I walked in as a professional DJ who is literally on her feet all day at weddings, corporate events, and everything in between, and walked out feeling like I had a full personal coaching and styling session. Marko was THAT guy. He took the time to actually understand my life, my needs, and my vibe before recommending a single thing. Sweat-friendly apparel? Check. The perfect shoe for 8-hour performance days on my feet? Nailed it. His attention to detail, humor, and genuine care made the whole experience feel less like shopping and more like being helped by a friend who happens to know everything about athletic footwear. I was so inspired that I posted about On Cloud on my Instagram story to encourage others to shop at THIS location. That is not something I do lightly. KT set the tone from the jump with hospitality that made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. You can tell both her and Marko genuinely love their jobs and love this brand, and that energy is absolutely contagious! Give them both a raise, protect them at all costs, and never let this store lose that warmth. On Cloud makes me feel like a baddie athlete and I am fully here for it. This is my favorite running shoe, and I feel much lighter running in these than any other shoe! I ran in the shoe for the first time at the Abbott Kinney One, and they were one of the sponsors. Their booth had displays of shoes and also a fun booth (photo attached). Their store was super clean and had a variety of items, including socks and other accessories. The workers were helpful and we even shot a promo outside of the store. I think you get tremendous value for your buck, and it's definitely worth the purchase if you're on the fence!

I really like Princess Polly clothes and they have a variety of clothes for all types of occasions. Their stuff is so cute and have sales very often. I do wish they carried more of their online items in store. I've noticed they sell out of their popular sizes quickly like 2-4 so I recommend to call ahead and check with the staff to see if they have your size. Regardless I've had good shopping experiences and the staff is very friendly.

I tried this company for the first time by placing an order 8/31 for HOCO dresses for my daughter,…read more2 weeks before event. I do A LOT of online shopping and a familiar with carriers and shipping speeds and I checked their their return policy as well as their shipping policy prior to ordering. Sadly, I didn't think to check what their policy is for lost packages. Originally my delivery date was 9/5 (bc holiday weekend), but I got a msg on 9/5 saying shipment was delayed because the carrier misrouted the package and the new arrival would be 9/9 (today). But the tracking shows the pkg has been and still is in Henderson NV (from CA to CO, then backwards to NV before it, if ever, gets to TX). Their horribly annoying automated system told me the package would be delivered Saturday 9/13 or Monday 9/15. By then it will be too late. I spoke to their customer service and found out they have a terrible policy in place for missing packages. Not only do I have to wait the full 6 business days (normal, but they said 6th day is tomorrow but on my calendar its today if 9/1 was the holiday), but if it doesn't arrive tomorrow (which tracking indicates it won't), they wait ANOTHER 14 DAYS before they will declare it missing. FOURTEEN DAYS after expected delivery?!?! I have never heard of giving a carrier that much EXTRA time to "locate" a lost package. They use an unheard of carrier that can't route packages correctly and their own company policy is to wait 14 days AFTER the expected delivery date for said carrier to locate the misrouted/lost package before Princess Polly admits they lost it. Insane. Its been delayed twice already and their customer service and company policies are subpar in the industry. Honestly we don't even know if we want their dresses, since this is our first (last) time ordering from them. We don't have the dresses we ordered in time for my daughters HOCO, despite ordering 2 weeks in advance; I still have to now take her shopping at a store with only a couple days before event; and I won't get a refund for another 2 weeks or longer. So I'm out money plus no dresses, plus extra work. Princess Polly should be ashamed of themselves and also out of business.

Shoe Lab also polished all the edges and cleaned the waxed suede. As an extra added attraction Shoe Lab sent me a text message when my shoes were ready. All in all, disastrous costumer service. These people are the reason why stores close down and online shopping takes over. No disappointing, and rude interactions with dense humans.

Even the simple things I needed done with my shoes were poorly done, and the shoes started ungluing quickly after getting them back. The other items they worked on they either damaged by them thoughtlessly deeply scratching them and carelessly applying leather stains on the to parts they shouldn't have. I wish I would've never heard about this place and I wish I would have never gone here. I'm so disappointed and also angry because all my things they ruined were very expensive and one of the things they damage irreversibly was my grandfather's. It is sort of kitty corner from Macy's, so it's not the easiest place to notice. I popped in on a weekday morning to buy some easy to slip on black on black sneakers for work. Since I was the only one in the store for most of the time, I was lucky to have Alex's devoted attention. He was extremely helpful, retrieving shoes in two different sizes to make sure I had the best fit. On top of this, he suggested I join their loyalty program for an extra 10% off!
