Walked by and saw some shoes that I had to have. 5 stars and they were on sale and had been marked down twice! Can ask for a better value than that. Best of all I got to leave with the famous Steve Madden bag. It says I got style read more

My wife wanted to stop by this Steve Madden shoe store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks while we were there over the weekend. This store is on the first floor close to where Macy is. My wife wanted to look at their boots selection to see if it's worth buying here. When we walked into the store, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. My wife told her that she was just browsing so she left us alone. I think this is a women only store so I didn't see any items for men. My wife saw a boot she like but it is as pricey to her so she didn't buy it. read more

Ordered, online, a pair of shoes as a gift. Paid promptly and waited for item to ship. After 5 days I reached out to customer service and was only appeased with "please be patient as we are having high volume" but no action taken by them whatsoever to expedite the shipment. Two days later I gave up after reaching out to them again. Still no action by their supposed "customer service" advising them if the shoes didn't ship I would cancel the order. I then get an email cancelling the order as the size was no longer available. It was available when I ordered them. I told their customer service I would never buy from Steve Madden again and not to contact me ever again. And what do they do? They send me another email saying they were sorry I wanted to "unsubscribe". I think they should give their employees a basic Math and English test when they are hired as they seem to be unable to read as in my email about my displeasure I never mentioned "unsubscribing". I had already done that. Their customer service completely lacks any empathy for their customers! It seems, from reading their reviews, their store employees are no better! If you really like a pair of Steve Madden shoes I suggest you find them at Macys or not buy them at all because Madden's customer service for the sake of a better word "SUCKS"! read more

I went in there with my daughter to look for prom shoes. The two chatty ladies at the counter would not stop their conversation to even look up. I got one of their attention to ask a question and her pat answer was "everything we have is out." it was actually comical how much they were not interested in helping. read more

I've been a huge fan of Steve Madden for the longest time. I love the selection of shoes they have. They always have the cutest styles. I wanted to leave a review for an employee: Jada. She was super friendly and was very patient even when I asked to try on several different pairs of shoes. read more

Amazing customer service ! Staff was kind and accommodating, especially Jada (hopefully I got her name right ! ) will definitely be coming back to this location read more

If there's anyone I could recommend Jadaaaaaaaaaa , she was extremely helpful ,stylish , & fabulous. I had no intent on purchase any other shoe aside for Blessed. Unfortunately they didn't carry them but lucky for me they had a sale. I ended up purchased 5 pairs of heels with the help of Jada. She asked how I like the shoes as I tried them on , double check other stores to see if they carried my size. Now fast forward to a few days later I told my friends about the shoes I got and of course they wanted some too. I went back to purchase a few more with the help of Rudy. He even was able to place an order for a shoe that was out of stock at their location. I will definitely be returning to this location so they may take all my coins LOL Great customer service and everyone is pleasant and welcoming. read more

This Steve Madden is just ok. They have most of the usual SM styles. Whenever I pass by this store it is almost always empty. Recently they've been having a lot of promotions - probably for the holiday season. I walked in a few days ago and got to spin a wheel that either got me 20% off, 25% off, 30% off, or BOGO 1/2 off. I went in yesterday and they had scratch cards with the same amounts. If you ever receive a sale/promo coupon, make sure the shoes you are buying qualify for the promotion. I am DYING to get a pair of the Troopa combat boots, but they are ALWAYS excluded. Look on the bottom of the shoes and if it has a sticker that says "NOT INCLUDED," then it won't be part of the deal. It's annoying because all of their most popular shoes are not included. read more

I absolutely love this cute little store! Beatriz/Betty is an amazing human being and has immense boss babe energy~I witnessed her take on a difficult (& potentially dangerous) customer who refused to wear a mask to name one incident. I actually thought she was the general manager because of how well she handled everything--she should be anyway :) honestly, everyone in the store is super helpful, kind, and amicable. Bought two pairs of shoes today with the help of Betty and her coworker (didn't get her name sorry) and I couldn't be happier with my purchases and experience here. read more

I got a new pair of boots from here today and I want to thank the sales associate. She was very helpful. She went back and forth getting so many shoes for me (because I am very indecisive). She then helped me pick out the intyce boots and they are so extremely cute! I love them. read more

I have no words for the level of customer service I get from Rudy every time I come in there. Because of him I'm a loyal customer to SM. He really makes every shopping experience pleasant and always makes you feel taken care of! read more

I went in there today for my first time trying to find some heels. I felt bad going in because they were 10 minutes to close but Breanna welcomed me in very sweetly and help me pick out a heel and brought me sizes in a few different styles. Thank you for not making me feel bad for coming in so close to close and for helping me out!! I really appreciate!! read more

