Went with my mom to purchase her some new shoes we were at first sure of buying, customer service was terrible! I asked an associate whom was a brunette middle aged woman to check if they had a certain size since I couldn't find it on the wall, she rudely told me to put the display shoe back myself. After, she told me to check the back wall of the store for the size I was looking for, is that not her job and why she gets paid? She then proceeded to help a couple who walked in after us who were an old white couple, maybe she didn't take me serious due to me being young, so unprofessional! Would not recommend! Service was awful We went to the other shoe stores that were nearby such as Coach, Aldo, Nike, save your time and don't go to asics! Every year I buy two pair of ASICS Nimbus shoes which I use for the year. I have been doing this for over 15 years. Thus last year I purchased two pairs of the Nimbus 26 shoes. Each of these literally tore and fell apart in 2.5 months. I contacted ASICS customer support and filled out their warranty information which was long and time consuming. They say they will have a decision in 48 to 72 hours. 3.5 weeks later they notified me this was normal wear and tear. They apparently believe 4 pairs should last for one year. This is utterly ridiculous! Needless to say ASICS has lost a long term customer. read more

After going to multiple, to be honest, more than enough shoe stores, in a whole year...I finally found the perfect running shoes for me! This store is nestled in the middle of where the Tims and Pumas are located in the second part of the outlets. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and given room to look around. After about 15 minutes we were approached by the same greeter and asked if we needed help. I did have a question about whether or not they could locate shoes from a different store but told because it was the only outlet store, what they had at the store was the only pairs they had left. I ended up finding the pairs of shoes I liked in a different store at the outlets but priced much much higher. I ended up putting a pair of shoes on hold, to see if I could find anything else around the outlet. After searching a few more stores, I returned and ended up buying the shoes, three different sets of socks, which came out to a total of $53. Not bad for all four things! All the staff was very approachable, friendly and helpful! And the store was clean and organized. read more

Great place to get a pair of Asics shoes. They have a good selection and pretty good prices.

I live ASICS sneakers and since Sports Authority website out if business, this their outlet stores are the only place to get them. So I actually make the drive from Tarzana to Camarillo every time I need new sneakers. They have unmatched support and comfort, and are usually pretty stylish too. My one complaint about them is that the mesh often rips after a few months. They're easy to snag. Though (knock on wood) my current sneakers seem to have a different material mesh, so maybe that will address the issue. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the store is that they're still expensive, even at an outlet store. Normally I'd give it a 4 for that.... but if I'm still driving from tarzana to Camarillo for sneakers, they're doing something right and deserve a 5. read more

Recently I had need of buying several running shoes and decided to kill a few birds with one stone, going to the Camarillo Outlet where I knew there were several outlet stores to check out. The ASICS staff was just terrific. They spent a lot of time with me, describing why various shoes would - or would not - work for my needs. They had a terrific selection as well. The quantom 360 worn out after 10 days of wearing. The store told me there's nothing they can do, GO CALL THE CORPORATE, and they have no idea what's this "corporate process". My new favorite shoe store!!! Brittny is awesome! My daughter has foot issues and finding the right shoe for her is difficult. After looking at other stores and no one able to help us my daughter was frustrated and not wanting to look anymore but then we walked in and Brittny came right up to us and said I can help. Love the store. Super helpful staff. Point of sale system not so much. I am still at the register after more than 15 minutes. Completed my sale and their system is updating or something. Wow, we came in with the intention of buying one pair of shoes and because of Brittny Martinez, we purchased 4 pairs of shoes and a hat. It was not only a pleasure to work with her, we so very much appreciated her knowledge and the amount of time she spent with us. Although her goal is to sell as much merchandise as possible, our only impression was that she wanted to make sure that the shoes we were purchasing were the most appropriate for each of us. Not an easy task with our family, as one of us has flat feet that roll to the inside, another has extra wide feet with planter fasciitis that roll to the outside and the other has knee issues. Because of Aaron, we will forever be returning to this location. We recommend shopping here and we are confident that your experience will be as pleasurable as ours was.
