Love this place! Very creamy and thick. I got the Oreo cheesecake one and definitely was so good. Kind workers. Lots of variety to pick from. Worth the price.

I've shopped here on multiple occasions and never once had a bad experience. Kith probably of my favorite designer / street wear brands out there with unique quality pieces that justify the price tags. Each time I visit I always leave with something! The location is aesthetically pleasing with an urban minimalist vibe. The sales associates are so chill and helpful. Parking is free with validation. All around top tier establishment.

Cool retail space - the entry is through the parking garage, so very hidden/secluded vibes. Which is good because it makes the shopping experience more peaceful. Good selection of clothes - mix of a handful of designers & the Kith clothing line. But the sneakers were of course the best part - with a selection of new models, classic staples, & designer items.

My first time coming to KITH and I almost missed this store while I was driving. But once I made a right and into a parking garage, I was in the right area. The store looks clean and modern with mainly a lot of men's clothing stores. They do have a women's section and everything but I would say it looks more towards men. They also have a large selection of shoes which are placed in the middle. The workers were actually not bad they asked if I did need help while I was browsing different areas.

Kith is buried in an obscure hidey-hole in the underground garage of some mixed-use development in the middle of the Sunset Strip. Coming from the street level, it's pretty much impossible to find. Inside, the room is like a concrete bunker. Racks line the walls with the selection of special collaboration sportswear, such as Wilson brand (like the volleyball from "Cast Away") ― but way more expensive than you'd ever pay at Big 5. The de rigueur overpriced Byredo perfumes and candles are on one shelf, with giant overpriced hipster coffee table books by the cash wrap. In the center of the store, encased in a dazzling glass display, is Kith's true raison d'être: the shoe section, a true sneakerhead's dream with high-end offerings from New Balance, ASICS, Nike, Adidas, etc. Sadly, there's only one of anything on the floor, and the staff are much more interested in having a good time than actually giving a f*** about the customers. Not one of them said "Welcome," "Hello," "Can I help you?," "Go to hell," or anything else the whole time I was there. (To be fair, one employee was pretty busy talking with his eleven-year-old kid who he'd brought to work for some reason.) There's an ice cream stand across from the entrance, but there was nobody staffing that. Is it open? Beats me. Kith has some nice stuff; there's also a lot of the same overpriced stuff one sees in pretty much every other boutique targeting Millennials who've got more money than taste. But what it ultimately comes down to is the utter lack of service, which is unacceptable at any price point.

I love this place I really do The funny part is they are in a garage Under the ground The service is good The collection is ok, not a lot But beautiful though

Ronnie you and your store is a joke ! Closing the Fred Siegel entrance, then making all your customers wait underground inside a parking structure for over an hour at times, is the biggest joke ever. Worst customer service you could ever offer your clients. Don't support

Zay, who has helped me before, was just as wonderful, and Jacob, a manager usually working in the back, also went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met.

They used to have separate stores for men and women, not sure if that's still a thing but it made it easier to browse depending on your style preferences. I've sold here plenty of times, and the commission is fair for what you're getting. The shopping experience is smooth, and the store offers a great mix of authentic, pre owned designer pieces. If you're into luxury consignment, it's worth a visit.

Most recently, I received an Officine Générale turtleneck that had been described as being in "Very Good" condition. It arrived with significant pilling, appeared dirty, and smelled strongly of cheap women's perfume. It was not remotely consistent with the condition advertised. What happened next was even more troubling. I contacted Customer Service expecting a straightforward acknowledgment and resolution. Instead, I received responses that repeatedly failed to address the actual issue being raised. The conversation devolved into a discussion about whether I would accept compensation based on the purchase price of the item, despite my making it abundantly clear that I had no interest in keeping it at any price. The concern was misrepresentation and quality control. I cannot recall another customer service interaction that felt this tone deaf. As someone who has worked with major organizations, including Apple and Spectrum, on matters involving customer experience and communication, I can honestly say I will use this exchange as an example of exactly what not to do. Customers understand that mistakes happen. What they do not forget is being ignored when they clearly articulate a legitimate concern. My concerns extend beyond this single transaction. As a consignor, I have increasingly questioned whether the standards applied to sellers are consistent or fair. A pair of Tod's loafers yielded a net payout to me of just $9.72. A brand-new pair of Theory shoes, still in the box with tags and obviously never worn, was graded only as "Good" condition and generated a payout of $7.00. The RealReal positions itself as a luxury marketplace. Luxury is not just a logo or a price point. It is attention to detail, thoughtful service, accurate representation, and respect for both buyers and consignors. Unfortunately, this experience failed on every one of those measures. Mistakes happen. Indifference should not.

