Always a great experience shopping here! I love that they alter for free with a quick turnaround. Their clothes truly last and wash well. read more

I went in today to accompany my mom and just wanted to say that the staff here was super nice and helpful. They helped my mom find what she was looking for and at the register the customer service was top notch. Would be nice if all stores functioned like this. These employees are an asset to Lululemon read more

Amazing service and clothing. Love my Lulus and will always be a fan. The service is great and I always feel special coming here. read more

Such a great experience. The people working were sooo fun! I love my clothes, but the service was exceptional- they even gave me a list of restaurants to try since I just moved to town. Thank you for such a fun shopping experience! read more

Nice location and friendly staff. Located in a very nice outdoor mall, this Lululemon store has easy parking and plenty to do in the area. The store is not as big as others I've been to but the selection was decent and I found what I came in for. It was also clean and well organized. My visit was on a Saturday night at about 7 pm. I was there for about 30 minutes and only saw two other customers. Customer service was wonderful. The employees were super friendly and helpful. For Lulu fanatics- This store is worthy of a pitstop if you're in the area. read more

In the past this has been my most favorite store to shop at and the most convenient; however, I recently went there to inquire about the quality promise on one of my items I had purchased at that store and had a very terrible experience. First and foremost, Lululemon as a company changed their quality promise without notifying customers. I was unaware of this change when I asked about it at the store, but the store manager, Jennifer was willing to help me. She told me to come back later in the week and let whoever was working that it was okay for a one time exception. I did exactly that, I drove 45 minutes to the store and when I get there they said they were unable to help me because they needed a receipt of my purchase date in order to honor the quality promise. I let them know I had spoken with their manager Jennifer and she said they could honor it one time and if needed use my ID for the transaction. They still declined to take my item and said that they would not have been able to honor it anyways since it was passed the one year mark. I was frustrated and maddened by this because it wasted my time and energy especially after already speaking with the manager who gave the okay regarding the situation. These associates at this store are no longer the kind and friendly associates that I once knew. They were rude and not even willing to understand my point of view or reach out to their manager Jennifer for assistance. read more

Can someone let me know how to contact this store on the phone? Very frustrating. I placed an order for pickup online and am sending my husband to pick it up but the notification email says it has to be me. Normally major stores don't care if you send a family member to pick up an online order but it's unclear what the policy is here. read more

For years I have walked by Lululemon unconvinced premium workout leggings are any better than my regular leggings. But I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy my first pair of Lululemon black leggings. I am going to be in a workout video and I wanted to look put together on camera. Simple enough right? I had a gift card and money to burn. But when I walked in not ONE person made eye contact, greeted me, asked if I needed help, or helped me get a dressing room even after being in the store for over an hour. One salesperson barked "excuse me!" as if I was in her way while I was trying to figure out my size. Another salesperson just stared at me rudely, blankly saying nothing while I was holding hangers of clothes and leggings until I had to say, "Do I just go into any fitting room?" While in the dressing room, I only heard the conversation between the Millenial sales people about the items they were setting aside to buy and their social life. I watched other customers confused about entering dressing rooms. When I finally got to the front, the cashier was the only one that was kind enough to ask about my experience. She called over the manager and I expressed my experience. Her response was a rehearsed "uh huh, uh huh" that really did nothing to resolve my concerns. Honestly considering there were 8 people working on the floor, the vapid, superficial, and minimal customer service I received pretty much ensures I won't be coming back. Lululemon? More like Lulu get over yourself. read more

I've been here multiple times and every time I leave happy. The employees here are awesome. I've done a few exchanges and every one has been handled great. Today i came in to do an exchange on a size of pants I received as a gift. They didn't have it in stock so they ordered it for me. Realizing I had a first responder discount, the woman refunded my discount back to a gift card. Without me even asking! All while doing it with a smile. Top notch quality. You pay for it; but as I like to say.. "you get what you pay for" read more

Update: this westlake location has gotten so good. Their selection is always on point, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I truly enjoy just coming and browsing. Definitely recommend! read more

