. They are adorably hot if that makes any sense at all. Adorably sexy... I don't know one of the two, maybe both. Met Jeff when I returned to pick them up a few days later. He is also very nice. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop in if you love vintage Denim or any and all of the above. I also picked up a really cute shamrock shirt to wear for St. Patty's Day with my birth year on it. Thanks Foxhole for an awesome first experience. I'll surely be back for overalls and more.
