They offer no concessions and are only after your money, once they get your money they don't care about you as a customer, just their bottom line. Super shady and unethical company and they use child labor. Clothes smell weird and chemically upon arrival, very reminiscent of some fast fashion, shein/temu clothing. Terrible experience and the clothing is made for people with big fake butts and breasts (no shade) but the average person does not have that. They glamorize the fake botox plastic surgery look which is cringey. Not the natural form. Their plus sized models just have thick thigs and are not actually plus sized. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN.