Not a fan of associates in this store. Tried to return an item with a poor design for the pocket. They would only do a $10 trade in. I had to 2 items. One associate said $10 for each then when I checked out only one item was allowed. It was a really awkward moment and felt like the associates mishandled the situation. I'm a longtime customer, but really not interested in spending money at this store. read more

Really disappointed with the customer service. Went to return a pair of pants I bought in 2012 that had slowly been ripping in the middle of the fabric and the sales associate turned me away saying it's not a lifetime guarantee and it looked like normal wear and tear. She was relentless and refused to exchange the pants. I have been a Lulu customer for over 12 years and have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on product and I've never had to return a pair of pants because the quality has been great... this was my first experience and it was mortifying. Maybe the sales associate didn't like the way I looked or the clothes I was wearing because it felt like I was being judged instead of treated like a customer with a product quality issue. Ugh. Frustrating. Not to mention I drove 30 minutes. read more

Love Lululemon and love this location! Friendly staff and nice display :) Will definitely come back again.

This is a great store. The sales people are happy and nice. Very willing to order for you online too! I'm a believer in how good their cloths look on. Now don't get me wrong, the cloths are expensive but well worth it. Today Chloe helped me and tho I might not look like a typical customer,(kinda old and fluffy) she helped me find right size. read more

Bought a couple of pants from Lululemon for my boyfriend and then got them hemmed here. When I came to pick them up, I could see the girl that was helping me in the back just dumping them on the floor as she was pulling them out. It was quite rude that my purchase was being treated so carelessly, especially because I paid $$$ for these. To top it off, the pants came bundled up poorly, as shown by the photo. Therefore, I do not recommend shopping here, as they obviously have no consideration for their customers' purchases. read more

Love this location! Always a great stock and every employee is so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend shopping at the Westlake location!

This store wins the award for the worst customer service! The employees are so rude here. I would avoid shopping at this location. They do not even have a good selection in comparison to the other locations. The place is always dirty and perhaps they should dust once in a while. read more

Poor customer service. No acknowledgement, no greeting, no assistance. Unprofessional.

As a track and cross country athlete for the past four years, I've needed some good quality workout gear, and Lululemon has delivered. All of their shorts and leggings have been my go-to's when getting ready for practice. Yes, their prices are a bit steep, but I really do think that for the quality it is worth it. I have shorts and leggings that I purchased four years ago and have worn religiously, and yet they still look and feel great. A while back I tore the stitching on one of the leggings and they stitched it back up for free. I also got my yoga pants hemmed by them (for free!) because they were too long for me. I can go on and on about how amazing the quality is. The reason that this review is not five stars however, is for the staff. It's usually hit or miss with them. Sometimes you get a friendly employee, but most of the time they are not welcoming nor helpful. read more

I am writing this review because I have had multiple interactions with this store. I have made phone calls for returns and exchanges that I had questions on. Everytime I call I am always very well taken care of. When I come into the store I am always properly greeted and treated with an enormous amount of respect. I have been in to do a couple exchanges and the employees truly go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I'm actually completely satisfied with the customer service I receive from this location. read more

Jade was outstanding. This was my first time in this location on behalf of my Bride. Jade greeted me as I was looking for a particular color of leggings. She immediately pulled out her Smartphone connected to her factory stock. We found the color, size and style. Before we completed the order we found two other items my bride wanted and soon I was out the door with completion. The BEST! read more

I absolutely love this store and adore the team! You walk through the doors and are always welcomed in as if you are walking into someone's home. I was having some wear and tear issues with a yoga mat of mine, and without any questions or pushback, Chloe educated me on all the mat styles, and together we chose the one that best suited me and my yoga practice. Thank you for your kindness and sincerity Chloe. I can't wait to shop again! read more

