If I'm gonna buy designer that I can afford and they have good quality bags, I'm gonna shop at COACH! It's one of my go to stores here at this outlet mall, you'll never know what you'll find. They have a variety of different style bags throughout the store as well as accessories, clothing and some men's. **They do have another location in a different area of just men's coach items. Usually everything in the store is the outlet price, unless they are having a special during the month with an extra percentage off. I noticed they also have new arrivals in store from coach itself that are full price and they don't fall under the percentage off discounts like everything does. It's the display right when you walk in, a little deceiving as you think the bags are outlet price and they aren't but now I know what to look forward to when the new season of bags drop in markdowns. read more

We came in here to repair/replace a Men's 4 ring key holder. Unfortunately, it was the 2nd one we've bought in the last 12 months. The middle circle key ring keeps coming loose & falling off. Once, his key even fell off of it...oh boy. The manager tried to help us submit the item for repair, but after collecting our information, the system was down & the request couldn't be submitted. They wanted to issue us a refund but then there was issues with that, so we ended up getting a store credit instead which was still nice of them. They tried their best to resolve the issue which we appreciated. They have a lot of stock here, and much more than many other regular co-ed COACH outlet stores. I was surprised to see quite a few Star Wars x Coach items! There was also a COACH planner & leather pencil pouch set which I never see at other stores. The Camarillo Coach outlet has the absolute worst customer service. I went in today in hopes to return a bag I was gifted, only to find out that I couldn't because it had been purchased over 30days ago. I tired to tell them that I simply wanted store credit and had full intentions in purchasing something else, but instead I was rudely told that if they accepted the return the most they could give me was $90 (the bag was originally $170) the offer was a joke and what made the whole ordeal even more offensive and off putting was the fact that the employee was downright rude. I decided to go to the Citadel Coach outlet location immediately after in hopes of better luck and WOW what a completely different experience! The Citadel Coach outlet employees made sure I was heard and helped. They accepted the return and honored the original price all while being the absolutely sweetest. The Camarillo Coach outlet needs serious improvement when it comes to their customer service. Save your time and avoid this location and instead go to the Citadel Coach outlet. Coach really sets the bar high for customer service. They know and appreciate that it's their customers that keep them open and making money. This store is really no different than any of the other Coach outlets, except the customer service is probably just a slight notch higher than what I have seen at other locations. Selection is good, and they have some ridiculous sale prices. Always wait for a sale, it's worth it. They also have an area dedicated to older Coach line items that has an additional discount. Oh my god. If I could give this store a 0 I would. I came in this past Saturday hoping to buy a bag for my mom. I came in with my sister and nephew (2 years old and autistic). There was a balloon arch and my nephew was trying to play with the balloons. He accidentally broke one off and we tried to put it back and return it but one of the only nice ladies working at this store let him keep it. We explained he was autistic and he really likes balloons so he wanted one, but regardless apologized again. We thought that was it and it was done but no, we kept going around and looking and this other employee (hispanic maybe), snatched the balloon out of his hands and said he couldn't have it. Her tone and her attitude was so unbelievably rude. We explained to her that the employee at the counter let us keep it and she scoffed and wouldn't return the balloon until she asked the employee to confirm. Like JEEZ!!! it's a BALLOON!!!! We would've gladly written a check for 10 cents if it was that big of a loss to lose a balloon. Maybe get better employees or retrain for customer service. It's a balloon for christ's sake. First of all, Coach is a great American brand dedicated to amazing leather goods. I was raised with Coach since my 18th birthday and I still rock my Coach wallet and purses. With the outlet, it makes it easier to enjoy the luxury of having Coach items and still have money in the bank. Plus, sometimes the employees do hand out a store coupon upon entering the store (a 30% of your purchase + 10% off additional) and makes it even a better deal to buy it at the outlet store compared to the malls. There are reasonably priced items such as $39 for a wristlet and $99 for sunglasses but it's really all about the handbags and purses. Great place to get a gift for family members (mom, sister, etc) and to change one's style up accordingly. I love me some Coach regardless of all the fakes and imitations out there nowadays (which there are a lot but as a true Coach fan, you can tell the real from the fake lol). read more

My mother in law went to this store location today to return a bag that was still in the box. She was unaware of the 30 day return policy on the back of the receipt. Rather than simply point it out to her, the staff and manager of the store today July 11th 2023 at 2pm (whoever was on shift as I do not have the managers name) was a complete jerk. Belittling and telling her that the best he could do was give her credit for the lowest price the bag sold for as well as reduce 30% from that price. His attitude towards helping her was in fact so poor, that she left the store holding back tears. Policies are in order for a reason, but customer service doesn't mean being an a hole. The store should really do a better job at screening management to weed out the people who are socially handicapped and are able to be taught proper customer service. The biggest issue here isn't anything other than the fact that the store staff treated her as insignificant. Like she as a customer didn't matter because she was trying to exchange the bag for a different one. Which is a shame because nobody should feel like they only matter when they're spending money. Super embarrassing and will ensure to never do business there going forward. I know that we are just a few people and it will make no difference in sales to them, but hopefully this review sees enough people and can help others going forward who are looking to have a positive experience at a store read more

