I typically used to visit Kith at their previous location in the basement, which was always great, but this new Sunset Boulevard store is truly a step up. Jessie, the manager, always makes me feel so welcome--she radiates a team-player energy and is such a fantastic leader for her staff. When I checked out, she took a moment to thank me as a loyal customer, which meant so much. Claire also went above and beyond--she kept me updated on the latest merchandise, kept me informed about the upcoming launch, and worked hard to reserve the pieces I wanted. Zay, who has helped me before, was just as wonderful, and Jacob, a manager usually working in the back, also went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. Everyone in the store was incredibly nice, and the service was beyond top-notch. The store itself was immaculate, perfectly organized, and beautifully stocked. BreaTHtaKIng!!! I felt like I was in the Willy wonka candy factory here *heart eyes emoji* from the second you walk in not only is it huge and beautiful the variety of merchandise is just heavenly!!! The variety of sneakers, clothes, accessories, home decor just everything was just unreal!!! The detail this brand has is just phenomenal and everything has the letter K which is the cherry on top for me. Amazing sweet associates make it easy to shop by putting it at the cash register so when you're ready you just give your name and buy all your stuff. Also parking was super easy they have underground parking and they validate it as well for two hours which is perfect time to eat at Ronnie's Pronto get dessert at Treat and shop at Kith! First when entering the store I was stopped cz I had the ice cream swirl from their treats sections which is fine I get it. The security guard was nice enough to take my phone in and plug it in to charge. The store it self was pretty boring and didn't have a good collections tbh. I tried sunglasses and decided to buy one. The sales representative brought them up and told me to check them before buying them cz they are final sales and out of nowhere the cashier was training a new employee I think and said "see we make them check so then they can't like you know say that something wrong with the item" which was kinda rude ig like what were u trynna say that im gonna cry abt something i liked and then try to get my money back? It was only 160$ They sunglasses they brought up to the checkout were wrong. I told them and they went on to looo for the ones I had selected. They couldn't find them for like 25 minutes and when I told them I was in a rush they js said give us 5 more minutes. After 5 mins went buy the guy said gimme 30 MORE seconds and then they brought the glasses. Outside the box no plastic cover sleeves like the previous ones and I was confused the career had them in her hand. I check them and it was full of scratches as they were the ones they had put up for show and for people to try on. The store tried to sell me that and when I caught them they said "we'll give u a 10$ discount" which was really annoying bcz first I had to wait like 30 mins then you gave me the ones that probably 100s of people touched tried on and the frames were literally scratched up. I would honestly never return to this particular location again. Go to the Malibu ones it's way better or the rodeo one. read more

The store looks clean and modern with mainly a lot of men's clothing stores. They do have a women's section and everything but I would say it looks more towards men. 5 star shopping experience!! Xavie helped me and my husband pick out basically entire new wardrobes from clothing to watches, shoes, and hats. His energy was so positive and he was immensely helpful, providing styling recommendations and going above and beyond helping us find what styles and sizes suited us best. It was by far our most comfortable shopping experience and that says a LOT since my husband usually gets antsy while shopping. We wish every store had a Xavie to help us!! Entrance is through the parking garage. Floor 2. Lots of parking available! They validate parking. When you enter, you get greeted by the security guy with a big smile on his face. What I like about KITH is that every time I come in, there's always new styles. It's streetwear but you can tell it's good quality and super stylish. The prices are decent. You can find a sweater for $150 and a jacket for $300. The employees are super friendly and they always check-in. Shout out to Josh for helping me with my recent purchase. Kith has great quality clothing for a decent price in LA specifically since everything in LA is priced crazy. The major issue in this shop is the customer service, specifically the girl and guy at the register. I understand that retail is an undesirable job, but that doesn't mean you can be disrespectful. My experience was me purchasing an item and later finding another item that I liked, so I decided to exchange it. I went up to the register and asked for one and they rudely took my item and threw my other item at the counter to me without saying anything. Kith is buried in an obscure hidey-hole in the underground garage of some mixed-use development in the middle of the Sunset Strip. Coming from the street level, it's pretty much impossible to find. Inside, the room is like a concrete bunker. Racks line the walls with the selection of special collaboration sportswear, such as Wilson brand (like the volleyball from "Cast Away") ― but way more expensive than you'd ever pay at Big 5. The de rigueur overpriced Byredo perfumes and candles are on one shelf, with giant overpriced hipster coffee table books by the cash wrap. In the center of the store, encased in a dazzling glass display, is Kith's true raison d'être: the shoe section, a true sneakerhead's dream with high-end offerings from New Balance, ASICS, Nike, Adidas, etc. Sadly, there's only one of anything on the floor, and the staff are much more interested in having a good time than actually giving a f*** about the customers. Not one of them said "Welcome," "Hello," "Can I help you?," "Go to hell," or anything else the whole time I was there. (To be fair, one employee was pretty busy talking with his eleven-year-old kid who he'd brought to work for some reason.) There's an ice cream stand across from the entrance, but there was nobody staffing that. Is it open? Beats me. Kith has some nice stuff; there's also a lot of the same overpriced stuff one sees in pretty much every other boutique targeting Millennials who've got more money than taste. But what it ultimately comes down to is the utter lack of service, which is unacceptable at any price point. read more

