This was our first stop on an impromptu LA shopping trip with my 14 year old. We don't have love shack fancy (yet) in Chicago so she was very excited to go in LA. The store, like all love shack fancy stores we've been to, was absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to have the store to ourselves and the 3 young women who worked there were so friendly and welcoming. They even gave us recommendations of other stores to hit up in the area. She found an adorable skirt and halter dress. I did gasp a bit when they rung me up since their clothes are pricey for a 14 year old (or even me), but I can see why she loves it all so much and the quality is great. Quality is not there. I ordered the white marsinia dress in my usual size small after I had purchased the pink version on Shopbop and loved it. I received a stretched out dress that I suspect was tried on by someone too big. I also ordered matching dresses for my 2 daughters and I received 2 different cuts. See the pictures if the 2 dresses that are 1 size apart for my 3 and 4 year old daughters. Now I have to send it back for a refund minus the handling shipment fee which was no fault of my own for sending me poor quality items. read more

I love Love LSF when Becky opened her first store in the Hamptons. So glad that she opened a such beautiful store right in my back yard here on Melrose Pl. Okay my granddaughter order something on Black Friday day after Thanksgiving . They confirmed the order....3 weeks later came back and said OH we overshipped do not have any left so pick something now for 10% off!!!! The skirt was 50% off and you tell her that many weeks later.... I have called for over 2 weeks and they do not get back to you. Their stuff is cute but I am not sure they are being manufactured and I think they are marking all up over what the stuff is worth..... They are rude and no customer service as the advertise. I am manufacturer for years and I would not recommend this place to shop buy or deal with . Not my idea of service. read more

This is such a beautiful boutique. All things pretty and lovely. The decor style is thoughtful and sweet. The clothing is luxurious yet dainty, beautiful, yet refined. Gorgeous blends of lace, linen, silk and cotton garments artfully mixed with traditional feminine floral prints and patterns of soft pastel color schemes. It is the millennial version of Rachelle Ashwell... I couldn't stop drooling over the calm esthetics and whispy rose vines curling around every nook and cranny filling the corners and cascading down from the industrial white ceilings. The sprinkle of shabby furniture and Parisian accents really tied the whole space together with one their over-sized giant Floral linen bow valances. The clothing style reminds me of ZIMMERMAN, and vintage GUCCI but with a twist. The employee working on my visit mirrored the brand to a fault. Thank you so much for bringing back the softer side to female apparel. There's no way you won't feel pretty when you walk through the doors of LOVE SHACK FANCY, and there's no reason why you shouldn't! read more

If I could rate the customer service at this place a -5 I would We ordered they are collaboration online then we got a cancellation notice so then we called the store and they had some in stock so we ordered two of them went down to the store and they had sold me two of the same bottles. She said they had one in the purple available I said can I exchange it and she said no she literally would not trade it out. I was in the store. I bought two bottles from her that were blue and we just wanted to trade one of them for the purple one and she said absolutely could not do it, but all sales are final. I had never even left their store, talk about horrendous customer service I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have shopped at this store multiple times and I actually wish I could just return everything because I can't believe that I supported establishment that doesn't value my dollar or my time. The only reason I had to drive way out of my way to the store in Newport Beach was because they already canceled my online order that I waited an hour and a half for online this morningbecause they're unethical. Maybe if I wouldn't have worn jeans and a sweatshirt into the store today they would've actually valued me as a human being. There's really no effort to just switch out a color when I haven't even left the store. Ridiculous that's OK ! I won't be working with them in the future there's nothing worse than a business when it becomes so successful that they're too big for their britches!!!!! if people didn't support your company from the beginning, you would be irrelevant trust me nobody's gonna give a damn about love shack, fancy, and a decade from now just like they didn't care about shabby chic, which is a complete knock off of. She didn't hover not sure why the other stores do that like the store MAXINE like when there was a caucasian couple nobody hovered them but when there's another ethnicity they sure do like to follow you around like ppl clam down , stop judging others. Just in the process of returning a $500 cashmere sweater. Never had a chance to even wear it once. One of the seams had been defectively sewn together by a machine, and there's obviously no quality control checking being done on the very expensive clothing for this line. I think that's shameful for a company to charge this much for a sweater with no guarantee of it having been sewn together correctly. I won't ever be buying from this brand again. Expensive and designer should mean excellent quality and trustworthiness. read more