Let me start by saying that I LOVE COACH!!! I have ten bags, nine shoes, four wallets, and jewelry too. I have spent thousands on Coach products...so for me to give such a bad review is very painful but I will never ever return to this store...not even for something FREE. I enter the store and I was ready to BUY!!! I was not greeted by the lady in the front nor given a coupon for my purchase. I had to go up to her and ASK to be given a coupon...not cool. The selection of purses here are a joke. They are the ugliest purses ever. They had two shoes on display both ugly. The only thing that caught my eye was the jewelry cart. Unfortunately there was two annoying girls in front of me that wanted to look at everything and buy nothing. So no one else could help other customers at this cart and I had to wait for these other girls to finish looking at everything before it was my turn. Twenty minutes later...it was finally my turn. I ended up getting two rings, a pair of earrings, a watch and a cute wallet that I found on the way to the register. The lady helping me was so frazzled that she put the jewelry that I purchased back in the wrong plastic bags that had a wrong more expensive price that we had to correct at the register. When I got to the register there was like five girls not doing much of anything...too bad they couldn't be helping customers. Well one of the other girls was busy telling a customer that she could NOT BUY two of the purses that she found on the sales floor because those got put out there by accident and they were meant to be shipped back to a full price Coach store...I guess someone had made a return there. WOW...what bad service they have! At the end of the day my goodies cost too much and I think I got ripped off but I was taken back by this horrid experience that I didn't even care I just wanted to get OUT ASAP! Coach Men's store is super dangerous! They have so many great items here, you can blow your entire year's paycheck shopping here! Love it! I came into the store to buy a Camden Pebble Leather Backpack (almost at 50-60% off retail) and left with a backpack and a briefcase! The employees are nice, and not pushy. There are plenty of selection here (except for belts, which they have mainly the more heftier sizes). My only question about the store is that the prices change a LOT on their items. I came here when they had the 30% off purchase coupon mailed out! When I arrived, there was a line outside of the store (yes, just to get in). The store was packed as if it were the Christmas Eve! I hadn't come here in ages because the last time I came (about 7 years ago), their stock looked like it was catered towards elder....geriatric clientele. However, their current stock ranged from "geriatric" to cute and youthful! I loved that they carried sunglasses, umbrellas, laptop covers, scarves, shoes, etc.! Wow, it was shopping overload for me! This is the store I bought my gateway bag in 2002 at. We were driving through some pretty nasty traffic and decided to stop for lunch and shopping. It had been many years since I'd set foot in a Coach outlet, I was not disappointed. I took home two beautiful 1941 bags. When I got home I noticed one of the bags was missing a strap, a few days later I received a survey about my experience and mentioned I was disappointed about the strap. Well I was contacted the next day by the store, long story short they went way past the extra mile to get me the strap from a retail store on the east coast and sent it UPS to my house which is about 90 miles from the store. Decent prices and really helffull sales personnel. They will pull stock from the back for you if you find something on the floor not to your liking, for instance the grain on one bag might be a little different on another. They do have a weird return policy if you get their secret sales event emails for the outlet on line, if you use paypal, they refund paypal and I'm betting that takes Paypal forever to figure out who's account to refund so DON"T EVER USE PAYPAL on the outlet site. Fortunately I exchanged my bag for a smaller one so I didn't have to go through the paypal nightmare. Parking is easy in this center ONLY IF YOU GET HERE EARLY BY 10/11 on the weekends. Weekdays are no problem and the stores and lots are empty. The weekends not so much. read more

The Coach store is always a fan favorite in an outlet. Although I do have Coach items, this is the first time I bought something at a Coach outlet. There's always hit or miss items that the ones on sale are still more than what I would like to spend. It was 50% off everything plus an additional 30% off clearance items. I've been downsizing on my purses and using wristlets more often. I bought a cute black wristlet for $47. The regular price was $168 so I was happy with the savings. The staff was very friendly that made the shopping experience very enjoyable. When the cashier said, "See you soon," I smiled and knew I would be back when I return to the outlets. read more

The three stars is for a clean store and overall very nice employees. Why, I've decided to write this review is to make people AWARE of something I didn't know, that possibly can help someone else. My extremely hard working, full time university student of a daughter buys me a purse and a wristlet for my Birthday. She buys it mid March and saves to give to me for my Bday in April. It is now the first couple of days in May and I told my daughter I would never use such a small purse and I really didn't need the wristlet as I have 2 others from Coach. It's not that I'm ungrateful, I just know I won't use it and she worked very hard. She decided to come with me to find another one, but it's spring and I'm a black purse kinda girl. Long story short WITH an original receipt ( that the manager states NO LONGER exists in their system) past 30 days. Is considered no receipt and they will give you store credit for the item, at its LOWEST sale price!. Even thought the item is still new and they have it displayed proudly by the registers. I could understand if it was super old and they didn't carry it anymore or we didn't have a receipt. But really! You couldn't giver her back her money because we are a little past the 30 days and then make me feel like your doing us a favor by offering us less than was clearly paid. For such a prestigious company, I didn't feel this was right. Didn't even offer to let me exchange it for the price she paid! I'm so bummed I won't shop here anymore. read more
