I purchased a necklace on top of many other things from that visit back in June and wore the necklace for about five weeks before the "gold plated handmade necklace tarnished. while, I love the butterfly, I also found it online for five dollars so that was not handmade and putting it on a cheap necklace with your name on it is genius but not good for business. I did not reach out to the store so I'm not sure how they would handle this, but I wanted to share my experience.

I can, but regardless I am a customer in your empty store looking at something behind a glass and you turn me away from it??? That was so unnecessary and rude I am completely offended. I can see why this was the only store in the mall that was empty. The rude lady was scaring away customers.
