The Bottom Line 4 stars: Upscale store with great vibe and ambiance. Professional service. Trendy, moderately priced women's clothing. Highly recommended! Location 4 stars: In the Fairfax District area of Los Angeles, at the Grove shopping and entertainment complex. The Grove has a huge but very busy parking structure, so while you may have to journey to the upper levels, you will eventually find parking. Although some businesses may validate part of the parking fees, be prepared to pay somewhere between $10 and $30 depending on how long you stay and which stores you visit. Their validation rules are fairly complex and not straightforward, so be sure to read all the fine print. They also have Valet parking on premises. Venue 5 stars: Beautiful, upscale and trendy set up. Great vibes. Nice choice of space, colors and music to create an upscale yet comparable ambiance. Their audio system is pretty good too :D Service 4 stars: Everyone we encountered were polite, pleasant, helpful and professional. Selection 4 stars: Upscale and trendy women's apparel, mostly geared towards the Millennial and Gen Z demographic cohorts. Styles range from smart casual, elevated basics, and going out attire. Pricing 4 stars: Moderate; on par with similar stores. read more

Usually I go to the Glendale location which is closer to me but had to go here because Glendale is temporarily closed. Was excited to see what the grove location had to offer. A style advisor approached me immediately, set me up a room, and didn't approach me again. I saw her talking to another advisor and approached her with some more items to try on. She basically ignored me, continued her conversation with the advisor, and didn't acknowledge me in the exchange which could have been whatever but she never really helped me after that. Was very disappointed with that experience. I made it to the dressing room and she did not help me there. It was awkward, another advisor cakes to my room to ask me if I still needed anything amd when she realized she asked the wrong customer, she was visibly shocked. I did need help and she came back with additional items but when I thanked her she just ignored me as well. I came out to view myself in the mirror. I had a question about sizing and one of the style advisors was in there. I made eye contact with her, said "excuse me" and she literally just ignored me. I'm not sure why? But it was disheartening. The shining star in this was Abby, who was running the dressing room as a whole. I had to turn to her when that advisor ignored me. She was so kind and helpful. I really really appreciated all her help and her kindness. The only reason I will give an extra star is because how helpful she was. Please work on customer experience. PLEASE. I understand this location can get busy and that is stressful for the employees alone. But being ignored was soo disheartening for me when it seemed like many of the other customers were swiftly being helped. I spent close to $700 and I was being treated like I was just trying on clothes for fun from most advisors. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Customer service was excellent on the busy, rainy, after the Christmas season day I visited. The store was quite disheveled as you can imagine how stores look the week after Christmas, and many people were lingering trying to find a dry space from the rain, but the ladies in the dressing room and cashiers were so helpful. Seems there's many misconceptions about what this store represents and the price tag is not for everyone, but the classic hoodie I bought was of good quality despite the $100 price. There's a large selection of clothing that caters to all ages and sizes. read more

I bought for both of my daughters same skirt different times in store at the grove came to exchange the found only one receipt but the manager said that if I found any receipt, then she will exchange it since the skirt was with tags on it Then came another manager her name was Jessica political, and pretending to be polite, but super unhelpful decided not to exchange although the skirt was brand new with tags I called from the store to a supervisor online. He agreed for one to change. He said he's going to send me an email with that and I was so gullible. I told him just tell the supervisor that you agreed to one time change. She talked to him for about 30 minutes going around the store and for some reason he came back and said they made a decision not to change it. At this point, I called the supervisor again and we are trying to change the decision But regardless this review is personally for political Jessica. They took it personally not to change it. read more

My wife and I visited this store expecting a good shopping experience, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. An employee asked us what size we needed and said they would check for it, but they never came back. We waited for a while, and when we tried to find them, they were at the register helping someone else without ever updating us or letting us know if the item was available. We ended up feeling ignored and left without the help we needed. A simple update or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. I hope the store improves its customer service because no customer should be left waiting without any communication. read more

I was surprised with the styles and prices of the items in this store, it appears that most of the clothing here is loose-fitting, but they do have some form-fitting clothing. The dressing rooms are small, the staff is helpful. If you plan on returning anything ask for the return policy. read more

I have never left a bad review but the customer service is terrible. Was given a pair of pants as a gift for the holidays. Lovely but not my size. As I do not live near a retail store I phoned main customer service number. Well the online and retail are totally separate. Online was happy to have me buy a new pair in my size but said pants had to be returned for credit at store they were purchased at! It was within 2 weeks of purchase, mailed pants back and they refused them. They are brand new, tags in them still, never worn, they sent them back to me. I wrote back and the ever so solicitous "concierge" said they didn't meet their requirements for return??? Perfect condition I didn't understand. Wrote again and another concierge wrote back saying sorry, they didn't even look at the pants. Out $128 plus tax. Awful awful service. DO NOT BUY FROM ARITZIA!!! Please spread the word read more

