Great store, great company, and great jeans! What more can you ask for? Yes, the jeans are a bit pricey, but the material is exceptional and so are the cuts. I'm a 'muscular thigh' dude and 9 out of 10 times, no matter what type of jeans I put on (in my size), they all come out looking like skinny jeans. But not the Austyn cut, 7 For All Mankind. Huge fan of 7 jeans! Not so much as a fashion trend, but more so because they're super comfortable and they're the only jeans that actually fit me very well. What can I say, I'm Asian and I have shorter/funky-shaped legs so I need jeans that have a unique taper that caters towards shorter people. Anywho, back to the store.. Store is awesome! It's a decent size -- they have a pretty large selection of 7 jeans in various sizes, so finding the right pair is fairly easy. They carry all different kinds of styles and washes, so it's pretty convenient. And the best of all, they're cheap! I just came back from their store and pretty much everything was marked $99! Great deals this time of year! Now, before you start saying, "Nordstrom Rack has them cheaper" or what not -- that's sometimes true, but the selection there is few and far between (trust me, I've been to almost all of them in SoCal), and the style selection at the Rack sucks. At least at the 7-outlet in Camarillo you get a wide selection in style and washes, sold by the brand name, and they're still roughly the same price as the Rack, if not cheaper. Plus, everything at the Rack is thrown about and messy -- here at the 7 For All Mankind store at the Camarillo Premium Outlets, they're all folded and stacked nice and neatly in size-order. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is immaculate. You can't really ask for more. By the way, for those who are wondering, I have been to the 7-store at the Cabazon outlets -- roughly same prices, but if I remember correctly, the Cabazon store is slightly smaller. read more

I have always had good luck at 7 at the outlets. The prices are not super cheap, one to expect from 7! But you find good values for the brand and quality. Not all models are always in stock for all sizes. They don't refund you if you don't like the item. Exchange or store credit only within 14 (not the usual 30) days. read more

I definitely had one of the best shopping experiences here. Bradley went above and beyond to make sure i got the jeans I wanted. Seriously, the service here is exceptional. There are a ton of great sales (you can find jeans as cheap as $20, which is cheaper than Levi's!). I had an issue with some jeans I purchased at a full retail store, and communication with them was not clear. I happened to be in the area of this outlet to see if I could exchange there as the retail store I had been dealing with was in AZ. Chrissy was very accommodating, called my original store and offered to act as the middle man to resolve my issue. Bad customer service for an empty store mid week .... I just walked out ... i was ready to buy and no one bothered to ask if I needed help.

The worst customer service ever I have seen in my life. Walked into empty store and 4 sales ladies chit chatting beind the counter and didn't even bother to say Hello, forget about helping and assisting with sizes and etc. My friend and I talked about it all day...the only plus sign was we LOL about the situation. Good thing we didnt' spend too much $$ there, thank god for Saks 5th Ave. I might go there again after 2 Month not to buy but to see if they customer service improved or not... I don't write reviews for retail clothing stores, much less an outlet store where the selling point is the price and not so much the service. But I had such a memorable customer service experience here that I felt compelled to. I guess I'm so used to bored looking associates waiting until the time they clock out that I was pleasantly surprised at the present demeanor of the associates in this particular store. Or sometimes the opposite is true, sometimes sales associates are OVERLY attentive and it's hard to relax while shopping because they watch and follow you too much. Nope, not here, the retail customer service porridge was just right lol. I already love this brand for the quality of its clothing but thanks to my experience with Amy T. (I hope that's her name, that's the name on my receipt), I might just be a raving fan. While I was shopping, she offered to take the clothes I was holding and got a fitting room started and checked up occasionally and was just super pleasant and helpful. I was even offered a bottle of water to drink....I definitely don't expect that in an outlet store. Also, prices here are great, I feel like I got a good value out of the current promotion they had. But my experience was so great and relaxing that I honestly regret not spending MORE money at this store. Lol. I live in the bay area, and while we have an outlet and regular 7 for all Mankind stores up here, when I'm down in the central coast, I will definitely be hitting up this store when I need more jeans. read more

I haven't seen such horrible customer service for a long time that I actually had to come home and write a review rather than go over the items I shopped. Roberto who worked on 8/31/2919 has the worst customer service ever. He talks to customers as if he owns the shop or brand. I have spend thousands of dollars on 7 jeans and I shouldn't feel I welcomed when I go the shop just because the staff isn't feeling that day. Also, they forgot the detector on my jeans and I had to driver 55 minutes back to the outlets to get it removed. Roberto needs to take CSR course in college or something. I have spent too much money on this brand to get the disrespect I got. I hope this message comes across to his superiors. read more

I live in the valley and had to drive out to Camarillo to return some adidas and every time I go there, I have to stop by this store. Great jeans. So I stopped in having no thoughts of purchasing anything, but Hannah was super helpful and informative. I had not visited this store for a long time because I got used to buying jeans from the bigger department stores. But one random weekday I decided to visit it again, and there was a great deal on a lot of nice jeans. I picked up 3 pairs! Just make sure to try on the jeans. Its the outlet so sizes are inconsistent. But its okay- that also means you don't have to restrict yourself to your normal size when looking for deals! lol. I think you can't return anything here though, so be super sure you like those jeans before handing over your credit card! read more

I was immediately greeted by each of the employees upon entering the doors and was made aware of the 40% off the entire store promotion (which is what had brought me in the first place). Amy proceeded to start a fitting room for me the second I had picked up my first pair of jeans to try on. She was so awesome! She came and collected everything I was gathering to try on as soon as I had them in my arms. How nice it was to shop without lugging 10 pairs of heavy jeans around with me the whole time! While I was busy trying things on Amy, and later Alex, were busy asking if I needed another size or color and checking in to see how I was doing the whole time. It was wonderful! They gave plenty of attention without coming across as pushy or sales-y, which I SO appreciated. After deciding on about a half a dozen items, 3 of which I would need ordered from another store in order to find my size, Alex took charge at the register and checked availability for everything. She was able to find a single store that had all 3 items in my size in stock and quickly placed the order for me. I had such a wonderful experience there this afternoon! Everyone was so friendly and unbelievably helpful and I appreciate a shopping experience like that so very much, especially since I am driving a good ways from LA to get there. The only negative thing I can say is that I just found a sensor was left on one of my items when I got home. I called the store and Bradley told me where I could go to get it removed in my area, which was also really great of him. He also apologized for the inconvenience, which I also appreciated. This wasn't my first time in this store and it definitely won't be the last. I'm blown away by the stellar customer service there! Excellent job and big shout out to Amy and Alex! read more

I think this might be my first review for a clothing store. I'm compelled to just because of the amazing service I had received yesterday. My friend and I were enjoying our day at the outlets in Camarillo. We were talking amongst ourselves about the subpar service at the stores, and how the employees kind of didn't seem to care. Then we walk into 7 jeans.... And it was a breath of fresh air. I was immediately greeted by Cooper. He introduced himself, asked my name and told me the promotions that they were having. Even complimented me on my shirt that I was wearing and proceeded to ask me what kind of jeans I liked. Dark wash, light wash, fit. Etc. Showed me a couple that were popular in my size and then whisked away to the dressing room with 4 pairs of jeans. Then, he brought a couple more that he thought Id like while I was trying on the previous ones. All the while explaining the different washes, fit, the different qualities in the denim.... So knowledgable and so friendly. Did I mention cute too..ha! He was never pushy and it was such a pleasant experience. For someone who wasn't planning on buying jeans I ended up buying two.
