The West Hollywood Supreme store is located on the historic lot where Tower Records once stood on the Sunset Strip. If anyone had been to the Fairfax location before, they will find that the valet parking they have for West Hollywood is a game changer. No more stressing for parking. No more trying to decipher the parking signs or feeding the meters. The valet attendants are cool too... If they say the lot is full, its full... keep it moving. The store itself is spacious, bright and clean. Artwork by Mark Gonzales is always awesome to see in person. Gonz por vida... The way to get in is orderly. There are often still lines but that is to be expected because Supreme's popularity has not waned. Employees at the shop have always been and continue to be friendly and super helpful. I will always appreciate that. The weekly drops are still a draw for the tees, fleece and cut & sew items. And we all know each week has accessories whose collaborations and cobranding seem to be possible only by Supreme. Big fan of the new location. Tower Records forever. Spent many evening cruises down the strip and ended up in those aisles looking at LPs, cassettes & CDs. Cant forget all the posters.... Supreme at this address is the future and it's in good hands. Came here expecting attitude based on all the reviews, but that wasn't my experience at all. I visited over the weekend and it was pretty busy, but everything moved fast and felt organized. The staff was low-key but respectful, and when I had a question they answered it without any issue. I actually appreciated that they didn't hover over me or try to upsell me. The store itself is super clean and well organized I really enjoyed some of the music they were playing as well as the incense they burned. The whole experience felt more efficient than unfriendly. If you go in knowing what you want, it's honestly a great experience if you don't have to wait in line. read more

Went yesterday, the employee that tended to us was unnecessarily rude, terribly poor attitude. He acted as if it was a huge chore to get another shirt and item from the back. He didn't hear me properly when I said "two shirts," he had to go back to get a second one and then again for another item, he said "anything else!?" witch such an attitude, it was incredibly annoying and unpleasant. Supreme in West Hollywood is a large store with valet parking that is in its private parking lot. This made it a little bit easier to come and visit this Supreme store. This is also another clothing store in the area where I was looking to see what they had in the store. It was my first time here and I found it underwhelming. Supreme relocated from its former Fairfax location to a spacious new spot in Hollywood, taking over the iconic premises once occupied by Tower Records. One of the perks of this site is that they provide complimentary valet parking, adding convenience to the shopping experience. The new Supereme location is huge with a large skating area (only for invited guests) in the back. There is also a large art display of a formula 1 racing car as their centerpiece. What hasn't changed is the line to get in and their inventory. Because they are working in a larger space, the inventories are spread out. Particular sizes are still difficult to find. I must mention the bouncer overseeing the line, who proved to be not only friendly but also quite conversational. read more

Complimentary valet in front of the store. Waited in line on a Friday afternoon for about 10-15 mins. When we entered, they had a lot of the items from the drop a day before. We were looking for something specific from the drop and we asked an employee to help us look for a size in that item. He never got back to us with an update after he brought it from the back. What he did was give it to someone else even though that customer came in way after us and asked him for it AFTER we asked the employee for it. When he brought it to the other customer, he ended up not wanting it so the employee brought it to the back. We watched the whole thing. That employee never got back to us, so we asked someone else and they were able to bring it back out for us. We were also looking for another item and we asked another employee if he could check another location for us. All he did was shrug. Customer service here is so bad and you would expect better service for the amount of time we waited to get in and how high the prices are. read more

I love going to supreme because you never know what you will find in store in comparison to resale. It's always cheaper and you might be lucky enough to snag a deal on the last one! I found a nice crew neck for $98 and it was the last one! They have a small selection, but that's the fun in supreme and why it is so unique! When you're in a major city and you know there's a Supreme -- it's a given that you need to check the store out. Fortunately, I had the privilege of being able to check out the new Supreme store in West Hollywood and despite it being in this city, there was a huge line just to enter the store. We waited roughly 20-25 minutes before we were able to even step in and once we did -- I was glad that I was able to check it out. The store is extremely spacious and there were definitely a lot of apparel to look through. This is only the second Supreme store I've visited ever and it's always crazy to see how prices differ from retail vs. resell. Supreme definitely has lacked when it has come to nice appealing designs lately but they still had some classics to choose from and I was able to get a few t-shirts here and there. Just like the San Fran location, they also have a second floor which isn't open to the general public. I've always wondered what the second floor is used for but nevertheless -- even if you don't plan on buying anything, you should still check out the store if you're a Supreme/Hypebeast fan! read more

Our valet experience was highly unprofessional and abusive. We politely asked about overnight parking and exceptions, but the staff snapped "none of your business" with no explanation. As we left (our large vehicle may have slightly brushed the lot boundary), he shouted violent insults, repeatedly using "fucking." I have been here a few times and the times I've gone, my boyfriend has had to park his own truck. Perhaps because it's a big truck, they're intimidated. I always find this funny, yet frequent. Anyhow, I've never gone on a drop date because waiting in line would be hot and ridiculous in California heat. However, I have gone during the work week and Saturdays and the line if any, is nearly not as long. Sure items are picked through but you may find something that isn't sold out in the store, as it is online. Ask a rep for a size, as they have stock in the back. Coming here is a vibe. What a sad sight has befallen the old Tower Records. Now dozens of fad-hungry members of Gen Y and Z huddle along the walls of the largely empty space like insects, hungrily picking over the display items. I don't know how they're actually buying anything ― there don't seem to be any actually employees helping anyone. Certainly no one is going around saying, "Hello," or, "Can I help you?" Browsing the inventory, I keep wondering what exactly is so special about this stuff. Is there anything more than the fact that there's a little label with the word "Supreme" on it? I reckon not. Cheap clothes sold to impressionable young people. This business has no long term marketability or viability. They completely killed the magic of the brand with bad quality, stale interactions, generic marketing, and online bots. There is no longer any hype surrounding Supreme and it is due to greedy owners.
