I go in the store and ask what time they close and she responds really annoyed. I then realize I have to use the restroom. I tell the cashier I had to use the restroom and was coming back. I come back and the store says it's closed for 30 minutes. I do wish the cashier would have told me she was going to be closing but it's obvious she didn't care. I had to leave and didn't get to shop at all. I get it's probably her break time so I do think it's the store's responsibility to hire enough people to accommodate customers. Also, when they put up a sign that they will be back in 30 minutes, most customers won't know if that was put up five minutes ago or 28 minutes ago. It's not helpful at all.

'm not sure if she was the manager but she was super helpful. The clothes were organized well and everything was clean. They didn't have a second pair of boots for my older child but she recommended a few places that would have snow boots. About 10 minutes later I got a call from the associate that she had found the size I needed and she'd hold a pair for me. I was shocked at how she went out of her way to help me. I'll be doing a lot more shopping there from now on. The prices are great and the clothes are just as high quality as everywhere else.

The food hall is smallish in relation to how much real estate these outlets have. Outside of the food hall on the property are Wetzel's Pretzels and Fatburger which has its own space for seating. In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. The store is a great size with a good variety of styles at decently reduced prices. However, my wife was disappointed to see that they barely had anything in her size. It seemed like this location favors smaller sizes. At least on our particular trip and in the styles that my wife was looking for. Ultimately, we walked out without purchasing anything. Now, that's not to say that we just happened to go on a time when they were sold out of things in her size or whatever. I'm just pointing out that it is a possibility. That seems to be the gamble you take sometimes with outlets that stock last season's gear. Sometimes you hit a home run and sometimes you strike out. With all that said, it was a nice store with enough room to move around while also having a large variety of styles (as mentioned before) so there's absolutely no reason why we wouldn't come back and check out inventory the next time we are in the outlets.
