It was pretty half full and it's a sponsored bag, like I make money. If you read the reviews they do automatically think you're stealing which is dumb because I was going to buy this cow shirt. They chased money away. They had security escort me from the dressing room and wouldn't tell me why and told me I was banned from ever coming back. I was like well do you want to see my bag I didn't steal anything. But security said they refused service to me and wouldn't tell me why and they didn't know either. I was dressed nice too, pink skirt with rhinestones and a shirt with button ups. I also literally put some clothes back that I had tried on that didn't work and the workers saw me and tried on the items I was allowed to bring in. I was in the dressing room for 20 minutes total and there was barely anyone in the store. They didn't ask me to leave personally I would have - just immediately called security and told them I was refusing to leave which wasn't true- there was never any original confrontation. They knocked on my dressing room door and demanded I come out in my bra and I asked what I did wrong because if I did something I don't want to do it again but they wouldn't say. My theories are they thought I was sexting my boyfriend even though I wasn't I just called him to get his opinion on a dress and I ended up not even taking that call when he returned it because he couldn't chat because he was on a cruise. The other theory is that because I'm white passing I hung up some clothes I didn't want because I knew I wouldn't be able to try them on in the dressing room and one fell down that I hung up because I'm low visioned and sometimes things are just a little awkward when my hands are full when I was rearranging to get a better grip on my pile by the shoes because I have limited peripheral and I smiled as a thanks to the lady who hung them up but I feel like she misread that. Normally I verbally say thank you but I was so tired because I've been working so hard at my social media jobs. It was a really weird experience but if you're disabled be careful when you go here. Honestly I would do a wellness check on the owner of this establishment because it's giving paranoia and psychosis. It's also giving if you are a hungry lawyer a really great case for discrimination. Read these reviews - very eye opening. I hope the owner and workers that reads this learn that you shouldn't assume the worst in people. Everyone is just trying their best and some people are just trying to support and shop. Made me realize why everyone is gravitating to online shopping rather than in brick and motors if they're gonna treat people like this.

Customer service was nonexistent: no one greeted my family as we entered the store, even though there were no other customers at the register, and I couldn't find a single employee when I needed help with a couple of t-shirts. I'm sure employees were working in the store--I won't fault anyone for working hard and maybe being out of sight--but I do wish I had received some kind of service. I was ready to spend money there, but I ended up walking out empty-handed.

Pricing on things like Demonias wasnt a huge issue for me since id much rather buy from a place like this and give my money to them than buy from bigger name brand places like Hot Topic but also any problematic places like Dolls kill and Demonias. I'd stop in to check out their wallets, phone cases, souvenir items, keepsakes and alternative leather goods (if any) though they mostly specialize in top quality unique leather - leather belts, backpacks, purses, etc. The guy was always really nice to me and other customers and would ask if I needed any thing. Was always curious if they'd bring in some vegan leather goods eventually and would check back. The guys who run the store are really easy going and friendly. I stocked up on some camping essentials, including a portable lantern.. Eyeing a near air mattress for the future as they carry a few queens and even managed to find a nice deal on a shirt to support the troops. I usually pop in here once in a while when I'm in the area being a native tourist or when my special friend Art is in town who is obsessed with this shop and a few others on Hollywood Blvd, including the custom print t-shirt store next door. You can find street parking on the side streets and endure a very brief stroll depending on the time of day or day of the week as the area does get heavy with foot traffic. Most sales are final to my knowledge, but you wont be disappointed with your haul. They have some cool accessories at the register including swiss army knives/devices/tools, clips and so forth... Fair prices on boots, luggage and other good finds at the Supply Sergeant. There's lots of replicas and memorabilia decorated above on the ceiling hanging over and along the walls.