Called multiple stores with little to no help , first time contacting this location and the girl who answered was so sweet and actually went out of her way to help me with a product inquiry , her names "ANG" , she came through with her customer service when she said I'll update you she meant it and if you visit the Grove location I highly recommend asking for her because if she went out of her way to help me over the phone in person I'm sure she'll make anyone feel like they actually belong at Aritzia because some locations can be very uncomfortable but "ANG " came through for the win with me as a customer who's definitely going to continue to visit this location because of workers like her who truly want the best for their customers ! read more

The worst Aritzia by far. I had a store manager decline my refund because "this isn't where we put tags on our clothes". I'm not sure if she thought I had worn the shorts and then put the tags back on or if she thought I was shoplifting. Regardless, a horrifying and embarrassing experience. I've attached some images of unworn pieces in my closet that do have tags in the place she claimed they don't tag. read more

These women are terrible. Saw them making fun of a short woman having problems with fitting into jeans. I left. Bunch of snobs here. Went to another one and the women there were just as bad. Is Los Angeles women all snobs?? We were glad to get home from there. We won't be returning. We told others not to go to these store's if they visit. Total bitches that work in them. Horrible. read more

Nothing special in terms of selection and I hate how they won't put mirrors in the fitting rooms, but that's all Aritzia's. That being said this was my best in-store shopping experience. I'm not skinny and most outfits at aritizia seem a size down from other brands so I never really loved shopping here for that reason, but the sales associates at this store never made me feel self conscious and were always super friendly. Much better than the sales associates at the Century City mall. read more

Been here a few times & they never disappoint! Almost always have everything I need in store. All staff is very friendly and attentive.

had the best experience my wife order some pants online and they came with a whole. They were out of stock online and in store to replace, and my wife really wanted them, since they were limited edition. Instead the employee helped her get free repair, and really made my wife happy, so im happy read more

Aritzia has sunken into an awful low from the excellent company it once was. Their clothes used to be much higher quality and now everything is polyester and the sizing is extremely inconsistent. The store workers are AWFUL - especially at the Grove - one brunette refused to give me her name until I pushed - she told me it was "Abbey". Who knows if that's correct. I simply wanted to have her name to reference for future conversations but she took offense to this. These young teenage workers delight in being awful about their return policy - I was trying to exchange a gift that was the wrong size and there was literally nothing they would do for me. Her snide comments made the experience worse. I'm done with Aritzia - as a high end customer I won't be dealing with their rudeness. Shop Revolve instead. read more

Alanna is my MVP. best customer service and made everything super easy for me! Just wanted to give a shoutout. You're awesome!

This is actually a really great Aritzia, everyone was so attentive to my family and I as we were shopping for school clothing for my little sister going to college. Leah was an amazing help to us, and everyone who worked with her on Tuesday the 16th of September. We had an absolute great time and Leah was just a pleasure and the store, even though busy, we had a time where we felt taken care of! Thank you Leah! Thank you team for making my sisters first College School Shopping experience amazing. read more

oh my. went to aritzia to try some things on to perhaps exchange. once i was done trying things on my sales associate asked if i wanted anything. she asked if i was doing an exchange and the attitude of the short lady came out. i asked if she has a different size for an item and if they had something similar to the item i tried on. i gave her a description and she looked up a tank up on her phone and i said no it's not that one. so we walk out the fitting room and she said she'd go look for the pants i wanted and as she walks away she's like go find the top you want cuz idk what you're talking about with attitude. mind you she kept saying i don't know what are you talking about while we were standing in the fitting room too. i would think they'd be knowledgeable of items they have or show alternatives but after just looking up one item she was already fed up... lol. she said she could order them online for me but i will not contribute to her sales goal after the experience i had with her. i work in retail too and i would never talk to a customer like that or "help" someone out like that. read more

Abby was so friendly and sweet! She greeted and helped set up a fitting room for me. Her customer service is phenomenal. There was another sweet lady in the fitting room who checked up on me as well. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Super clean, organized, and friendly! read more

I came in asking for help to get a shoe size just for the 2 women today to be like ok and then continue to laugh and gossip with one another without doing any work, I waited 25 minutes for them to stop talking and go ask someone else help me get what I asked for! read more

never order from them again!!! they are the very worst with returns as well. they shipped my order twice to the wrong address and because it was delivered, they we niether refund or replace...this is worst customer service i have ever seen!!! i will x them out and never order from them again!!! read more

The staff was okay at first but then I ended up leaving after they said I would have to wait for a fitting room as they were letting multiple people in. It was giving snobby and homophobic. read more

Come here when I need to determine my size. I prefer buying online. While most of the staff working on the floor is great (a shoutout to Leah, who is very nice and thoughtful when I was there), I cannot say the same about some of the cashiers (based on multiple previous experiences). Some of them have a sour demeanor and a few seem to be selectively nicer to some kind of customers than others. I have worked in service before and, yes, customers can be quite something. I don't expect a mandatory cheery and fake face, but seeing the "why are you here" attitude makes me less willing to pay over hundreds of dollars once I'm at the end of the line. read more

