We like old navy for clothes for our little girls, be a use they're fairly inexpensive and they usually have a pretty good selection. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly, even though they are understaffed in my opinion. The reason this is is a four star review is because the store is pretty small, which sometimes leads to a limited selection. They always tell you you can get it on the website, but if I wanted to get it on the website I wouldn't have come into the store.

I'm unfortunately writing this after having had an adverse experience this evening at the Studio City location, where they turned me away when I was making a return. They said that their scanners were new and "weren't working" on return orders. When I shared this negative experience with the sales associates at the Sherman Oaks location, I was met with empathy and compassion. They explained to me that this has been a regular occurrence where customers are turned away from the Studio City store when making returns and that this is against Free People's policy. I was so shocked at hearing this, but also grateful that they took the time to explain to me what happened and that I wasn't alone. Every time I try multiple things on, I always have to walk out and look in the mirror while other girls take selfies and ogres of themselves in the mirror and I feel so uncomfortable being in the background. I am a curvy woman who has a big bust and curves, every time I try on my clothes and I have to walk out all the nasty and b**** associates always give me the dirty stares and looks and snicker at me. They all have the nasty attitudes and the absolute worst customer service skills. Sam body shamed me when I was trying on a dress and I am a size 8/10 and she pulls out a size 0 for me to try on, when she clearly sees I'm a curvy woman who's a size 8/10 M/L. They always make me feel uncomfortable when I am trying on clothes glaring at me giving me dirty looks making me feel uncomfortable and laughing at me behind my back to the other associates looking at each other while I look in the mirror. This location has the worst associate and the Yuli who is one of the manager's is extremely rude and very unhelpful. She is extremely fake and doesn't care if you complain how her associates treat you. All she does is apologize in a passive agressive manner. They do not train their employees well with customer service. All of them are unwelcoming, not friendly, and are very disrespectful. Every time I come in to shop here with my boyfriend to buy my clothes, the associates always make it hell and give you the worst in store shopping experience. Everything about the Topanga location is a complete joke. I don't like Yuli the manager or Sam. They are both awful. Even the manager needs to be trained in customer service skills it's pretty sad honestly. The only positive thing I can say is, the most helpful and friendly associates are Mahroo and Pam! Pam made me feel comfortable when I tried on my clothes and made me actually feel confident when I was in the store looking at myself in the mirror. Pam has great customer service skills too Mahroo gives excellent customer service skills and helps pick out great outfits! I recommend asking for Mahroo or Pam, to save yourself a headache from all the other ones. They will both take care of you and make sure you have a great shopping in store experience and find clothes you love. I love Aritzia's clothes and the clothes jaw lays Keisha's and come home with, and the quality of the clothes as well. I live in Calabasas and I will not be returning to this location unless something I need is in stock here and it's my closest store to home. I will be continue shopping online at Aritzia's website and go to the Century City location, where I'll have a much more pleasant and welcoming in store shopping experience and be treated with respect, have better customer service and friendlier welcoming associates, and not be body shamed for being a curvy woman. This nightmare happened to me at the Sherman Oaks, Galleria Windsor store…read more After calling several times and waiting for a call back, I finally decided to drive to the store myself--which is two hours away--to try to find an item that the system showed as in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I had a very unpleasant experience. Before going to the store, I had read several online reviews mentioning issues with the manager and the customer service at this location. Once I arrived, I realized the reviews were completely accurate. The manager was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to have a very unprofessional attitude. I was the first customer at the door when the store opened. I walked around and went to look at the sale rack. The pricing on the rack was very misleading, so I asked the manager for clarification. I asked whether the price shown applied to all items on the rack or only to the prices written in red pen on the tags. She responded in a very rude and condescending tone, saying, "Ma'am, the prices are noted on the rack," without making any effort to clarify. I ignored her attitude and continued shopping. I then went to another sale section where a sign clearly showed that the shoes in that area were marked at s. I asked a sales associate if the price applied to the shoes I had chosen, and he confirmed that it did. I selected two pairs and proceeded to the register to pay for all my items. When I went to pay, the shoes rang up at full price. I explained that there was a sale sticker on the shoes showing a specific discounted price. The manager responded by saying, "Sometimes customers change the prices and it's not our fault." I told her that I understood that mistakes can happen, but as store management it is her responsibility to ensure that inventory and pricing on the sales floor are correct. I also explained that as a customer, it is not fair for me to be misled by incorrect pricing after spending nearly 30 minutes selecting and trying on the shoes, only to be told at the register that the price was different. Instead of trying to help or look into the issue, she continued to speak to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I genuinely do not understand how someone with her behavior was chosen to manage a store. As the reviews on Yelp and other platforms clearly show, I am not the only customer who has experienced this type of treatment at this location. There are many similar complaints describing the exact same issues with the manager and the poor service provided.
