I hadn't heard of the shop before visiting, and we went because there was a sale. They apparently had some water damage in January and just had opened back up... and wanted to release some of the damaged and unfinished clothes for discounted prices. First I need to mention that the management and owner were standing outside and greeting everyone, chatting with them. I heard the full story of how this place came about, and the struggles they went through during covid and the rain. Just a great group of people running the shop and you really root for them to succeed. I bought two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat. It has become my favorite pieces of clothing. The shirts are comfortable but thick material, and don't hug you in an unflattering way. They fit so well. I will definitely come back once they have a new round of inventory to check out their stuff.

I have an AllSaints down the street in Santa Monica but I drive a little just to go to this one. Especially since moving to the new space. Jeremiah is just wonderful, SUPER helpful and accommodating. I came in to freshen up my wardrobe and check out the new stock for the new season. I tried on a ton of stuff and Jeremiah must've gone in the back room to check for a million different requests I had. Again, so helpful. This space is also just gorgeous. It's super spacious with a large upstairs and easy to navigate. I'll continue to shop at this location. Note that my boyfriend worked for many years at the flagship location in Boston and he raves about this particular location in BH. Highly suggest shopping here and I feel like they have more stock than most other smaller locations too which is a bonus!

Jessie, the manager, always makes me feel so welcome--she radiates a team-player energy and is such a fantastic leader for her staff. When I checked out, she took a moment to thank me as a loyal customer, which meant so much. Claire also went above and beyond--she kept me updated on the latest merchandise, kept me informed about the upcoming launch, and worked hard to reserve the pieces I wanted. Zay, who has helped me before, was just as wonderful, and Jacob, a manager usually working in the back, also went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. Everyone in the store was incredibly nice, and the service was beyond top-notch. The store itself was immaculate, perfectly organized, and beautifully stocked.
