I prepaid at the other location, waltzed in here, and this nice young man was so helpful to assist me as soon as I walked in. I told him I was there for a pick up. He said, "Let me get it for you." He went in the back and got it for me right away and it was already pre-bagged with a stapled receipt ready for me to waltz back out, which is what I did. He even let me have their new mint green Lululemon bags that you get when you purchase an item. They finally branched past the black and white design. Overall, a simply delightful experience.

Location 4 stars: In the Fairfax District area of Los Angeles, at the Grove shopping and entertainment complex. The Grove has a huge but very busy parking structure, so while you may have to journey to the upper levels, you will eventually find parking. Although some businesses may validate part of the parking fees, be prepared to pay somewhere between $10 and $30 depending on how long you stay and which stores you visit. Their validation rules are fairly complex and not straightforward, so be sure to read all the fine print. They also have Valet parking on premises. Venue 5 stars: Beautiful, upscale and trendy set up. Great vibes. Nice choice of space, colors and music to create an upscale yet comparable ambiance. Their audio system is pretty good too :D Service 4 stars: Everyone we encountered were polite, pleasant, helpful and professional. Selection 4 stars: Upscale and trendy women's apparel, mostly geared towards the Millennial and Gen Z demographic cohorts. Styles range from smart casual, elevated basics, and going out attire. Pricing 4 stars: Moderate; on par with similar stores.

A style advisor approached me immediately, set me up a room, and didn't approach me again. I saw her talking to another advisor and approached her with some more items to try on. She basically ignored me, continued her conversation with the advisor, and didn't acknowledge me in the exchange which could have been whatever but she never really helped me after that. Was very disappointed with that experience. I made it to the dressing room and she did not help me there. It was awkward, another advisor cakes to my room to ask me if I still needed anything amd when she realized she asked the wrong customer, she was visibly shocked. I did need help and she came back with additional items but when I thanked her she just ignored me as well. I came out to view myself in the mirror. I had a question about sizing and one of the style advisors was in there. I made eye contact with her, said "excuse me" and she literally just ignored me. I'm not sure why? But it was disheartening. The shining star in this was Abby, who was running the dressing room as a whole. I had to turn to her when that advisor ignored me. She was so kind and helpful. I really really appreciated all her help and her kindness. The only reason I will give an extra star is because how helpful she was. Please work on customer experience. PLEASE. I understand this location can get busy and that is stressful for the employees alone. But being ignored was soo disheartening for me when it seemed like many of the other customers were swiftly being helped. I spent close to $700 and I was being treated like I was just trying on clothes for fun from most advisors. I will not be coming back to this location.

Even though the store was busy, I felt like I had a full personal shopping experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive. They checked on me multiple times in the fitting room, brought different sizes and styles without hesitation, and even helped me coordinate full outfits while I was shopping throughout the store. At least five different employees offered to bring items to the fitting room for me so I didn't have to carry everything around, which made the whole experience feel so easy and elevated. The store itself is super clean, very organized, and one of the biggest Banana Republic locations I've been to. There's always a fitting room available, which makes a huge difference when you're trying on a lot during a sale. Everyone who works here is genuinely friendly and helpful, not pushy at all, just very professional and welcoming. They also validate parking, which is such a nice bonus when shopping at the Grove. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location.

Now, my $220 jeans have worn through in 6 months, they no longer make the tshirts, but it gets worse. The sales staff in their stores are uniformly rude (Lamar in Greenwich store is the single worst salesperson I've ever encountered). And now, the coup de grace - every return I've made is STATED as taking "7 business days", but every return I've made takes 3 weeks and an email to INITIATE the return PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 days " To post to your account" . This is absolute BS - Are you in some kind of financial trouble??? Customer service now does NOT sign or state their names. I AM DONE WITH THIS P.O.S. Company

Great staff, but an unsettling return process that doesn't reflect a luxury brand…read more My experience returning an item at Saint Laurent Beverly Hills was strange--especially after having such an amazing purchasing experience at the Las Vegas location, where the service was fun, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone at the Beverly Hills store was extremely nice and professional, but the return process itself felt shady and unnecessary. The associate took my high-value item out of my sight twice for "inspection." During that time, the products are still legally mine--and that practice leaves far too many possibilities for misunderstanding or even accidental damage that could later be blamed on the customer. After the second inspection, I was told one of the bags "looked used." When I asked for clarification, I was shown what turned out to be a spec of glitter--which the associate herself was also wearing. She then added that "technically, after a return, the bag would be unsaleable." I pointed out the obvious: if a bag they sold me had glitter or anything else on it that I didn't notice until I got home, they would've sold me an "unsaleable" product by that same logic. When I calmly refused to accept her explanation, she said, "well let me go talk to my manager." After reviewing it again, they came back and agreed to "make an exception this time." While I appreciated the resolution, the phrasing made it sound like they were doing me a favor rather than correcting an unreasonable assessment. For a brand built on trust, quality, and image, this return policy feels out of step. Customers shouldn't have to surrender visibility of their property or defend themselves over something as trivial as glitter. Luxury should extend to how people are treated--not just what they're sold.

This location is organized, efficient, and actually knows how to move people through the selling process. The employees seem to have defined roles, the buyers are able to actually BUY without the entire operation grinding to a halt, and even when they're busy, things move. The difference between this location and Studio City is honestly night and day. Same company, same basic business model, completely different execution. The staff here are also friendly and professional without the weird too-cool-for-you attitude I encountered at Studio City. Nobody acts like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging you. They just do their jobs, keep things moving, and somehow manage to create a much more pleasant experience in the process. I've sold here multiple times and this location consistently feels well run. After seeing how chaotic and inefficient another Crossroads can be, I appreciate this one even more.