After having long discarded Lulu as uppity-bouge wear, I have been converted. There is no denying the quality and comfort of the clothing if you can withstand the high price tag. But, you get what you pay for and these clothes will serve you well for a long time. I've seen a lot of negative reviews, mainly in regards to the staff at this location. Personally, I had a great experience in this location the only time I was in it. I found the staff pleasant and attentive. I'm sure those negative reviews are warranted and deserving from those Yelpsters, but it's tough to judge the whole place on a single visit - both positive and negative. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Aly and Christian on two separate occasions to get several items each visit to be tailored. I am actually taken back by their professionalism, attention to detail and patience while doing the items and measuring exactly the lengths I gave them. They are above and beyond in their hospitality and customer service. This is easily my one stop shop for all future orders and items to be tailored. Honestly, it was a pleasure to have had such hard working employees perfectly tailor everything I brought. Highly recommend this store and these two employees if you need anything tailored. read more

The customer service here is incredibly! Andy is amazing. She is always helpful and super friendly. This location is my favorite!

I love Lululemon clothing for sure. Great materiel. The price is premium but I guess that goes with the territory. The staff needs to smile more and at least pretend they are enjoying their job. I get it, dealing with people all day can be a burden but at least act like you love your job while you are on. Other than that very clean store. We just need cleaner attitudes from staff. That's key for a great customer experience. read more

It is all over the media, and yes, I was blind because I love lululemon so much... But I have to say, it is true: their yoga pants have a pilling issue. A BIG TIME PILLING ISSUE! After four times in the wash, two of the three pants I purchased two months ago are pilling like crazy. They look awful! They look like I've worn them for years!!! I don't even want to put them on anymore... They look worse than my older lulus I bought three years ago and have washed numerous times ever since... The quality really is going down hill. The third pair has minor pilling. Spending nearly $100 on one pair of plain old yoga pants, this should not be...! I am very disappointed and am losing my faith in this brand. read more

This Lulu hands down has the best customer service. The lulu in topanga needs more employees like this. There was about 5 employees working that were very attentive. If I could give the store zero stars I would. Beware when placing online orders for pick up at this store. I placed an order for size 4 women's shorts and when I got home from picking up my online order at the store I open the bag and it was an extra large men's shirt. I called the store and they told me that they don't even have the item I ordered in stock. First, why did their online store allow me to buy it with a pick up at this location and number two their employees should do a better job about packing online orders. How can you mix up women's shorts with a huge men's shirt. They won't give me a refund until I go back to the store to return the wrong item. Worst customer service. read more

This is my now my favorite Lululemon to shop in!! Carly is so helpful! My bf had a gift card to use here, so we decided to do some early Xmas shopping for him. The men's selection was fairly decent, however, it was nothing compared to the women's side. (Is it truly ever? Lol) The staff were all super welcoming and went out of their way to help us find sizes not on the floor. My only gripe (besides the prices--sheesh!) are the sizes are pretty limited for what they have in stock. Be prepared to have to order online if they don't have your item in the size or color you need. read more

Got a Christmas gift from a friend. The size was tight so I wanted to exchange to a bigger size. The tag was on but it was cut where the price was written. The staff asked manager for help but the manager didn't even bother to look at me and said there is nothing they can do without price being cut. I took it to the el segundo store with same issue. The staff right away asked me. Do you know your friend's phone number? Yes. They found the price from her account and let me exchange it right away. Same lululemon but what a different customer service! I would never go to westlake store ever again. Two Thumbs up for El Segundo Lululemon! read more

Everyone loves the product and with a strong brand following these products can be premium priced. I get the whole WLV vibe by kicking off a better than thou pretentious attitude, but let's be honest this staff is bad for business. Extremely short and rude and completely in attentive. Was in the shop today, Christmas Eve, and came in around 3:45. No one told me they were closing at 4 pm when I entered. I chose 6-7 items that I loved with full intention to purchase most of them. As I got into the dressing room and started to try them on, I start getting bombarded with employees talking through the door that they were now closed and the registers were not going to be able to ring me up...i quickly put my own clothes back on and was told 4 more times that they were closed now... I abandoned my purchases and left the shop feeling completely mistreated. I wish they would have told me when I entered that they were closing in a few minutes. I don't know that I'll go back to this location. Young, rude employees with no customer service consideration. Unfortunate. read more
