While a lot of manufacturers claim their shirts are iron-free, the reality tends to be somewhat different for most; with Brooks Brothers shirts you really and truly do NOT have to iron them! Despite the fact that this store is an outlet, customer service here is excellent; they fold, wrap, and bag everything just like in their regular retail stores. They obviously care about their customer's experience even though shopping here is about the least expensive way to buy their merchandise. Obviously, they sell a lot more than just iron-free shirts here, but I can't comment on what it's like buying the other merchandise in this particular store because shirts was all I bought :-)

I had a very disappointing experience at this Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet. The customer service…read morewas poor. I went into the store when it was almost empty, with only one other customer inside, and there were multiple employees working. The other customer was greeted and helped, but no one acknowledged me, asked if I needed assistance, or checked on me while I was shopping. I felt completely ignored. Customer service should be offered to everyone who walks into the store, not just certain customers. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I would rather spend my money somewhere that values every customer. I do not recommend this location.

In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. If they had a TJ Maxx at this center, I would likely have found and purchased deals. The Regal Edwards movie theater is just a block away. Previous review! Overall these Outlets are A-OK!

First and foremost this shop will work best for you if you fit the athletic to slim male frame. If you have a belly and are self conscious of a tightly fitted shirt skip the tops and browse pants or shoes at least but that's probably your best use of time here. The shirts are very suited for men who like to wear textured tops. Most all of their polos can be worn to the golf course, particularly if you choose the ones with collars. If you choose a style without a collar, it's likely better suited for a regular night out in town. Their partner stores are actually golf related shops. If you have a handful of clothes to buy I would highly consider joining their rewards program and also perhaps leaving one piece of clothing from the purchase unless you can't afford a trip back. The "feels" you get from finding a gem of an item and not paying full price, I can't tell you how amazing it is. Don't get me wrong, for the right item and occasion, I don't mind spending money on myself or a gift. But if we are talking about managing finances and being savvy with money, well then, you need to know how to shop! Over the years I've picked up wardrobes of good deals! Hugo Boss and Armani suits for on average $400-$500. Joe' Jeans for $50-$80. The best deal I ever found was a T-shirt for $0.01...that's right "one cent!" These days I enjoy shopping online. It's much more convenient and allows me to do a price comparison. Usually I will purchase two different sizes, then keep the size that fits best. The Nordstrom Notes are always nice little surprises to add to the shopping experience. The team at the Oxnard is always willing to help with a pickup or return.
