Let's get something straight. I do not look like or dress like I belong in DOPE. I was simply accompanying my cousins who were not fluent in English. Nonetheless, the staff (all gorgeous btw) were warm and welcoming without judgment. The store is spacious with a solid selection of shirts, hats, shoes and jewelry. Parking is available on the street or in the neighborhood behind Fairfax. This place is true to its name. Everything is soooo sick! I literally just walked out of here. Great selection of clothes. What irritated me was that I tried on pants that were CLEARLY advertised for $100. The price tag was even on it still. I took them to the counter and the checkout dude said they were really $152 bucks. He then continued to "show me" that they really were the pants I wanted by bringing up a google image as "proof". Thank you for clarifying that those are indeed the pants I am holding. He literally showed me a picture of the pants I was staring at (with no price tag) and expected me to side with him. In conclusion, they didn't honor the price that was on the pants I wished to purchase, and they missed on a sale. I walked out disappointed and irritated at the poor service. read more

One of my favorite places to pick up some street wear. The staff are warm and welcoming unlike other stores in the area that don't even acknowledge your presence. The store is super spacey and well AC'd. It is split down the middle, women's clothing is as stocked as the men's. I always find something new to buy or want here, the goods always get better. There's also a bit of art pieces and random toys and trinkets to look at too. Not to mention the staff adds to the eye candy. read more

3 stars because we usually love this store. We come all the way from Vegas to shop the Fairfax strip, with my 3 kids in tow. All the shops are all friendly, smiles and greets. We buy from Dope every time we're here, but today (12.15.14), I stopped my cousin and husband from doing so. Why??? Because the MF working on stripping letters off the window in the front being an asshole. My kids were being kids, loud, but well behaved and sitting near the window where that guy was working. He kept looking at us so it was natural I look back at him (I even smiled). His response? "WHAT?" With an attitude. F**k you, go back to stripping letters you miserable asshole with your saggy tight jeans, fake Louis Vuitton belt and you probably spent your one month wage on them Jordan's. read more

Not really a patron of the stuff they have but I can appreciate DOPE for what it is. They have plenty of trendy products, the staff are friendly/helpful, and the aesthetics and detailed artwork covering the entire storefront windows are pretty cool. Note that there is only one fitting room with no lock so bring a buddy with you. Finding street parking sucks but if you're in the area, check them out. read more

Guys working here were nice. They didn't seem like huge d-bags like the guys at some of the other stores on Fairfax. He did look irritated at me looking at the shirts and immediately asked if I was looking for something specific, but it wasn't a problem. He seemed like he didn't mind after I responded nicely. As I was about to leave, another worker came to fix the shirts I moved. They have a nice supply of BBC and their own line. Not bad. read more

this store is staffed with thieves. i went to go purchase a few tops for myself and my brother and they kept changing the price of both items that i eventually ended up buying, which i thought was odd, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. lo and behold, as soon as i get home, i check the prices of the tops i purchased on the official website and they ended up charging me $45 dollars more than what they should have. i really should have known better but who would have thought that a store like this would have employees who think nothing of ripping off visitors? tl;dr-- STAY AWAY! read more

I placed a order on July 26, 2017 01:22PM and they shipped it to United Kingdom for some reason, I live in Canada. They said they started an investigation to recover the package and they will send a replacement but I haven't received anything yet. So I called DHL today and they said they never received anything for me or my address from them so I asked for a refund and they complied. Now I have to talk to my credit agency about getting my money back but that's my problem. All in all buying off Dope was just a huge headache. Oh and I get a call from them today the guy was nothing but a dick to me when I was just trying to figure out the problem. Buy off Dope if you want to walk into a landmine of problems. read more

I've had the most ridiculously stupid and annoying problems with this so called "boutique". I've placed an order from abroad on their online store a couple of weeks back. Having done these kind of transactions in the past I was confident that I wouldn't have any problems with such a "serious" group, right? WRONG! I have received half of what I have ordered, having to discover it myself upon the arrival. I then found out ONLY by logging into my account on THEIR site that they had "refund" some of the items I ordered with a Credit Memo(which I don't know what it is), but WITHOUT any kind of notification and NO ACTUAL REFUND (I haven't received any amount of money back). Still convinced of dealing with a "trustworthy" company I tried to contact the store by e-mail and telephone (even leaving voice mails) several times to understand the situation and NEVER EVEN GOT AN AUTOMATED ANSWER. I'm on the third week of trying to contact them WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF ANSWER, let alone a positive one. DOPE COUTURE OWES ME ABOUT $100!!! read more

Recently visited Dope this past Sunday and I was extremely happy with the clothing selection. I was greeted as I entered and was helped out with the large selection of clothes I picked. A boy with glasses I think his name was Noel was extremely nice and helpful he was a true gent. Not once did he seem frustrated that I kept sending him back to exchange for other sizes.
