First time at this Woodland Hills location and definitely will not be the last…read more After I left Jack in the Box on the 14th of this month, I walked in to this nicely organized, clean store that had a lot of personality. I was greeted by 2 employees. One by the name of Martha and the other one Ashley. Got there a little after 2:25pm. They both wanted to know how they could have helped me? I said I am just browsing for now, once I find out, I will let you know. They both smiled and walked away. Great asset to the company. As I was browsing, few things caught my eye and didn't need them, but liked and wanted them. Prices were very affordable and reasonable. Everything was well organized, and hanging on the racks. All items had their own prices. They also have a lot of designer items. Got myself nice white flat shoes, (small rhinestones all around), later as I was walking around, I noticed a cute, square, white color purse with lots of pockets inside and out, Liz Claiborne, with a nice long strap. It had a little wear and tear on the top & on the strap. The cashier gave me a 10% discount on it. I approached the accessories department, and saw this bulky, round color bracelet with small details on it. It was pretty dope and unique. A lady that was standing next to me said that's from India. I was like oh, ok. I also bought me 2 small perfumes, each for $25, and a lotion that was on sale for only $5.99. Saw this gorgeous black blouse that you can wear going out or just feeling groovy. Casual wear. As I was checking out, got thirsty, got me Sprite and water, also 2 M&Ms. Always have a sweet tooth. For a first time shopper, had a good experience. All that only cost me less than $150.00 including tax. Has a parking lot, not sure about restrooms. That's all I have to say until I return, when I am in the area. A lot of discounted items all around the store.. Thank you Ashley, Martha, management and of course Nordstrom Rack!!

I recently bought a pair of…read morepants from Nordstrom Rack and, after just one gentle wear, the fabric reacted strangely and the condition became genuinely unacceptable--clearly a quality issue, not normal wear-and-tear. I returned with my receipt, hoping for a straightforward exchange. Unfortunately, I was assisted by the manager on duty, Tyler (I wasn't given his last name). While I fully understand that return policies have fine print, I was shocked by his approach. Tyler was dismissive from the start, interrupted me several times before I could fully explain the defect, and spoke in a condescending tone that made me feel like I was being unreasonable for even asking. He refused to examine the pants closely or consider that a one-wear item might have a manufacturing flaw. I left without a resolution--not because of the policy, but because the interaction was so unprofessional that I no longer felt comfortable even attempting to negotiate. A useful warning for others: If you buy here, inspect your items carefully and keep all tags, because if a defect shows up later, don't count on management at this location to work with you. Tyler sets a very unwelcoming, rigid tone that completely undermines the brand's usual reputation for service. I hope corporate takes note, because customers deserve basic respect even when a return is denied.

I'm extremely disappointed with the work and the level of professionalism here…read more I brought in an older pair of sandals that needed new soles. I was also told the faded leather could be restored. I paid around $150 for the work, expecting my shoes to come back looking professionally repaired. Unfortunately, the wooden portion had white splatters all over it, and whatever was used on the leather looked extremely cheap and uneven like it had been spray-painted. The leather felt sticky and looked completely unnatural. I immediately pointed this out when I picked them up. He took the shoes back and said he could see the problem and would fix them. My concern was: if the work was clearly not acceptable, why were the shoes given back to me in that condition in the first place? I also had another pair of heels there that I had barely worn--only about twice. After seeing the condition of my sandals, I no longer felt comfortable having him work on those shoes and specifically asked for them back. He told me they had already started working on them. When I eventually got those back, there was also visible glue residue/streaking around the area where the patent leather had been worked on. On top of the quality issues, the shoes were supposed to be ready Monday. They weren't. I had a photo shoot and specifically needed them, so the delay was especially frustrating. They weren't ready until Tuesday. At this point, the sandals look so bad that I feel like I have to throw them away. I paid $150 for a repair and restoration, and instead I ended up with shoes that look poorly refinished. I understand that shoe repair is a craft and that not every repair will be perfect. But the quality of the work, the communication, the missed deadline, and the fact that I still haven't received the refund that was offered were all extremely disappointing. I would not bring another pair of shoes here based on my experience.

Walked in after enjoying some dinner with friends at Cheesecake Factory. Was quickly greeted with good customer service from a gentleman named Robert I walked out with 6 pairs of shoes after the whole visit, funny but true. Found some nice shoes for my girlfriend and my daughter and a couple of pairs for me, the entire time the store was busy but Robert was making sure to keep complete attentiveness and awareness whenever I started looking at another pair. His customer service was appreciated greatly, they had an awesome selection in Nike running shoes which is pretty much all I bought 6 pairs of Nikes. Great staff thanks again Robert and all other staff. I didn't purposely come here to shop but Robert did tell me they had just opened that store and the reason why it was so crazy busy today 08/17/15 because school is starting tomorrow or the week after. Anyway overall great experience here today at this establishment. read more

I recently visited Shoe Palace, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, there was no greeting from any of the staff. Not once did anyone approach me to ask if I needed help or had any questions about the products. The staff, including both teenagers and adults, seemed uninterested in engaging with customers, and the overall atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. It was frustrating to walk through the store with no one acknowledging my presence or offering assistance. It's a shame because I was hoping to find a great pair of shoes, but the lack of customer service left me unimpressed. I won't be returning. read more

Just stay away from this place. I went in at 12:30PM today 2/9/22. I guess Shoe Palace scheduled 3 ladies working in there for a better customer service.
