Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get some shoes for my kiddos selection was amazing by the way…read moreand I felt the need to make this review as, never in my 30 something years of being in this earth I have been so appalled by a fellow customer , he was threatening the employees with corporate reviews because they would not give him cash refund and was belittling them, asking them specially for full names and last names just so this dear customer can go write them up at corporate level. The store manager was calmly explaining to the man why she was not able to give cash refund and instead, kindly offered store credit. This person then goes off to say that he will never ever recommend Skechers to anyone in his life, that it's even cheap and continue to throw the ripped bag at them. Never have I been so appalled by human nature, this day and age people are literally turning into despicable humans. If anyone at corporate receives this so called official complaint from this giant turd, please feel free to contact me so I can really let you know how it went down. The employees were nothing but polite and calm and I on the other hand was unable to keep my cool so I told him off and I would do it over a hundred times. He tried to come for me and ask why random people are getting involved in his conversations. I interjected and told him he's at a factory discounted store not Nordstrom where he can come off so High and mighty . As a proud woman I felt the need to put this a hole in his place. Skechers should commend this group of individuals who have to tolerate people like this amongst all, the disrespect, anyway I told him off, man of European descent felt the need to come off so entitled wearing his Hokas, matching track suit and pony, but yet ridiculing the store that wouldn't give into his demands.

So apparently at The Footlocker in Northridge mall, they require an email for a purchase. I told…read morethe clerk I wasn't comfortable sharing that info and she said she couldn't complete the purchase without one. This was after I already ran my cc for the $150 Uggs (at 7:30pm on Saturday 9/28). I had also purchased Air Jordan's at the kids Foot Locker a few stores down and they had no issue with me not wanting to provide an email. I then spoke with the manager and she said it was their policy. I then inquired, 'you're ok with losing a sale and a customer over an email', she smiled and said 'you're free to shop somewhere else. So...I walked down a few stores and purchased the Uggs at Journey's and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It blows my mind that an organization as big as them are willing to turn customers away over an email. Oh well, I'll never make another purchase at Foot Locker again.

Awesome, right? Wrong -- just the day after, we received an email from Footlocker that it was out of stock and we had to go back in to the store to get a refund. So we did - even though this store is half an hour away. Then the staff says, no, they can't process the refund because corporate has already processed it. Just give it a couple of days to show up on your bank. We wait -- now it's been over two weeks since this happened and still no refund. Corporate said the store should have processed the refund. And now still waiting for corporate to try to process it without having to go to the store. I mean -- I paid your store, you certainly didn't have any problems charging me at the time. Why is it so difficult to return the money for something I didn't get? Maybe check inventory next time before offering to order.
