I brought back brand-new,…read moreunworn clothing with the original tags attached, but because it was just beyond the 30-day return window, the store wouldn't make any exception or even offer store credit. While I was there, I also overheard another customer politely trying to exchange a defective item, and she was told it couldn't be accepted because it was also past 30 days. Seeing that made the experience even more frustrating. A strict return policy like this may save the company money in the short term, but it also risks driving away loyal customers. There are many retailers with more customer-friendly return policies, especially when items are new with tags or defective. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of shopping here. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be taking my business to stores that stand behind their products and value long-term customer relationships.

She threw the new receipt in front of me and when I asked if I need to keep the old one incase the jacket doesn't fit she said it was not her problem and walked away. The shoes I purchased looked used and terribly cheap fit. Do not recommend setting foot here! Judgmental and bitter owner!!! Nicole just responded back to my review and it's clear to see the lack of professionalism on her end! Usually a response from a business owner would be that they are sorry for the miscommunication and that they would like to make it right.
