I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. We were mainly here for the Baldur's Gate 3 blind bags for the beautiful oversized d20's but checked out all the other cool stuff they have here! I believe the owner is Mandie and she was super sweet and had great energy when my bf and I dropped by! We managed to pull a Rare (Mizora) and a Rare (Halsin) which was really cool from just buying two packs. They have other cool merch like pokemon, final fantasy, dnd, and even some anime stuff. Highly recommend checking this shop out and supporting local businesses! Great place to buy a gift for anyone. Prices are a bit more than retail but nothing too crazy. I never walked inside this H&M location before so I didn't know they have a women entrance and the men area entrance is further down. But if you walked into the women H&M entrancex, there are signs to tell you where the men area is. I like wearing their Easy Iron, Slim fit dress shirts here but the price did go up on them. I also like H&M conscious shirts that are now labeled as Dry mode shirt but they usually only sell them online. When I visited this store, the employees were really nice and asked if I needed any help. I told them I was just browsing so they let me be. They have some nice sales going on but so far nothing grabbed my interest.