Does Flirt Clothing live up to its name?…read more If you're expecting an inanimate building to ask your name and number, then no. And if you're expecting the employees to ask you "come here often?" before motioning the barkeep to bring you another of whatever you're having, then still, NO. Or maybe yes. Just not with me. Pffft. The clothes are definitely fun and flirty, though -- if you wear them. Flirt is the typical Melrose kitsch store -- one-offs and private labels abound. Not too many jean choices (mostly charcoal gray), and not that many T-shirts, but the ones they have will have you going gaga, lady. What's a boy like me doing reviewing an exclusively girl's store? Well, I have no intention of wearing that off-the-shoulder blouse or sundress (hmm... with the right belt and handbag, I -- nevermind), but the store is definitely a pleasant place, even if you're just waiting on girls to finish trying things on. You can stand there awkwardly listening to the early 1990s era boombox that's pumping out KISS FM all day (Lil Wayne seems determined to make me his fan), or check yourself out in the mirrors on the wall. "Oh you are quite the looker, aren't you..." Anyway, speaking of incredible, psychologically unhealthy narcissism (or not, whatever), the pink-curtained dressing rooms have matching pink folding chairs -- everything in the store has either touches or tons of pink, which sounds like a Hello Kitty nightmare but is actually kind of cute in a flamingo-pecked-my-eyes-out way. When you try things on, it's with a soft background of Pepto Bismo, but it does make that hotgasmic pair of koolats stand out in palatial, plaid glory. Sweet Heavens, but you're beautiful. Now close your curtain -- that weird tattoo guy with his tattooier girlfriend can see your thong. Hey, the stuff you're trying on is on sale, too! At least a fourth of the store is half off, so you'll have more money left over to blow on things like shoes, handbags, and rent. Service is fast, friendly, and helpful -- they'll make useful suggestions that aren't lame attempts at plus-selling. Flirt Clothing does lose one star because they forgot to remove a security tag on a $240 hobo bag. Now I'm going to have to come back tomorrow -- with receipt -- to have them remove it because SOMEBODY'S too busy (*cough* gainfully employed) to do so herself. I'm going to play like it's mine. It looks cuter on me anyway :-)

This is a nice store that carries clothing and accessories that you probably won't find at most…read moreother clothing shops on Melrose Ave. Most of the stores on this street tend to carry the same type of clothing. I bought a beautiful purple scarf with brown leopard spots on it the other day. The material was like that of a soft sweater. It was only $19.00. I could've gotten a better deal on it if I bargained with the lady there, but I didn't since the price was already low. Also, she was nice and showed me how to tie it since I wasn't sure how to wear it. I always leave scarves untied up until now. She showed me and it was easier than it I thought it would be. I really appreciated that. Also, it was great that she could actually break a $100.00 bill. Some places can't. If you're not familair with the area, you might not know that due to lots of competition, sometimes the shop owner or manager will give you a discount on clothes and other items if you ask them for one. Sometimes they are so eager to sell, they just offer you a good deal. I didn't want to appear cheap though, so I didn't bother asking. It was also nice that she didn't bug me or follow me around like a lot of the shop employees tend to do sometimes. This is a great place and I'll come back here next time I'm in LA.
