I came here with a not so clear photo of an outfit I'd saw a month prior and it was a long shot but I tried anyway. Alex took a look at the picture and we combed the store trying to find it. At some point Zuma came along and offered help and actually recognized the shirt so she knew which one it was and looked it up to see if it was in stock, which it was. It just wasn't currently on the floor anymore. She had them bring it over to the store while I waited. Meanwhile Alex helped me find some other great options to complement the shirt. I got some very nice chocolate slacks as the perfect pairing which Alex helped me put together. I was OVER THE MOON about the level of customer service they both gave me. They went above and beyond to help me get what I came for. They are very good at their jobs, and I can tell they're passionate about what they do. Both of them deserve a raise both monetarily and to a position of even more authority than they already have. They have the makings of great leadership. I will 100% be coming back to this store again. LAYOUT I love how it's organized. The women's clothes are on the bottom floor where the store entrance is and you go upstairs for the men's clothes. It's so spacious and well organized. AMBIANCE This location exudes elevated classic fashion and I LOVE IT. I'll be coming back and bringing my boyfriend back for us to shop some more. Staff were nice but also non existent. Leaning into lots of tech focus areas. I was STUNNED at the self checkout. I was clueless and then figured out to drop the items in the opening and it scanned everything for me. I was shocked. The technology was crazy. Keep in mind there were no registers operated by a human. Only returns/exchanges.

We were lucky enough to have the store to ourselves and the 3 young women who worked there were so friendly and welcoming. They even gave us recommendations of other stores to hit up in the area. She found an adorable skirt and halter dress. I did gasp a bit when they rung me up since their clothes are pricey for a 14 year old (or even me), but I can see why she loves it all so much and the quality is great.
