I've always had to ask if they have my size or if they can check in the back, and even when making a purchase, it often feels like ringing me up is an inconvenience. There are many great stores in this center, but unfortunately, this location has become my least favorite in terms of service. The designs are great and the value is good, but a bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a world of difference. Omar, the "hat doctor," primarily helped me, and he truly lived up to the name. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I brought in my mom's old cowboy hat from the 80s, which was in pretty rough shape, and he somehow brought it completely back to life in a way I honestly didn't think was possible. The transformation was incredible! Beyond Omar, the entire store staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. They remembered our names, checked in while we were shopping, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed, like shopping with friends! The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. The store is beautifully designed, but it's to hide the fact that they have a lack of actual merchandise. I'm sure they have more sizes in the back, but that's not a great look in the era of body positivity. I still love the brand, but unfortunately the store was a miss for me. I love how Farm Rio mixes and matches various prints with each other, creating a new and unique look. For today, I stopped by after work and was greeted by Kacey. She was excellent. She provided great customer service and was attentive to my shopping needs. The store is clean, open and airy. I love the decor inside and the changing huts aka changing rooms.
