This store is just too overstocked. I get that it's a popular brand, but when they put so much inside that it's incredibly tough to walk around and shop, it leads to not the best of experiences. They often have so much that the just dump discounted crocs outside in cardboard boxes for people to dig through which often leads to just a mess of shoes right outside the entrance. I also want to say that beyond things like BOGO, the discounted prices here aren't incredibly great. If you're looking for standard Crocs in normal colors, you're not going to be saving a ton of money here unless you're planning on buying multiple sizes/colors/styles. it just feels like this location is only hear because they know Crocs are popular and people will just go 'oh, this is an outlet store. Must be good prices.' But if you just sit & think about how much you're saving you will see it's really not a ton. Especially if you have kids coming in & you're adding charms to your purchases. Things add up fast here to where you're really paying the same prices you'd be paying at any other store that sells Crocs. read more

There were only 3 customers (including myself) in the store and I was looking for a specific style (10 minutes of looking) and all 5+ employees were more concerned about taking care of their shipment and pulling and retrieving boxes from the back, no one asked me if I needed help or gave me eye contact. I had to go to the front register in which an employee looked at me and stared. I had to engage in conversation and I prompted her w/ a question, "Do you have the ___ croc?" in which I got a simple head shake gesture for, "no." Staff was huddled around the table with all the charms and I felt like I was interrupting to ask for assistance. When asking for a size they said whatever was there was all that they had. I asked if I could get assistance and the worker just stated what they have out is all they have. Didn't bother to ask if I was interested in a different style or offer to see if another store had the size. He just proceeded to rejoin his co-workers and begin laughing and joking again while sorting the charms. They have a line for getting into the store which is very good decision for keeping people safe. When we waited in the line, we were the family and they have room for one person, so they started sending people who were behind us. When I told them with this situation, we have to wait they just ignored us and started to tell other people who can go inside. Fortunately, the people in the line understood more than them and told them it's not fair if we skip the line. I also told them we can wait to go in when you have room for two and again they ignored. The person on the front who was very rude and ignorant to us named Lisa. If I could rate this store at 0 stars I would do so happily. Brenda (assistant manager) is rude, unprofessional and is costing your business money. Her and the employees managing the door easily turned away 20+ customers after we waited for 30-40 minutes outside the store, all because we were not inside the store by 6 pm- yet they let one individual go in at 6:01 pm while turning the rest of us away. Whats more upsetting is they had about 4 employees standing around, and 10+ other individuals walking around the store when they could've easily had them step out or step away to give paying customers who are traveling from afar, an opportunity to come into the store. When asked, they said this is the company's policy- not sure if that's correct or just lazy employees who want to go home "on time" - but if this is policy I suggest revisiting it because you easily lost quite a bit of income as well as loyal customers. I suggest going to another store until the "management team" learns a thing or two about customer service. Update 6/20: I left this negative review and have yet to receive a response back apologizing for the inconvenience,instead my review was removed off your Yelp site for no other customers to see. Went in to exchange a Christmas gift size and they told me it was $10 more for the different colored crocs I wanted. No big deal. Went home and the black tag (on the front) on both of my crocs were not even correct. I looked at the back of the actual crocs and each pair had 2 sizes up then what was listed on the front of the black tag. I went back into crocs to exchange for the right size and it was a mad house! No one was regulating how much traffic was in there. I exchanged for the original crocs I had and checked the back of the crocs to make sure I grabbed the right size since the front was tagged incorrectly for almost all of them. I was expecting to get $10 bucks back since I got the original ones I had , but they only gave me $5! How does that make sense?? Not very well managed and organized and extremely packed. If you're in a rush and trying to get out of that crazy place, you can't even just grab your size from the front of the tag as they are marked wrong! read more