This location is okay the clothes are very nice and very expense but you pay what you get, but the employees sucks don't even say hello when entering the store . read more

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible return policy and service. I bought several items for my daughters (spent hundreds) for Christmas and they wanted to return - well within the return period for getting a refund, but sales people would only issue them a gift card. Aritzia will not refund my money. Now forced to buy from them. Never shopping here again! read more

I LOVE THIS ARITZIA. literally have never shopped here before and safe to say i will definitely come back! the night shift workers of 9/15, thank you for making my night with your amazing energy and vibe. thank you for dancing in the store as well with your amazing aux! mwahs read more

This is one of the few times where I've actually had a positive experience shopping in store at Aritzia. The sales associates at this location are more helpful and most importantly, a lot nicer than the ones at Americana and South Coast plaza. I love the clothes here but usually purchase online because that's how much I dread going into the store and having to deal with snooty SAs. The ladies here tried to accommodate me by letting me change inside a more private dressing room with a mirror right outside (pro tip: don't be afraid to ask if like me, you're not comfortable with going outside to look at a communal mirror in front of strangers after trying on clothes). They also didn't give a big stink about me needing to exchange a few items, which usually happens at the other locations. I'll be sure to return to the Grove from now on for the better customer service. Keep up the good work! read more

The lady who greeted me was pretty not nice to me, as much as I continued talking nicely to her, with all her face expression, tone and unwillingness to help she made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable!! As soon as I asked her about discounts (from the beginning) she gave me attitude!! After finding out from the male employee that I could give my name and they'd send me emails for any news, discounts etc, he turned to her and asked her to register me. She again with such an unwillingness and absolutely not polite (like treated me like I'm a nobody here!! With some obvious arrogance!!) she registered my name, and made me feel same way...I was shocked by such a disgusting attitude! The whole time I continued to be nice, hoping she'd change, gave her a chance! I'll never step my foot into that store ever again!!! I wish i remembered her name...but I could easily describe her...she never even smiled for a second...unbelievable!! Disgusting! read more

Justine and Maggie are so helpful! 10/10. Thanks for your help! We felt very cared for and heard.

This Aritzia location is consistent with many others - relatively good selection of clothing, fitting rooms with mirrors outside of the rooms. A special note about staff - everyone has been very friendly and attentive. Generally, a good experience at the store. read more

I was very happy with my visit! Alex was super friendly and helped me out with the product I was looking for. She knows how to value customers, thank you so much! read more

The rudest and most dismissive sales associate EVER. I am beyond dismayed at the total lack of customer service.

The store is beautiful but the team doesn't mirror it. Went in and was passed my every team member working. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. Four being the minimum. Not one person spoke. No welcome in. No do you need help. No nothing! Please note the store was not even close to being busy. I would much rather make the 20 minute drive to the Century City store - where the team is friendly/attentive and always greets not only me but my son, offering him stickers - than the 5/10 minute drive up the street. Do better! read more

I can't even fathom how incredible my experience is/was with this store. From Katie at the beginning with getting me my fitting room and making me feel cute and confident in everything I tried on to my new best friend Kitty who went LITERALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me the bodysuit I was deathly obsessed with. They did not have my size on Monday and I went back Wednesday and Kitty remembered me and took my information down and helped me find the size online and had it shipped to me where I live (Texas.) She did not have to help me once I left the store and still did and I can't make up customer service that remarkable!! I got it in 2 colors and can't wait until it's here read more

I felt this place is like a club, figuratively speaking. They want to know where I was born, how much I make, whether I rent or own a place in LA (not literally) before they decide to let me shop. lol. They might cop an attitude based on your appearance, but they are very successful anyway. Go figure! read more

The one star is for the lovely associate that helped me. If not for her I'd give 0 stars. No mirrors in the fitting rooms. Seriously!!!! Never going there again. After chatting with my friends and co workers found out they don't go there for the same reason. read more

I went in to the store and bought several items, and also ordered a pair of the effortless pants to be shipped to my home because they were out of stock. I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping (1-2 days) because I needed the pants for an event. Almost a week later, the store calls to tell me the order was canceled. Apparently the store's policy is to cancel orders when that item goes back in-stock at the store. However, by the time the store called, the pants were already out of stock again. No one called to tell me the pants were back in stock so I never had the opportunity to buy them in person. So my order was canceled, and the pants were still out of stock in store. Incredibly frustrating experience. read more

I had an incredible shopping experience here the other night. I went in just browsing for some new pants and one of the sales associates (I believe her name was Delilah) noticed and opened a fitting room for me and brought me so many options and she really knew the product. Great customers service! I was there the other day shopping. Bought a bunch of stuff. Two ladies helped me. So sweet and very attentive even while it was extremely busy. Then I went back today.