Starting with the security, they are very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and will ensure that you are being helped. The employees are all great specifically Joshua and his immense knowledge + expertise. He will go above and beyond to remember you, your size and preferences and keep an eye to make so you have a pleasant experience. At no point in time did I feel pressured to buy or feel ignored. First and foremost, I absolutely love the brand. I've been a loyal client for a long time, not from this location, but Online and I have visited the NYC / Hawaii locations. I spend easily 10K+ a year on this brand. The person that assisted me when I was looking for clothes was great, very cool to talk to and made it a great buying experience. He was helpful and had no issues getting different sizes and different items. But.. The issues came in when I was checking out. I'm spending 1K+ on KITH items, and the girl behind the desk with the Turtle Shell Glasses, was absolutely on one. 0 personality, did not greet us, did not ask how was your buying experience? Did you need anything else? A simple hello was not given. She looked miserable, she looked tired, she looked as if it's my fault she's working behind a cashier. When I told her that I was going to look at something for my wife, she turned back to her phone, and basically dismissed me. I come back with other items and just went about her business to get me out of there as soon as possible. The store was empty, barely had any clients, and im wondering now if it has to do with bad attitude, or that it's just simply slow times. I would think they would be happy that people are coming in and spending their hard earned money on a luxury item. I have been to all the NYC locations, and the hospitality was top notch. I went to the Honolulu location, and the hospitality was also great. I have never experienced bad customer service at any of their locations, it has always been a great vibe, which in turn actually makes you want to spend even more. I was expecting the same level of customer service, and personable buying experience. Being born and raised in LA, this is definitely not what we want representing us. We have tourist coming in and out of this store, I definitely do not want to see someone as this girl, out here showing tourist that we are rude and miserable with what we do. Kith managers, please do yourself a favor, and get yourself employees that love what they do, and give clients (who spend a lot of $, because your items aren't cheap) at least good customer service. The Kith located in WeHo is honestly very hard to locate and you might miss it if you're not looking close enough. The entrance to the store is actually in a parking garage and it's located in the basement of the parking garage so make sure you know where you're going when you find it. Just like Supreme -- there was a wait to just get in the store and let me just say that parking garage does not have the best air circulation so you may be sweatin' if you're having to wait in line. We had to wait around 20 minutes to get into the store, which wasn't that bad and when you enter, you're entering a huge store with KITH apparel. One thing I noticed about this store too is that it has other brands too. I saw brands like Stone Island. This is also my second KITH store after my first visit in NYC. While the NYC store was smaller, I felt like there were more options there. Maybe it was just not the season but I did not see many options that I wanted here. And there were a few t-shirts that caught my eye but even those t-shirts didn't have any of them in stock my size. They also have an ice cream bar and a bar where you can get KITH branded ice cream and alcohol as well. Overall -- I had high hopes of this KITH store but I was definitely disappointed. But I do love me my KITH and it was a good experience so I give it 4 stars. Hopefully, when I return to LA, they'll have some more variety of clothes that I want! read more

Got here at around 3pm. on a Saturday. The line to get in wasn't too bad. I believe we waited for about 15 minutes. They have a good selection of clothing, but somewhat limited. 2/3rds of the store are for men, and 1/3 is for women. Of course, most of the T shirts can be unisex, but I was expecting more selection. For kids/toddlers, they only had like a tiny rack. I'd say about 12 pcs of clothing for kids. In the center, they have a bunch of sneakers to choose from. I like some of the styles, but I didn't see any special collabs between Kith and other brands of shoes... (strange) Prices are okay... One good thing is they have NEW pieces of clothing in the back, so you won't be picking up a piece of clothing that has been hanging there in the store for a while. read more

