I had to exchange an item which I hadn't used because I put it on and it was too big for me because I had lost some weight. I didn't have my receipt but I did have the tag. They exchanged it without any issues. Then I bought my daughter some undergarments using my 40% off coupon which was great. We felt so comfortable shopping there. Jockey and I go way way back. Jockey quality is unsurpassed. They have always had the best cottons and now synthetics. Between their undershirts, their underwear, there sport shirts, and other garments they sell--I probably own over 200 pieces of Jockey things--most of it never wears out. I have Jockey polyester sport shirts that have been washed and dryed to death over 150 times that look new (except for some minor pulls.) Their softness of their white cotton shirts does not fail until after 100 washings. This is quality that is worth paying for. And Jockey has been a leader in designing underwear for men. We have come a long way from the white cotton brief with the fly. Jockey designers have recognized that just like women need support from a bra to feel and look good, men need support from under garments for support and to feel good. Jockey recognizes that one type of under garment does not fit all men so they have many for big men and medium men and small men. For men of all shapes and sizes. And just like Bra Fitting--you need to get the one that fits your stuff and every man have different stuff. You can come to the store and try on what the company feels are the best fit for men, but most of the selection is online and requires an order. And you can read reviews from other men to zero in on which may fit you--they will tell you whether a particular brief is better for a big or small man. And if you are Thong guy--for more than 30 years, Jockey has made the best Thongs for men. They used to sell them in the stores but now just online. And you can easily return online things in this Jockey store or Jockey will pay the postage for you to ship it back. And as for the women line--it's been a long time since I shopped for a bra and panties--maybe never--so I don't know--but judging from the men's stuff I am sure it's great too. And after reading some of the reviews from men--some write that their wives Jockey panties fits and feels better than the men's underwear--so there you go. Underwear is such a personal thing. Amazing selection of men and womens's underwear, or perhaps the correct term for a woman's under garments would be panties. Anyway, they have a vast selection of colors, fabrics and styles. Prices are less than what you would find at a department store. I was surprised to see very soft washable, comfy pajamas available as well as long lounging pants with matching tops. In the back to the store is the clearance section and when I was there, it was buy one, get the next one free. Beautiful colors, styles and fabrics of tops, bottoms, shorts, and tank tops were on the racks. However, my size was all sold out. If you wear an XXL or perhaps a small you could score a great bargain. Huge shout out to Toni, who was very helpful in assisting me while I was shopping, She's super patient, friendly and made sure I found what I was looking for. How does one go about rating an underwear store? I'm not quite sure, but I'm going to give it a shot! I typically wear Jockey briefs, and we were driving by when they were having a sale so we decided to stop in. The sale prices were great. Parking was not easy and the entire shopping plaza was packed, so take that into consideration if you plan on coming here. I had a full day of shopping in the outlets and hands down the staff here beat all the other stores by miles. Denise and Steve were both individually worthy of a 5 star review, they had just the right balance of very helpful but without being pushy . Without me asking they offered to hold my things up front. I casually asked a sizing question and in 3 seconds I had a tape measure around me. It was just such stellar customer service I had to review, give those 2 one heck of a raise! read more

This review is not particularly for this store but for the company overall. I ordered a couple of camisoles online from their website and when they arrived, they were obviously someone else's return. Both camis were outside of the plastic packaging and the packaging was ripped (not a delivery damage but a deliberate human tear from end to end on the bottom of the bag), as when you rip a bag to get the merchandise out. They did not even bother to throw out the bags and re-package the items before they sent the items to someone else (me). When I called, the customer service was terrible and they were not even helpful. Do not buy from this company! They obviously don't care about their customers. read more

Last week while returning home from up north I stopped at the Jockey Store. Unbeknown to me my cell phone fell off my belt. On returning home I called my number. A salesperson answered the phone and told me they had found it. Steve the manager saved us a trip back by sending the phone to us by UPS. We found this level of service to be as good as it gets.
