I purchased a necklace on top of many other things from that visit back in June and wore the necklace for about five weeks before the "gold plated handmade necklace tarnished. while, I love the butterfly, I also found it online for five dollars so that was not handmade and putting it on a cheap necklace with your name on it is genius but not good for business. I did not reach out to the store so I'm not sure how they would handle this, but I wanted to share my experience.

They make it extremely uncomfortable being in the store and will accost you if you ate simply just looking around and they deem you to be suspicious for no reason. they profile so many people here, it's actually embarrassing on their part. The workers need to get a grip, this is retail, this behavior won't fly in the real world.