Exquisite selection of clothing pieces and shoes. This is my favorite luxury streetwear store to visit every time I'm in LA. Originally finding this place can be a little confusing to first time shoppers. The elevators outside by the city view green space takes you down to P1. Upon exiting the elevator there should be kith logos you can see within the parking garage to direct you to its entrance. I always find nice Kith shirts here and the staff is always around to help me find a size I need or a fitting room to see how my selections look on me. Their ice cream/cereal bar is also a sweet addition to the store. Since it's normally hot and sunny outside the options to shop and enjoy a treat after is hard to pass up. Every time I come in I'm greeted by friendly door men, and have a great shopping experience. The store also offers other luxury brands such as YSL, Palm Angels, and more. When I walked in I was treated like family, treated with respect and was extremely welcomed by everyone. The team that was working today including Daijah,Berto, Trevor, Anthony and a few more(didn't get all names) are amazing, diligent and awesome part of the Kith family. My husband bought me a pair of comme des garçon but went to exchange for another size. Let's start off with Not once did anyone ask if we needed help, they had nothing in stock from everything I chose to try on 1-6 pairs to be exact. After deciding I wasn't in love with any I decided to just return the shoes we go to the cashier wait a few minutes finally a girl comes. Me: hi her: what name We look at each other & say say our name and she walks away comes back 2 mins later Her: what's your order name Me: no we need to make a return her: oh duh me:??? (If you said hi back and actually talked to us we wouldn't be going through this??) return the shoes to find out they ONLY DO STORE CREDIT!!! With that shitty service I don't ever want to be back!?! She hands me the receipt and I ask is there a gift card or.. she speaks so low & the music is loud. I guess you use your name? Still unclear because she wasn't clear. So we decide let's just get the one pair they had in stock. Terrible service with the floor & cashier again . We leave and as we're walking out I look at the receipt and noticed the price is different from the sticker price annoyed so we go back to make the adjustment, rude service yet again. We never got one thank you. I should've stopped saying thank you after the second time but that's just my character, wasn't raised to be rude tf. The lack of attentiveness is ridiculous. The employees are the ones acting if they're too cool to talk to you, can't even crack a friendly smile. We felt like the burden in there it's absurd. A high price tag / curated store should mean high service and not low personnel. I'll never be back it wasn't a pleasant shopping experience, and a credit only store is a No in itself with that type of service. Went to this kith location for the first time. I've only went to the one in Hawaii and my experience was pretty good, but I have to say this was even better. I want to shoutout my guy Zay. Dude was super helpful and was very attentive when it came to helping not only me, but I noticed with other people as well. Coming from someone who also works retail, he set the expectations high for consumer experience when shopping at kith. The selection of clothes was really good, but the sizes were unfortunately low due to a new season coming out, but Zay was able to help me and inform me on any of my questions about the product. I even asked him about a shirt that I saw online and at first he didn't think this store didn't have anymore in stock, but right before I left he let me know he had the shirt I was looking for online and in my size. The price of the clothing is reasonable considering other brands in the same category of streetwear that some of their t-shirts are closer to $100. My visit to this kith store has made me look forward to visiting other stores and as well wearing the brand and looking forward to new releases. read more

What can I say? Trevor is an absolute legend. His service is Exceptional and made my shopping experience feel like it was one of a kind. It was easy for me to find the right product because at first I was apprehensive on the sizes but he ensured that what they had would fit and they sure did with a various selection of items. As for the material, another thing he helped me with was the actual gsm of each. It didn't feel like a fruit of the loom type thing, it was comfortable and yeah albeit the price was steep, but he showed me the affordable items too ( believe it or not, they have affordable items ). I ended up leaving with a decent amount of items,but most importantly respect and it was thanks to the team but mostly Trevor. I dress down so I like basic clothing, but I cherish my clothes and appreciate them and this was more of a sentimental experience, they didn't disregard me like other stores. Berto and the team were more than accommodating and reasonable when I came back to do a size exchange. I'm aware the brand has a strict specific return/exchange policy, I admittedly forgot about the 14 day exchange rule, and came in two days after. Fortunately, Berto was also the same associate who helped me with the purchase two weeks prior. They had the items I needed in stock, and his manager was super okay with it.
