When I returned to the store to process a return, the experience was disappointing. The associate inspected the pants, smelled them, and stated they had been washed, then refused the return. This was both uncomfortable and frustrating, especially since the items were simply tried on for fit at home and not worn. I understand that stores have policies in place, but the handling of this situation felt unnecessarily dismissive. A more professional and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way. Most customers won't take the time to leave a review--they'll simply choose not to return. With so many convenient online options available, in-store experiences need to justify the trip. She created some gift boxes and in these boxes one of the items was a candle from this store. The candle was so cute it had been on my mind to come to this store in person. Wandered in on a Friday lunch break and I was instantly in awe of all the cute clothing, gifts and customizable jewelry in the back. Lorrie one of the owners was in the shop and she couldn't have been lovelier. She was so welcoming and allowed me to shop around at my leisure. She also entertained my many questions that I had about their charm bar and she was so sweet answering them and helping me understand the concept so that I could design my own necklace. After some searching I picked out a chain that fit my style and then grabbed a handful of different charms that represented me. Lorrie put the necklace together for me and helped me so much! She laid out the charms in an order that would hang well and looked cute, then she got to work on crafting me my necklace. This is one of my new and favorite custom jewelry pieces to date. If you are looking for something fun and customizable, you definitely need to make your own necklace or bracelet with Nash. I was happy to score this pretty jewelry piece and also walked out with a cute aperol spitz pillow that they had on sale. A total steal. Very cute gifts and small home goods items here. Also I really like their clothes and they have a fitting room in the back. What's awesome about their clothes here as they have a variety of sizes which makes this store and their clothing feel very inclusive for all shapes and sizes. I had to make some noise for him to wake up so he could ring me up. What the heck?! I get the place was empty, but sleeping on the job??? To make matters worse, his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Seems like he was grumpy from me waking him up from his power nap. The salesperson greeted us & asked if we're looking for anything in particular then left us to do our own shopping which I truly appreciated. There's nothing worse than being overly hounded while shopping. We found several things we liked & were able to try them on too. They have several dressing rooms which was nice as there were several others in the store shopping. We both ended up getting some cute clothes & some were on clearance. I even scored a small wallet at the checkout area for a purse I've been needing one to match!! Don't hesitate to shop this boutique if you're in the area! It was a fabulous experience!!
