I prepaid at the other location, waltzed in here, and this nice young man was so helpful to assist me as soon as I walked in. I told him I was there for a pick up. He said, "Let me get it for you." He went in the back and got it for me right away and it was already pre-bagged with a stapled receipt ready for me to waltz back out, which is what I did. He even let me have their new mint green Lululemon bags that you get when you purchase an item. They finally branched past the black and white design. Overall, a simply delightful experience.

There was no one to say "hello", "can I help you?". Waited for like 5 minutes, and then this young lady by the name of Ashley, came towards me and asked me how she could have been an assistance to me. She was polite and helpful. I told her that I have an upcoming wedding and need some nice attire for the event. Right away she took me to where their dresses/suits are and showed me a few things. Got me a dressing room for me to try couple of the items that she selected for me. The racks for some of their items were too cramped up. The store on the other side was very clean.. Tried them on, and I liked the way the glittery purple suit fit me. It was perfect and my size. Hugged my sexy curves and made me feel really good! As I was browsing the aisles, I noticed a few other things... some I needed and some I liked. With that being said, got an imitation of Donna Karan's Perfect Scents (the brand) perfume, Cashmere Mist. It has a very soothing, clean scent to it and was only $20.00. It worked out perfectly, since I ran out of my last bottle. Then I saw this beautiful narrow royal blue vase, this pretty, yellowish/mustard color floral choker, which can also be used as a headpiece. As I was walking down their aisles, I also saw those comfortable Minnetonka flat shoes in color red. Tried them on and it hugged my feet perfectly. It was just what I needed. The fabric was so soft and I believe made of velvet. It was on sale from $65.00 to $30.00. Got 2 pairs of earrings, 4 nail polishes, and that's all that I bought. You can find some great deals at Nordstrom Rack with affordable prices. They also have other brands by famous designers. Bought few candy bars at the register along with a small bottle of water. They do have parking and restrooms. Thank you all very much!

The employees are also incredibly helpful. Nothing is worse than wasting time looking for things in an unorganized store. That being said, my daughter and I were in search of the Jimmy Choo Heloise Satin Platform Sandals for her upcoming wedding. We knew Saks carried them so we headed to this location. They had them in her size but unfortunately, it was not the satin style. During our visit, Nikk, assisted us. Nikk is a gem! He was able to locate the sandals and order them to be shipped in time for the wedding. Purchasing them was seamless thanks to Nikk. I was at the store a few days ago with my wife to shop. I was just walking around and browsing while my wife was doing the actual and real shopping. Before I knew it I was surrounded by obnoxious, rude and super entitled individuals, people who reminded me why Beverly Hills customers - generally speaking - are some of the worse customers on the planet. I am a firm believer that the customer is not always right and it is up to the store to ensure that both, customers and employees are both behaving properly and in a humane way. But this is when it gets nice. People from the client services saw my frustration, approached me, talked to me, made me feel nice, safe and heard and a few jokes and a few moments later, I ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses for myself. Somehow Beth just by looking at my face knew which sunglasses would look good on me and told me where to go and which pairs to try on and she couldn't have been more right. So a big thank you to their team, a big shout out to all of them who work hard for the company and I assure you that my wife and I will be back for more shopping. Everyone can sell you clothes, not everyone can sell you a genuinely good experience. Gracias.

Since then, the staff has all changed as it will, yet the service had become consistently worse. I figured I'd try Century City since I'm here often, yet I never thought of shopping AllSaints here. Truth is, I was technically shopping in Las Vegas to gain points where I was staying (which now ceased since MGM took over). At first, it started off in the way I had become accustomed to; employees ignoring me yet there were a few customers being tended to in the shop, one with a very loud whiny son. Finally, a nice guy with glasses offered me help (first thing I did was thank him for noticing to make a point) and it only got better from there. It did take a while to grab a pair of pants while I waited in the fitting room (I think he might have actually forgotten), but I was trying on a couple other items in the meantime, and the pants were brought over after a friendly reminder. There was a skirt I was interested in that was not available anywhere, but I realized I could fold down the waistband to make it work if I went up a size. A bonus was the free shipping-even for sale items which this was-to be sent to your home (they cannot ship to the store) and I'm now waiting for the tracking information to arrive. I only wish they sent to PO BOXES since I don't trust my building, but this all worked out and I'm happy with my purchase. Looking forward to my next piece from AllSaints-

The sales staff in their stores are uniformly rude (Lamar in Greenwich store is the single worst salesperson I've ever encountered). For sure one of the prettiest stores on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Balenciaga still reigns as a luxury brand with an unmistakable, but usually subtle, "B" logo on bags and other stuff. You can tell the Balenciaga leather right away -- super soft and supple -- unlike other designer lines with stiffer material that may or may not even be leather anyway.
