When my tired senior mother came into the fitting room with me to sit for a bit, the young staff member laughed dismissively saying that two people cannot go in the same room! So while I was trying a clothing item, my mother stood outside leaning on her cane. They do mot have a large selection of clothes, and not any interesting deals. I recently visited the Calvin Klein outlet store at Camarillo with my husband, traveling all the way from Sacramento specifically for the product quality that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an employee whose actions created an incredibly uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. As I was shopping, this employee's behavior made it impossible to browse in peace. She was aggressively putting clothes away in the section I was in, despite the store not being busy at all. I politely expressed that I was trying to shop, but she responded dismissively, saying it was her job to work and put clothes away. At one point, she even pushed me as she attempted to organize the clothes on the rack. This treatment made me feel anxious and fearful, and I had to walk away to briefly speak to my husband, explaining that I could no longer continue shopping because my anxiety was through the roof. My husband had specifically requested this store, as he was in desperate need of work attire, but the situation was so distressing that we had to leave without making any purchases. This experience was deeply disappointing and surprising, especially coming from a brand I've always trusted. I am sharing this in the hope that higher-ups at Calvin Klein are made aware of this incident, as I was unable to address it in-store at the time. I never expected to feel uncomfortable at one of my favorite stores, and I sincerely hope something is done to ensure that no other customers experience this level of distress. I would appreciate it if the management could review the store's security cameras from that night for further details, as I believe this situation needs to be addressed. 12/27/24 at 8:00pm. Publicized closing time is 9pm. There were associates in the store working. Guess they were tired of folding clothes after people. Who blames them? Retail jobs suck. Fun to browse though, so I'm knocking stars for that--they are supposed to be there to serve the public after all. The GM should know it's not hard to change the closing time on google and etc. No one blames a name brand company for trying to shave a few pennies. Not changing the time when you're closing early does look a little sloppy, lazy at best, unprofessional at worst. Carry on! read more

Good for jeans, they have many styles, sizes, and good prices. Clothing is just okay. For the lines at this place I wouldnt waste my time doing a lot of shopping if its gonna take just as long to get out. On November 30th 2019 at 2 p.m. in the location of Camarillo Premium Outlet, I, Lindsey Kim, went to buy some clothes and was trying some of the clothes that they have at the Calvin Klein store. (The one next to the food court ) However, one of the clothes, to be specific, a black sweater that I have tried on and purchased. After purchasing, and stepped out of the store, after five minutes or so, I have felt rashes and itchy feeling around my arm and shoulder area. I went back to the store and spoke to Claria (store manager) and explained the situation to her. She told me that it might be an allergic reaction and I told her that is NOT an allergic reaction. I told her if you guys can provide me first aid and instead of providing me first-aid, she called the AMR instead. When the AMR arrived, the EMT staff told me it "looks" like an allergic reaction and I told them that it is not an allergic reaction; however, they still sent me the ST. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital. (**During this situation, Claria was explaining to the EMT staff that it was an allergic reaction) As I'm in the AMR transportation, one the staff put an allergic reaction shot in me and I didn't know exactly what that was at the time. When the staff saw that the shot didn't work, they called the doctor and the doctor saw it was an INSECT BITE and NOT an allergic reaction. After confirming it was an insect bite (proof of Doctor's note), I took uber back to Camarillo Outlet and went to the Calvin Klein store. However, since they had a shift change, the manager wasn't there. Therefore, they told me that Joe will be sending a email to me; however, I haven't received anything from you nor the store. I went back to the store the next week and there was a different manager and I explained again the situation. One the staff gave me Joe's email. In conclusion, nothing was solved after this incident. after 2 month (yesterday) I called to store because I got a emergency bill($1944). nobody take care of me for 2 months. she said Joe(district manager) does not work any more. omg? I email to Calvin Klein customer service about this situation. but they say it is not there responsibility. In their property, at the Calvin Klein store to be specific, I was bit by a insect and you guys called the AMR without my consent. I asked for a first-aid but instead you guys called the AMR and also told them a false information. You guys just assumed and didn't know what it really was. This Calvin Klein has so many cute clothes I wanted to buy so many things. The sales here are very fair, however I am disappointed in the fact that they did not have shopping bags to hold items and the fitting rooms are closed. I understand that because of the pandemic some places are taking extra caution, however at this point I feel some stores should close down completely because of the situation. So far it's been little over 7 years for me as loyal customer and since Mr mike Diaz helped me the first time I came to this store so for sure I got lucky to talk to the right man and since then I got hooked with store , don't take me wrong the rest of the staff and the mangers they are very helpful at this store and you cant compare them to the guys in the other CK store on the other side of the outlet. Always I found this store much more organized than the other ck and the staff very helpful and not to mention it's right next door from my favorite vitamin store, so it's always has been blessed to be here from finding the right clothes for the best price and get to talk to mike or chat with some of the good looking managers up here . It's always the best thing to shop at midweek which is little slow and no long lines , try to void Saturday which is the busiest up here. And don't forget to use your preferred CK card which you will get an extra $20 bonus when you spend $200 , it is a great thing to have , because as a member You will always get the latest update on sale and new products. TMI, but I'm a huge fan of CK bras (even more than VS bras--what?!) and the fact that their outlet bras have lasted me over 2 years is amazing. I just stopped in to pick up more because my VS bras fell apart (after a year.) While there, I also picked up a belt for $25--down from $50-60? Helloooo! I bothered the staff here a million zillion times and they were so nice and patient that I felt like that stupid customer that bothers staff too much. They assured me it was fine. I really like this store. They have a great clothes selection for women (and luckily I can fit into most of them). Great pieces, you really don't have to dig to find them. I wish I could say the same for my husband, my husband is a thick built with big broad "football player" like shoulders. Therefore, he rarely finds any clothes to fit him, oddly enough the only items that do fit his shape are the undergarments (and they are his favorite). They also are great about coupons too! They will always combine coupons and sales. I once got 75% off a gorgeous winter coat with the sale and coupon combined. The only fault this store has is that is cramped, I wish they would move to a bigger location. I find myself bending down to grab a shirt and I will have someone jump over me or my favorite, I will have tourists ram into me in aisle as I am looking for my size. ( I am not a large person, I take up less than half of the aisle but yet they always find me and ram into me, every time! ) So be ready to be hurdled (or rammed into) during busy times. I agree with Christina O: the prices are still pretty high for being an outlet, granted it is Calvin Klein, but I've been going to this store for a while and it seems the same stuff is there each time. I knocked off a star because I always feel fat trying on clothes here. "Oh it's my size!" Try it on and I can't get them to button. It's like I gain a few pounds right before I enter and loose it after I leave. The sales people are nice and helpful. I've found some great deals inside. Came back for exchange S panties instead of wrong L size. I don't know how I got it into my bag when I got 3 black panties for less. The entire store was 60% off on sale today on Columbus Day. Somehow I found a striped T-Shirt with discount was $26 plus tax after cash reward $25 used. I pay $1 plus tax. I still don't know how did that happen? Guess it was my lucky day. read more

The sales reps at this store have poor customer service. I went this past weekend, asked a man if they had the style I tried on in a different color and he replied, "no I don't think so" without looking. I went back to where I found the one I tried on and there were various colors... I wanted to walk away and not buy anything, but as I wanted the pants I bought the two. My advice to CK, train your employees on better customer care or what inventory the store carries (or just how to do their job). read more

When we were in shopping tonight we got a sports bra that was on sale for 50% off and hanging on the rack and there were multiple there. We put it on hold and when we came back the manager said 25% off not 50%, even though one hour before it was 50% off. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and would not honor the price.