I went in to this store a few days ago to exchange a pair of flats that were too big. I informed one of the associates that I couldn't find the receipt but just needed a different size - she said no problem. Multiple associates helped me and made the process so easy - exchanges or returns can be so tricky at other places. I even left with an extra pair, that's what great customer service can do!! Thanks to Shay (?) for all your help! read more

Literally one of the worst service experiences of my life. I was so turned off by the lazy attitude of the sales girl (blonde wearing a dingy white blaze) that I went to every other store in the mall to try to find a pair of shoes...alas I had to go back and purchase them here. It made me sick to do it...seriously terrible service with no apology for being slow and/or not communicating well. Terrrrrible. Only hope it gets better as they hire more staff to this location. With 3-4 customers in the store you should pause your phone call no matter if you're reporting your sales numbers or hiring someone. So bad. read more

Compared to other Steve Maddens my least favorite one... girls give you attitude only two of the girls that work their actually wanna make a sell . . Hopefully they improve this store but I rather buy on line or go to the topanga mall instead of This one . This one is pretty small anyway they don't carry all the shoes like the topanga mall one they are very limited here . read more

Worst experience ever! Went with my daughter on Mothers Day to return shoes she bought for prom. After purchasing these shoes 2 weeks prior, my DEBIT card was replaced by my bank due to fraudulent activity. I received a new DEBIT card linked to the same account I purchased the shoes with. The number on the card itself changed because my bank REPLACED it. The account remained the same. The same account number I've had for 25 years! Girl said card # on receipt didn't match my card. Kept going in back to talk to "manager" & telling me I could get store credit (for a pair of $120 shoes we did not want). I was getting annoyed because I wanted MY money back so I could purchase another pair of shoes for my daughter and needed it! She told me her "manager" had 3 more minutes before he would clock in & said I needed to wait. I said I don't want to wait, I want MY money refunded. He overheard, came out from the back, snapped at me in front of my daughter & customers and shouted "YOU NEED TO WAIT." I said no. Grabbed the shoes and my receipt. He shouted "GET OUT OF MY STORE." We left with no refund and a pair of shoes we don't want. I've reached out to customer service who contacted the district manager. What the heck? Trying to STEAL MY MONEY. Absolute insanity. read more

The sales clerk Ava was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out shoes for my wife for her birthday.

Went into to this store last night. The cashier was extremely friendly and had a great attitude. There was a few people in the store, however she acknowledged me right away (which i love, love, love) and apologized for the delay (which I didn't mind). She was quick in getting my shoes and a pleasure to deal with. Unlucky for me both pairs that i tried on fit me, wahhh! So I had to purchase both...necessities!!! I'm happy they made it an easy process and I blame her for my purchase, so sorry mom!!!! read more

Had the Worst experience at this store last week. The sales girl Vivian was So rude to me. I wore a pair of boots for One hour & they hurt so badly I had to exchange them. These are $150 shoes. Vivian took it personally and gave me the worst attitude & told me I could only exchange. Fine. Also refused a store credit & told me "well I can't even put these back on the shelf now anyway, you cannot get store credit". This 25 year old girl with a mid drift acted like I was trying to scam her & it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will NOT be shopping here again & im contacting the manager read more

This store compared to all other Steve madden stores has by far the worst customer service. There's nobody to greet you or to ask if you have any questions. Three of us were waiting in the store for somebody to help and one person was working behind the counter not looking up at any of us. Also their product was on the floor fallen over and a mess. I personally brought an issue in that I spent a significant amount of money on that had a defect of a split sole after wearing them four times. Not only did they tell me that they would not exchange them but in front of other customers told me how I was wrong to even try to get an exchange... can't a girl get some respect? DO NOT shop at this location if you want good service and good product. I suggest going to Topanga or Glendale. Much better there. read more

I had purchased a pair of shoes on line and took it back to the store the day after I received it. The policy on the website specifically stated that returns would be accepted in the store. I had my receipt. The salesperson refused to accept my return. She said I could exchange the shoes but could not return them for a refund. She said she did not have time to do a return. I explained to her that I had spent 20 minutes looking for a parking place just to go to this store to make this return. She asked me if I had called the store ahead of time and had a name of a salesperson who had authorized my return. I said no, that I had no reason to think I could not make the return when the website said returns would be accepted in the store. Still, she refused the return. I was flabbergasted. I said, "You realize that I will not be shopping at Steve Madden again." She just looked at me. I said, "Well, I guess you don't care." Again she did not answer. My advice to all: BE WARY ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE ON LINE - THEY MAY NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THEY WILL. read more
