Keep in mind that Air Jordan's are not cheat shoes so I already knew they would be on the higher end. The staff here was friendly with me when I walked inside and asked if I needed any help. I told them I was just browsing and they left me be. This Finish Line store is pretty spacious inside and have a lot of different shoes to choose from.

I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. Once my order arrived the quality of the shirt exceeded my expectations, I will definitely order again. And will make time to visit their store in the near future. A+.

It has a lot of different types of restaurants, a gym, Burke Williams (massage parlor), a movie theatre, that's huge. Unfortunately some of the places have been shot down like Frida, that used to be El Toritos before, Starbucks that is VERY IMPORTANT to some people, (not to me), plenty of other Starbucks's on every block is no longer there. Cheesecake Factory, along with so many other eateries, a snack shop, along with Buffalo Wings, P.F.Chang is still there. I am not going to name one by one what's there and what's not. All I can say is that everyone over there starting from the security guards are nice, helpful and friendly. It's a big structure based on 3 stories. Same goes for parking. Yes, I agree with some of the Yelpers that the foot traffic has diminished a little bit. That also depends what day and time of the week you go there. I was there on 6/17/26 around 12:10pm and there were a lot of people everywhere. Established back in 2001 and is till a nice place to go solo, date night or have tourists visiting this lovely, big, charming Sherman Oaks Galleria.

However, I've noticed that on some of my shoes, the materials do not last. The (fake?) rubber soles crumble or develop deep cracks. The (fake) leather finish on my ankle boots peels off. These shoes are not worn frequently and they're stored carefully. No other brand I buy has ever had this problem. I spoke to Thaakirah J at customer service. She provided bad service, going out of her way to offer nothing in the way of a discount or credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I provided photos. She refused to help. I have concluded that Clarks shoes don't actually wear out through normal wear, they simply disintegrate due to inferior materials. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I am done, done, done.

Of course I still love a 5inch stiletto just as much as the next petite woman but Clark's has some modest options that are great when you'll be in them and on your feet for hours. I actually find myself coming to Clark's to look for shoes. They have some options that I'm quite happy with. When I asked about the differences between two running shoes, I was told it was "personal preference" without any explanation of how the shoes actually differed. When I asked about two custom insole options, the employee simply read the product names back to me rather than explaining the features or benefits of each. What surprised me most was that the one topic every employee seemed eager to discuss was the VIP membership. I learned far more about the membership program than I did about the products I came in to buy. I also found several employees dismissive when I asked follow-up questions, which made the experience feel more frustrating than helpful. The entire reason I chose a specialty running store instead of shopping online was to get knowledgeable guidance. Instead, I left feeling like I had learned almost nothing and would have been better off doing my own research. Very disappointing experience.
