For sure one of the prettiest stores on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Balenciaga still reigns as a luxury brand with an unmistakable, but usually subtle, "B" logo on bags and other stuff. You can tell the Balenciaga leather right away -- super soft and supple -- unlike other designer lines with stiffer material that may or may not even be leather anyway. I'm a fan of their jewelry, bags and shoes. Definitely worth saving up for one or two of these pieces per year. Sales staff here is not snooty in any way, actually just the opposite. I stopped in recently looking for a certain bag and my sales person found the exact bag, at a huge discount, on the shelf at Balenciaga outlet (Cabazon). One phone call and it was shipped to me the next day, free, from Palm Springs! At the Rodeo store, I was able to pick up a ring I haven't seen anywhere else, giving me permanent Balenciaga bragging rights. But I'm not bragger.

It was NOT. But a note attached said that I could take the product to a Tumi store and they could do it for free. During travels during the Christmas holiday through several airports, I stopped by the Tumi store at BWI airport. They were VERY helpful in giving me information, but could not do the monogram on my product. They gave me the consumer service phone number to contact later. After MANY attempts calling that number, I finally was able to connect with a customer service representative. She asked me to take photos of my product, the sales receipt, and other information and send to the company. All I have received was a text saying that my information was sent to upper management. I'm now waiting for any response after over a month dealing with this issue. I won't purchase any Tumi products until this issue is resolved. As a side note, I do LOVE my Alpha roller bag which has served me well for several years!

Carhartt WIP, a brand known for its quality workwear and urban fashion, has truly impressed me with…read moretheir exceptional service and genuine respect for their customers. Unlike some other popular brands, Carhartt WIP's workers exemplify professionalism and kindness, setting a standard that others should aspire to. From the moment I walked into the Carhartt WIP store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. They possessed a deep knowledge of the brand's products, and their expertise was evident as they guided me through the selection. What truly stood out was the level of respect and courtesy displayed by the Carhartt WIP workers. They listened attentively to my questions and concerns, taking the time to understand my preferences and requirements. Never once did I feel rushed or dismissed. Instead, I was met with patience and a willingness to assist me in finding the perfect items. This stark contrast to the experiences I've had with workers from other brands, where rudeness and arrogance often prevail, made my time at Carhartt WIP all the more enjoyable. Supreme and Stussy literally hire CUCKS to run their stores. The staff members genuinely cared about creating a positive customer experience, ensuring that every interaction was pleasant and meaningful. Not only did the Carhartt WIP workers demonstrate respect towards customers, but they also showcased a deep passion for the brand and its products. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it created an engaging environment that made me excited to explore the different options available. Their knowledge of the brand's history and the intricate details of each garment added value to my shopping experience. In addition to the outstanding customer service, Carhartt WIP's products themselves are of exceptional quality. Their workwear-inspired designs blend style and durability seamlessly, making them a go-to choice for those seeking both fashion and functionality. The range of options available catered to a variety of tastes, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, Carhartt WIP has won me over with their exceptional service and genuine respect for customers. Their workers are a true reflection of the brand's values, going above and beyond to provide a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. If you're looking for a brand that combines top-notch products with outstanding customer service, Carhartt WIP is the ideal choice.

I enjoy the slim cut and the wonderful selection of patterns and colors. Their suits fit my body like a glove. With a Zegna, my tailor only has to cuff my pants. Ok As far as I can tell this is the same address as the one I went to so here we go…read more If you've read my previous review of Brioni you know that I am on a mission (actually i have been mandated) to revamp my wardrobe. I need 2-3 killer suits and 5-7 Great suits. I have been doing research on my own, as well as using the "image consultants" that my company hires as a reference, to help find out what makes a great suit and Zegna is up there and ranks as a great suit, not quite the best, but it is up there. Now the store is big and beautiful, and Its always being featured on the show entourage. the causal/sports wear stuff is on the first floor and the suits are on the second floor. i was there on a weekend so the place was jam packed so I didn't get much direction from the staff on where to go, but its understandable. there are no racks here, or any true way of finding the size you want as suits are scattered pretty much randomly through out the second floor. they are grouped by style and sized with in the group. Eventually I see a navy pin stripe I like and flag down a busy sales person to see if they have my size. He goes in the back be-grudgingly and brings it out wrapped in a sort of dry cleaning plastic with their logos on it. He hands it to me and politely excuses him self as he tends to the customer before me. Again they are packed so I understand. I put on the suit and it fits nicely, it feels good. I then check the 20 or so points that make a fine suit and it hits about 14 of them. While I am not a fan of the styles (2 pleated pants- I prefer flat front) I decide to take the plunge and purchase this one. Side note- Zegna has 2 lines of suits- Their Z line is more hip with slimmer cuts and more modern details (flat fronts, slim lapels) but there is a big drop off in quality. their Zegna line is higher quality but made with a more traditional cut. Next I see a solid flannel gray and flag the same person down, this time I get the "what ever we have out is all we have" line. WTF? I just saw you go in the back for my other suit. He then asks me if he could put the first suit away now. I sheepishly answer that I am going to buy it ( I don't know if i should be angry for his rudeness or be understanding as he is obviously swamped and frazzelled) I see him change his tone and smile and ask if I need the tailor to come out and fit the suit on me. I say no Ill take it to my guy and I'm out the door. Overall it wasn't a great shopping experience. The suit was pretty nice, not quite exactly what I was looking for but it will do. But the staff was completely overwhelmed and a little rude. I want to walk out of a store after spending 2k feeling good, instead I feel a little agitated. I know my 2k was just another drop in the bucket for them, but I'm beginning to think this is just the way high end stores treat the normal folk.

Extremely Poor Customer Service -- Unprofessional and Incompetent Staff…read more After years of being a loyal Levi's customer, I am extremely disappointed by the unacceptable customer service I experienced at the Century City location. On Saturday, October 24, 2026, during the morning, I visited the store seeking assistance with a pair of Levi's jeans purchased just four months earlier that had already developed holes. Unfortunately, the two female employees who assisted me demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge, professionalism, and basic customer service skills. Neither seemed capable of explaining Levi's warranty policy or directing me to the appropriate process. Instead of helping, they were dismissive, made me feel unwelcome, and suggested I pay to repair the jeans. What made this experience even worse was discovering the following day that these same employees had apparently contacted the Glendale Galleria store to discuss my visit. Apparently, they had time to call another store about me but couldn't spend one minute explaining how to submit a warranty claim online. The Glendale employees eventually provided the information I needed, something Century City could have easily done. I find this level of incompetence and lack of customer care completely unacceptable, particularly from a globally recognized brand like Levi's. I strongly encourage Levi's corporate management to investigate the conduct and training of the two female employees working on Saturday morning, October 24. After years of supporting this brand, I never expected to be treated so poorly simply for requesting assistance with a potentially defective product. One star. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location for customer service or warranty assistance.