I'm disappointed in the service I've received from this store. I came into the store a couple of days ago looking for a pair of shoes for my mother. I was never acknowledged or greeted as I shopped around. I waited to be assisted as 2 employees were huddled in the corner gossiping and whispering. So during covid 19 season went in to this Crocs store. In search of a solid regular clog men's size. We asked an employee or two about the specific size we were looking for and per them, they didn't have any. They didn't offer to search online or order or anything like that. All one said was "oh look online they MIGHT have sales." Mmm okay, not too helpful but okay. We then asked another employee (who an employee told us her name was Lizette/ Lisette?). Lizette/Lisett was very helpful and just more pleasant than the other employees that "helped " us. She EXPLAINED that the store as it is an outlet they aren't able to order shoes from their online and she went over a "sale" that the online store was having. She told us how often they get shipments and that they may get the shoes we were in search of. She went above and beyond and took down info to notify us know when specific shoe would cole in. My husband purchased a pair of Crocs for work, and when we got them home we realized that they fit too snug (which was different from when he tried them on in the store). We went back to look for the correct size but did not see them on the rack. Enter Jorge... Right away he offered to check the back, (no luck). Instead of just apologizing for not having the size we needed, he asked where we were from and if we were interested in perhaps going to a different store to find the correct shoes. He offered to call the Glendale store and since we were going to be heading south anyway, he had them hold the correct pair for us. We walked in and the transaction was completed within minutes. I was here to look for something I can easily slip on and off when I am doing track and field, I really wanted the yellow crocs but unfortunately there were none of the smaller sizes left. The sizes were varying for every shoe even if the labels were the same size for different styles, but one of the staff Lori was extremely helpful, and assisted my mom and I with humor and patience. I appreciate that there is an effort of social distancing, with allowing a limited amount of customers in the store, at a time. However I find it ignorant that your employees would turn away a large group of us despite us waiting for almost an hour. The employee kept emphasizing that we can't go into the store after 6- I have to ask, what is the logic in this? Most businesses allow customers who have waited in line into the store despite it being past closing time, telling any other customers who are looking to get in line after closing that there is a cutoff. This wasn't the case here, the manager named Brenda was very unpleasant, along with the other employee managing the door. When approached she immediately said " I don't speak spanish" simply because I look Latino- yet I hadn't said anything. Both these ladies made us feel discriminated against. It was very crowded in there and covid precautions weren't enforced. No lines on the floor for ppl to stand or crowd control. People were standing very close to me in line because of the lack of direction on standing 6 feet apart. There was about 30 ppl in the small store. I was wondering why on some random Wednesday there would be so many ppl in store, until after waiting in a long line I got to the register. The cashiers took forever to do a simple purchase, and were gossiping about other costumers in the store in front of me. No wonder it was so packed, they couldn't check customers out in a timely manner and were more concerned with gossip and random tasks than ringing up customers. The whole experience made me feel very anxious and even unsafe. I would've left but I had to exchange a gift before my window to return it was up. I went in on 7-22-20 in mind to buy 3 pair of crocs. Unfortunately, I left in a rush and only buying one pair of shoes. Not long after I was greeted and asked if I needed help, (which I kindly said no thank you) the lady decided to follow my son and I as we are trying to browse. As we selected his shoes I notice the employee getting closer from a distance she then stands behind us and is looking down at us as we are now selecting the little characters for his shoes she is quietly staring and asking for the 4th time if we needed help. The help she was offering did not seem genuine, yet instead it felt as if she was watching over us the entire time to see if we would steal. I would always come here to buy my work shoes since I work at a hospital. And this is the first time I have ever felt absolutely uncomfortable in the store. They did not bother to tell me about the offers and honestly I didn't not want to spend another minute in there. I rushed my transaction and only left with one pair of shoes. Please don't treat your customers as they are all thieves. I understand these are the outlets and the employees deal with a lot. But it is not okay to follow customers and profile them all as such. Aside from absolute uncomfortable encore to these employees give the customer the young girl that helped me in the register did not charge me correctly for my shoes shoes. The crocs were 29.99 and I got charged 39.99. I don't even want to bother going in to get it fixed. Keep the extra 10$ and fix the employees and the nasty environment they offer at the store. read more
